What do you like best about the product?
We continue to appreciate the ongoing additions of new functionalities and script offerings within the NinjaOne platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may help some customers to justify the investment in NinjaOne if there were more bundling available with other tools, especially with clear and easy-to-use integrations between the tools (eg. Security suites).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the problems of managing our IT assets (end-points) and patching, as well as providing seamless remote support/access to them, and providing means to push changes, updates, and some software packages out to them automatically.
NinjaOne has also recently introduced a new internally-developed and built-in remote access tool, called Ninja Remote, which works very seamlessly. We very rarely find any need for alternate tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Brilliant for keeping on top of patches, software and O/S. Not only for the obvious reasons of security but also to maintain compliance for things like Cyber Essentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything to put in this section, I like the product and it does what it is meant to. Any issues are generally the fault of the remote machine, nothing that Ninja could control

With a remote workforce it gives me complete control and overview of all our computers, quickly and efficiently. With machines not coming in to the office regularily to receive patches Ninja keeps computers upto date and gives me a full health status of our estate

Ninja Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to push software to remote devices; functionality for device security and recovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little intimidating when first navigating the dashboard, but can be learned quickly due to the software being well designed and the effective training from my co-workers who already have experience.

What I disliked was the initial deployment process. It was difficult to ensure deployment, requiring some extra effort to set up and configure properly. Since then, they now have alternate options for deployment.

NinjaOne is helping us get our arms around our entire IT organization which then leads us to a more secure and resilient workplace.
Great products that work well together!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything really. We can see so much data on devices, files, software, all real time. The support at Ninja has been outstanding when the rare issue arises. Upon deploying the ticketing platform, we had some hiccups that a simple support ticket took care of the issues. It was quick and efficient and I knew I was working with a coherent person on the other side right away. The commands that can be sent have endless possibilities on what they can be used for, as they can be written from scratch or pulled from the dojo. The ease of use is really great as well, we train interns on using it all the time! Bundling everything into one really makes our lives easier on the Help Desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, it does a great job of patch managment and so much more. If we do have anything we don't like, we have submitted ideas that have been put in production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving so much leg work on the actual laptops being deployed when they come in new. We can simply do a base image, add the proper batch files and scripts (in two clicks) and sit back and wait for the magic to happen. We can check and see anything regarding that machine all in one stop. We have it on every one of our computers and use it for many different ways of managing them. One of the many cool features baked in natively is storing bitlocker keys. It has saved us a few times from telling folks their files are all gone! Any device info that we want to gather to diagnose we can do so without even contacting the end user.
