Reliable, intuitive, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search by the user last logged in, as well as IP address in the search bar in addition to the device name. I also like how reliably the Ninja remote tool connects and works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it's a bit clunky when needing to access servers, my current process is to press dashboard, then find the org, then press servers. Might be easier if there was a servers tab under the org overview page instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a reliable way to connect to end users devices and NinjaOne has provided that. The remote feature to get into client's desktops works most of the time.
Finally, everything we need in an RMM product without all of the bloat.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Would like the ability to customize 3rd party app updates
- Ability to granularly group endpoints

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage our thousands of endpoints in a single pain of glass.
The best RMM solutions we've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja makes it very easy to manage machines remotely, there are several options for removing in providing good flexibility there, and the ease of using and importing scripts for automation is one of my favorite features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two features lacking in my opinion - one is the ability to create custom dashboards (or a built-on one) that makes it easier to get real-time information on all companies within Ninja easily (for example, a dashboard or view where we can see only the devices that have critical issues, across all companies). The other lacking feature is the ability to have configurable pop-ups or notification sounds (to become aware of critical issues right away). Still this is a great RMM solution compared to many others out there.
Lastly, one suggestion would be to have a history graph of resources, so for example, for memory or CPU usage, it would be useful to see over time how and when that has increased.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne simplifies the process of supporting end-users and monitoring workstations and servers.
Best there is
What do you like best about the product?
Offers great tools to support all kinds of devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't experienced anything that has left a lasting negative remark yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes accessing users computers as well as updating them behind the scenes super easy
A fresh approach to RMM
What do you like best about the product?
Development appears to be constant and consistent. There are lots of automation tools, remote machine administration tools (so that user interaction is minimal), and integrations for other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. There could be a bit more linux support.
2. Reporting feels a little clunky and rigid
3. I feel that the scripting module is a bit underwhelming (i.e. more flexibility with how external variables are utilized so that scripts can be more dynamic)
4. When exploring options for how to label workstations with customer staff member names, we felt that the options were few (notes field is not searchable, and we don't necessarily want this information to be added to the device name)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja's device management tools work well and there are enough of them that I feel like I can get my work done without the slowdowns that come from having to interact with the end user to coordinate changes to their workstation.
Great Features, Great Support!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to build and manage multiple companies with inheriting policies all while still allowing for granular control per company as needed. Streamlined access to information tied to the endpoint and company from scripting is amazing at speeding up automatic rollouts of new software and data colletion across multiple orgs, reducing the need to keep duplicate scripts for different companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time of writing, reporting is one feature that trails behind the rest of the product. While the reporting has improved significantly, from when we started using Ninja, it unfortunately doesn't have quite the customizability one might want to create reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has helped solve problems with overly complicated billing contracts the lock you in and keep increasing the commit when you add more services. It has alowed us to use Ninja in situations with projects where we enter as a consultant and lets us deploy agents for the needed duration and then quickly remove when our project is done.
Friendly Support
What do you like best about the product?
Support for searching Win10 devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are not obvious
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can quickly and easily provide the customer with a suitable overview of their devices and tell them what vulnerabilities they have and which PCs need to be replaced.
Best Purchase all year
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to eliminate several other programs after purchasing Ninja. I'm able to see device information that wasn't easily obtainable before.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is that tasks aren't eaisly deployable. Sometimes Ninja shows a device offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several problems were solved. I am now able to remote to computers off-site easier and without purchasing another program. I can push programs out to groups of computers with ease. I'm also able to run commands and check volume sizes in the dashboard.
Just the right thing, very manageable and clean, essential functions, not overloaded.

What do you like best about the product?
The management console for Administration, and also the Dashboard. I also like the Detail, that it automatically sends you an SMS if something wrong is happening with the System.
What do you dislike about the product?
My personal thing about Ninja is, that somehow if a system is rebooting, the System won't start again. I don't know why, but everytime when Ninja is restarting an Host, the Host won't start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem, which NinjaOne is solving and benefit is, that we can now handle our customers more precise and we can work faster now. So we don't need any other information, except which Customer it is.
