NinjaOne experience
What do you like best about the product?
One of our favorite features has been our account manager. She's always reaching out, keeping us in the loop on developments, and getting us involved with new features and whenever we have a problem she's been very effective at driving quick solutions for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search and reporting are not fully featured yet. Biggest example of this is trying to get a report that is searchable and filterable. As an example, we frequently have clients asking for software inventories and there's no good way to get the a sorted/clean version of that data from a client wide view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, one of the biggest reasons for switching to Ninja from our previous RMM was that it was in active development and that's continued to be well represented by engineering, that they're actively working to create useful solution and build them in at regular intervals. Easily twice a year an update happens that makes our lives a little bit easier.
A Refreshingly Simple RMM Tool that gets the job done

Keeping track of all the machines under our management and helping us monitor the health and status of our tools on the machines.
This is allowing us to focus more on the business side without having to worry about if our machines are meeting our standards.

Alert notification, backups.
Great support team
What do you like best about the product?
Each time I need support with NinjaRMM I've always been able to reach a live, friendly, and knowledgeable person eager to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that your search feature could use some improvement when it comes to creating a custom search, as the results aren't sorted or able to be sorted by organization.
Also, supporting MAC OS devices could use improvement as we are having to use another service such as Addigy to manage those devices.

NINJA powerful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
NINJO one's UI is pretty easy to navigate. It also has a decent amount of features from Splastop, Terminal, and spec information regarding it's computers that is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
NINJA usually installs pretty easily on computers, but ever one hundred computers or so it has an issue with an install. In these cases it often doesn't uninstall/reinstall very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NINJA one, helps us alert us whenever one of our computers is having an issue whether it be a low storage space available or a disk error. We also occassionally use it for remoting onto computers, and it gives a good snapshot of where the computers spec are at.

Works on my machine
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps track of various crucial details about our clients' machines, which is super helpful in troubleshooting, tracking warranties, and even determining whether we need to trash a computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while the interface will bug out and I'll have to refresh it, but otherwise it tends to work no problem.
I also wish the errors were clearer about Splashtop issues.

Easy access to the important/mission critical details, easy for users to report tickets, easy for us to remote into machines, and file backups that work pretty well.
