Grew On Me Overtime - Very Happy Now!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is simple to deploy to endpoints, and the single agent has many capabilities baked into one "end-user-install".
Their additional services are very complimentary to their core product (backup/AV reselling + integration).
Our AM, Jonathan S., is top tier! He's responsive, knows how to connect us internally to resources, and has been able to help us increase our usage and effectiveness of NinjaOne. I've worked with many AM/CSM's and he's excellent!
NinjaOne Backup has also been excellent so far and I'm very happy with its efficiency and accuracy.
Their new reporting system is much better than the existing system, but there is some room to improve still with more premade reports, but it's a very good start.
We haven't played around much with the alerting/automation capabilities (after a device is deployed), but our basic experience has been pretty good so far. The ability to also script anything you want via powershell/bash/etc has come in handy many times.

What do you dislike about the product?
MacOS support is not as good as an apple specific MDM, which means the deployment of certain things can be a bit more difficult. For example, there isn't an easy way to rollout a configuration profile, or other things that are needed to deploy an AV/EDR.
3rd party software patching can be hit/miss, and the amount of 3rd party software that can be patched is not very long. An integration with chocolatey/winget or some other package manager might open this feature to a wider amount of 3rd party software that they can patch.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide a central application to control our end user devices & software patching, allowing us to remotely deploy software, and monitor devices & enforce security features/policies.
They also perform file backup for our user's laptops, for ransomware protection, and also just "the end user deleted a file" protection.
Their tool helps us to remotely troubleshoot hardware and software issues, without needing to be physically in front of the computer. This is critical as a remote-first company, where our entire IT team is remote.

a very useful application
What do you like best about the product?
The utility to monitor equipment and be able to maintain them without disturbing is quite useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be visible to the client that we have accessed their computer remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
you got all the information and all the administration in one app
NinjaOne is the best RMM out there!
What do you like best about the product?
The continous updates that actually improve our work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about NinjaOne.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a growing MSP and having NinjaOne allows us to scale properly with our customer base. The constant updates have also improved our support methods and and it allows our technicians the tools they need to best support our customers.
Easy to manage PCs and Server
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne allows me to ensure updates are run, see if hard drives are entire, and even have scripts that run at certain times of the week for other things. Allowing users to securely remote into their work PCs is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have come across is when the SMS two-factor is not working, so people could not log in to access their PCs remotely, or I could not get in to manage systems. Luckily, it never seems to be down long when it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One issue that NinjaOne has solved for me is that I can easily see when a server has an error so that I can start working on a solution. Before, It would wait until I checked the server manually.
It is extremely convenient and allows us to manage multiple clients securly.
What do you like best about the product?
The data we receive back from our devices/clients and the ability to issue commands to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, the service is extremely functional and allows us to connect in multiple ways if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us visually manage and view our devices quickly without manually logging each one to verify its current status.
System Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor and manage all of my servers in one place is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne cuts down on my time spent checking for and running updates on my servers.
Best RMM I've found
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is thus far the best RMM I have used. I have worked with some of their competitors in the past, and find the competition to be greatly lacking compared to ninja.
Ninja has a great dev team, incredible support, a fantastic community in the Dojo and Discord, wonderful, passionate product leads, and a grade-A product.
Backups just work and are easy to manage, remote access is super easy with all the tools they integrate with, like team viewer and Splashtop.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is actually hard to answer. I think the only real shortfalling of the product is the global search feature and it's lack of filters. So working for a large MSP it can be tricky to find exactly what I am looking for. However, this is something that they are actively working on and have already improved it some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides easy access to remote computers, and tools to support and troubleshoot them. The scripting features of Ninja also saves us a huge amount of time on a regular basis. Plus the general ease of use is a huge cost savings.
I have been working with them for a little over 2 years and have nothing bad to say
What do you like best about the product?
The remote software has helped tremendously with our users. We have 3 locations and hybrid and remote workers; Ninja simplifies things. Sending scripts and fixing issues remotely has never been easier. They have a documentation portion that we have taken advantage of that has helped new hires within our department learn processes easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of all the good, every application has a bad. The only thing I dislike is their ticketing system. Granted that it may be a perfect fit for other organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote! The remote software is the most significant selling point and the main reason we went with NinjaOne. The extra things such as scripting, patch management, and documentation are just pluses.
Pretty good stuff
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use all the background tools and policies to help automate repetitive tasks. I also like the dojo community to help find resources to achieve higher automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripes are caused by previous technicians setting up Ninja with less-than-optimal methods. I've been able to handle everything I need to with Ninja.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves automation issues and it also helps us quickly handle issues when it arrives. In today's asynchronous remote environments, speed and reliability can change outcomes.
NinjaOne has everything we need in a CRM at this stage.
What do you like best about the product?
Script and document management are really helpful features of Ninja. The process of remoting into a computer on the network is seemless. The application is fast with quick response.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about NinjaOne is the lack of connection to asset management. If NinjaOne could connect to our Asset Mangement program, it would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helps solve the issue of where to document different aspects of our network. NinjaOne makes it easy to record changes and updates to our equipment and network.
