Solid RMM with a clean interface and easy to deploy
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and easy to deploy. It doesn't take much time / effort to customize a deployment. Lots of options to remotely access clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apple integration and features could be better. It would be ideal if they had a way for a client / potential client without an agent to be able to allow us to connect remotely and securely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja allows us to easily remote in and access a client's computer, monitor the endpoint, and provide diagnostics.

NinjaOne simplifies and streamlines remote monitoring and management of devices, saving us time and effort while ensuring proactive issue resolution and efficient IT operations.
We use Ninja One every day for OS and software updates and the devices is restarted automatically.

Automaticaly updates for devices and servers

Ninja has a lot of software updates but not all is working properly.

NinjaOne can restarts the devices and this is verry good because not all the users do that frequently.

The least helpful aspect of NinjaOne is that its advanced features might require some time to fully explore and utilize, especially for users who are not very tech-savvy.

The billing side can be quite frustrating

Having an overview of all business assets, patching status, AI known issues across patches, more visibility

What do you like best about the product?
Its automation has greatly eased my compliance with vulnerability management and reports. My previous required manual deployment for patches and update. We're a small company with an even smaller IT department, so the ability to set scheduled maintenance (naitive and scripts), scans and patching profiles has freed me up to focus on other areas of compliance.
Additionally, the customer support, online documentation and training are superior to any other providers I researched. Anyone can sell me a product, but you earn my continued business with helping learn and improve my use and implementation of the service. I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon. NinjaOne support is responsive and thorough.

If you're not a pro at scripting, they provide you with many that you can test and use. The community also provides you access to their scripts, but you are obviously using them at your own risk...so I would recommend becoming familiar with scripting before using.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have had the system fulling implemented for 60+ days and haven't really come across anything I dislike. As with any service, there are features and conviences that you think might be nice but nothing that would change my view of this service and its performance. Based upon my comments, I guess it would be nice if they "endorsed" some of the scripts provide by users for any malicious or harmful code; however, that would be a "nice to have" and doesn't outweigh the already outstanding product as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a fully remote company, RMM has been a nightmare; but NinjaOne has made it easy. Using MEM to identify and monitor wasn't enough. NinjaOne is the RMM solution to reduce time spent on vulnerability management and maintaing the reports as evidence for compliance with our SSP and RMF.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers intuitive usability for employees regardless of their expertise, offers surprisingly robust features, provides detailed control over permissions, and supports seamless integrations. The list of benefits is extensive, and there is alot to appreciate about this product.
We rely on Ninja every day, not only for conventional IT support but also for our customer care teams to offer remote assistance. The process of onboarding new users is seamless, and adding new devices is even easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s hardly anything to criticize; my account manager maintains consistent communication and provides opportunities to test beta versions of new features. The support team is exceptionally responsive and efficient.
While there may be less expensive options available, none I have trialled match the high degree of features and usability that this product offers.

Remote support, patch management, hardware monitoring, mass changes, and scheduled maintenance—it’s like having an additional IT team member.
The Smart Little Tool that packs a punch
What do you like best about the product?
It is a small robust lightweight tool, that provides an array of functionality at an extremely good price point. It covers a vast array of requirements for small business from centralising management to remote support abilities and providing the framework to deliver robust control to your environment especially if you are a remote workforce and not using the standard tools delivered by MS. It is Easy to implement and integration is continuious and expanding.

It could provide a little more integration with GPO for Windows and expand on its Apple patching.
