The interface is lacking.
What do you like best about the product?
It's multi-monitor support. The ease of install.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's organization. How it displays assets, its lack of being able to see a top-down for the client. Being able to search by user. It just feels like a toy version of an RMM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not really. I would have stuck with our previous RMM.
Solid Product for an MSP Starting Out or Experienced

Easy no non-sense migration. We were up and running within days.

Interface is a bit confusing at first. Could be more intuitive.

Patching delays with previous products.
I've found NinjaRMM a very capable and intuitive system!
What do you like best about the product?
Very clean interface with a lot of tools available on the backend, including scripting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a file transfer tool that you could use without actually remoting into the computer, kind of like an FTP client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it very easy to aggregate endpoints and manage them in an efficient manner.
Solid tools and organized information
What do you like best about the product?
The RMM tools that are available to you are great and quick to use. When adding tools to client machines, it appears in the Control panel in minutes, where we used to wait hours. This makes integrating monitoring tools into the client's site very quick and able to start pulling data for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is I want more customization in reporting, but still has plenty to keep me busy for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

NinjaOne, A Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has allowed us to accellerate our adoption of cyber security programs at a record pace though automated patch management.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more of a feature request: As a remote company, the ability to securly onboard new employees through automated installing of programs would be of great help. Intune allows for such a process directly from partnered computer companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allowed us to ensure our patch management and end point monitoring program was vastly more efficient. Our previous process was very labor intensive.
Great product for remote monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Allows for quick analytics on all computers that are in the network.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow at times when connectting remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy help desk resolutions
Simple + feature packed & Excellent support service
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is highly engaged, quick to respond, and clearly knowledgeable. While we were learning the system, we never had to wait long for replies, and every response we received was helpful and addressed our questions directly. Ninja is straightforward to learn, simple to deploy, and easy to manage. The knowledge base articles are easy to find and helpful, and the provided training is excellent, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
MacOS presents some challenges, but this is an issue with most RMMs. NinjaOne offers solid functionality for Mac, but there are still certain limitations due to the restrictions inherent in MacOS. We use NinjaOne roughly 50/50 across both Windows and Mac devices, and it has proven to be excellent for managing our hybrid OS support environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is giving us greater insight and control over our customer environments. Additionally, we are using it as a backup solution for MacOS devices, since our current provider does not support MacOS. By relying on Ninja for Mac backup, we are able to avoid bringing in another vendor or tool, which helps streamline our technology stack.
Ninja is very good for to window workstation but guy's need to improve for Linux and Mac devices.
What do you like best about the product?
Managing windows and push based notifications
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of implementation and customer support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management and easy to manage devices and policies.
