What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing a few features but they are working to get these features added or at least get it on the roadmap.

Helping us collect tickets and maintain our systems all in a single pane of glass.
Cost-effective tool that delivers necessary functions for the IT Ops team
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy and reliable to deploy. Its custom management of Windows updates works great. The Splashtop integration to handle remote desktop + the built-in SSH access provide an excellent tool for support & troubleshooting. And it's cost effective -- priced fairly for the value provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a good amount of selling to get onto other modules of Ninja that we just don't need. I'm happy with the value I get from Ninja as-is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support so we don't need to rely on Zoom to share desktop with someone. Remote SSH so we can heal endpoint issues without interrupting the user's work.
Simplified management of our IT Systems in one location.
What do you like best about the product?
It has made the overall management of our systems far easier, as all the information and management tools are all in one location rather than in separate systems like we had before.
It's easy to set up - just create an account, then download and install the agent on your devices, configure the relevant policies and you're off.
We use it every day and there are plenty of features right out of the box and planned (see their future roadmap).
Customer support has been second to none, and you usually get a response within a couple of hours.

What do you dislike about the product?
The overall navigation of the web GUI has been a bit tricky to get familiar with initially, but once you know your way around it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we had all of the functions of NinjaOne in a few separate systems, which meant multiple agents, multiple systems which required updates frequently and occassionally misinformation due to configuration changes.
Ninja has alleviated that by just having the one agent and all the tools we need in one location.

A good RMM system with a high diversity of management and deployment availability
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint is not duplicated after re-register on the Dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Legacy messages: NinjaOne only allows communication with the user while remoting to the machine, so we can't review the chat after the remote session ends and the user can't communicate with us when we are not in a remote session.

Not really a disadvantage but native support for remote device wipe/lock for both Windows/Mac is an excellent feature to have.

It helps us monitor the active devices in our Organization. Perform Audit on devices and patch management
Perfect for RMM requirements
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja has been an absolute dream to our business. We are a MSP and it has been really straight forward to implement and roll out for our staff. We have a great relationship with our account manager and often refer to their online Dojo if we need anything else. We use the system daily to help support our clients. It has all the functionality we require but also has a really comprehensive API so is able to forward the tickets through to our bespoke management system. Iur account Manager Madeleine is on hand whenever we need and has helped to make suggestions that will improve our day to day. Overall, really impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are yet to find any issues with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us, as a MSP, to monitor and remotely support our clients.

NinjaOne is an outstanding remote monitoring and management solution that combines ease of use, powerful automation, and reliable remote access into one seamless platform. The friendly interface makes IT management effortless. Robust automation tools help streamline patching, scripting, and maintenance tasks. The real-time monitoring and alerting system ensures proactive issue resolution, and its Connectwise Control intergation make remote troubleshooting a breeze. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
A dedicated desktop client for Microsofrt Windows would be a great addition to NinjaOne, providing non-web method for accessing the platform. Having a native app could enhance performance, allow for quicker access to key features, and improve workflow efficiency for IT professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has helped me provide an automated patch management solution for Microsoft Windows endpoints, ensuring the latest updates are always installed. I recently started using the cloud server backup feature and it has helped us keep our internal systems backed up in the event of a virtual disaster.
Very impressed with NinjaOne, the community and the support. All are top notch.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to remediate devices with out-of-date updates. Easy to onboard new devices. Ability to submit and vote on feature requests. The NinjaOne teams is very responsive to user input.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules lack some features. None are deal breakers. Also, I understand they are on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of security and 3rd party updates. Keeps unpatched devices from "falling through the cracks".
Keeping IT asset inventory. No more spreadsheets!

Love this RMM
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about NinjaOne is the Dojo. A bunch of users like myself come together with fixes or scripts already made if you are trying to find or write one to update or push a particular application. It is so easy to use though when you get it going and the implementation process is easy. Customer support is always there, we use it all the time as well it is our main source we use for all scripts, pushing updates, seeing alerts etc.
10/22/2025 okay i really like the new UI it's super sleek looking and i like the AI implementations. It will explain if you should avoid KB's if Microsoft reports bug issues

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about NinjaOne is when the patch fails the only options are to reject for all devices. I wish they would make a reapply for all devices. For now you have to go through them individually. This is still a thing as of October 22nd, 2025
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solved our way of remoting onto machines by creating their own way of doing it and it is very user friendly.
