Simplified and intuitive management solution
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the mobile interfaces provide enough use. The system has granular security configurations. Support is regularly available to assist with advanced setup. Works across all our products. Daily reporting provides useful insight. Onboarding new systems in simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes setting up advanced automation can be challenging at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to track OS updates and asset inventory in a single solution while also providing ease of support for end users. Integrations with SentinelOne and Teamviewer in a single solution has reduced support overhead for us.
NinjaOne RMM solutions is helping us automate and streamline how we support our clients!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Ninja every day for preventative maintenance and it has genuinely cut down on our support calls of people telling us their computers are running slow. Since we started using Ninja, the customers that are in there have not called being upset with a slow computer, or their applications not working due to being out of date.
Their built-in script editor allows us to very easily build scripts to fix daily issues our customers and we integrate it into our workflow to fix large scale issues across multiple companies. We have also implemented multiple scripts that are user facing using their taskbar making it easy for our customers to help themselves to issues they are facing on their computer, once again cutting down on support calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
The vaugeness of the patching failures. Example: We want to allow the new Chrome update to all the computers we have in NinjaOne but some of them fail... a lot of them fail, and we have no idea why. It doesn't give us a reason for the failure, just that it failed. Another issue we frequently run into is we run a script we dont intend to and we can nopt stop it from running, only after about a day does it finally allow us to run another script. (This issue is expected to be fixed in a future patch though so this may not be an issue later)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in the healthcare industry so having every computer using the most up to date and secure update is incredibly important and necessary to stay HIPPA compliant. Patch Management and custom scripting abilities to ensure that when an update comes out the computer is immediately updated and prepared to push it to the user. This has saved our technicians from every day checking for updates and going computer to computer updating everything.
Very easy to move around for day to day work.
What do you like best about the product?
In a large company/client pool the ability to find any machine in the search bar using either a serial number, username, or device name and being able to connect in in less then 10 seconds is very helpful at saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking at a server and needing to go back and look at another the device list needs to be filtered again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big pathcing updates is very easy to roll out and identify issues when there are some.
So far our best choice!
What do you like best about the product?
Ongoing expansion of functionality, top support, quick onboarding for new users, many integrations. It facilitates our daily workflow!
What do you dislike about the product?
Network scan could use some optimization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finally all devices on one platform.
Thank you for the great collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja Remote. Also execute the Patch Management and remote management tools like scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, we don't need certain parts of Ninja. It's hard to say what I don't like. I can't think of anything right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, I do not understand this question
NinjaRMM has completely transformed the way I manage our IT infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features is its Ninja Remote to remote in to machines which is seamless and way better than teamviewer or any other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better UI would be helpful to navigate through the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whether deploying patches, running scripts, or troubleshooting issues, everything can be done efficiently from a single dashboard. The automation tools save us countless hours, allowing us to focus on strategic IT initiatives rather than routine maintenance.
A Sleek and Intelligent UI, powerful platform let down by subpar support.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is exceptionally clean, compact, and user-friendly, making it simple to navigate and get straight to work without unnecessary distractions.
One of the standout features is the script scheduling, which is intelligently designed. Scheduling scripts is incredibly straightforward and efficient, allowing you to automate routine tasks with precision

What do you dislike about the product?
However, when it comes to customer support, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I have to rate them 0/10 for support. Their team consistently proves to be incompetent, with issues often requiring multiple attempts to explain before they even begin to understand the problem. This delays resolution time, sometimes stretching it far longer than necessary.
A particularly glaring issue has been with our custom fields, which have been broken for over two months now. Despite reaching out multiple times, there has been no clarification on the cause, and the issue remains unresolved. The lack of communication and failure to address the problem effectively has been incredibly disappointing.
Custom field is critical and it seems like they do not care at this point.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetating tasks, Remote access, identify critical devices that are offline, patch and software management, device filtering for autoamtion etc.
Easy to use RMM for an MSP Technician
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is it's neat organization of clients and their policies, along with how easy it is to create and deploy automation scripts based on critera. It's nice to be able to deploy scripts as a remediation, as a scheduled task, on wether an endpoint belongs to certain policy, or as one-off manual scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like everything, NinjaOne has a learning curve to it. At first it wasn't super intuitive, and since the policy settings are very powerful, making one small mistake or oversight could cause major issues, like approving an incorrect patch for an entire policy for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is huge benefit when it comes to automating mundane tasks. As long as the endpoint meets the correct criteria, tasks like running SMART tests, are ran automatically and reported back in case it failed.
Easy to use and create automation
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to setup, maintain and to automate applications/processes
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote screen sharing application is not as good as ScreenConnect. It's very good but not as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating new builds easily. Most of our apps install automatically when we onboard a new computer. Along with apps we automate systems changes, like power settings, fast boot, etc
Great tool! Very useful.
What do you like best about the product?
Quick deployment.
Secure.
Wide range of tools (remote CMD and PowerShell, Image Backup/Restore, etc)
The remote Active Directory on DCs is very nice. Makes for resetting user passwords, unlocks very fast.
Background mode is fantastic, even though it is buggy.
Deploying scripts/apps is very quick.

What do you dislike about the product?
Feels like the device performance graphs are slow/unresponsive at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a very quick way to get into the device that I'm troubleshooting. Using other RMM tools, nothing installs as quick, and feels as fluid.
