Don't think about it, just get Ninja!
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to deploy and configure. Learning curve is almost non-existent. Just buy it and you are rocking and rolling!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some granularity of some of the larger competitors in this space, but depending on what your needs are they may/may not be a bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining complete management of all of our workstations and servers. 100% visibility at all times of what is going on.
Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
We use this product daily, and the ability to remotely push various applications silently to a workstation or server is priceless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about this product that I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Computer software inventory, scripting, automated tasks under a single pane of glass is what I love about this product the most. It is so easy to use and we love the integration it has with other products that we use at our company.
Fast, Feature-Rich RMM which is always improving.
What do you like best about the product?
It is modern and fast. Native scripting for Powershell, bash, vbscript, shellscript, javascript. Useful community focums.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports could also use some improvement. Parameter fields when running scripts can't use certain special characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work from home is easy to accomplish with their NinjaRemote tool, which can be used both by technicians and end-users! The script library/community is thriving and not dormant like many other RMM. The conditions and alerts if set up correctly are great and can use webhooks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for some of their Beta features to be enabled for you after you've used the product for a little while. Explore the Community forums if you need any help accomplishing anything with this. There are many helpful people there.
Ninja - Best in Class
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to assist our customers through automated patching, scripting, and remote access tools. Our customers also love the tool and has made their lives easier every day in supporting their end-users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have had is the ability to segment some of the features with our customers. Only system admins can do scheduled tasks and that is something we can't enable for our customers since we need to keep our cusomer environments separate. The same goes for viewing and editing policies. We want our customers to be able to view and edit their own policies without seeing our other customer's policies. I know this is on the roadmap so this will hopefully not be an issue in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially started using NinjaRMM for automated patching for a specific customer. We were doing OS patches manually and they have over 600 endpoints to manage. Being able to automate and make sure machines were staying up to date was a huge problem that Ninja has solved. The ability to also use Splashtop or TeamViewer to remote into these machines have allowed our customer's IT team support their end users at a much faster response time. We are continuing to see more and more benefits of the tool each day.
Great RMM that I have tried.
What do you like best about the product?
They are always listening to users and updating. They are always willing to listen to issues and assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of information before updates are given.

The best RMM
What do you like best about the product?
I've used several RMM systems for over 15 years. Ninja RMM (now NinjaOne) is a modern RMM that is easy to use, clean, fast, secure, and powerful! Using other RMM's is like going back to the stone ages. One of the best things about Ninja is that they don't sit still and wait for others to pass them by. This happened with Kasaya, which was a good product at first, but they didn't do much to improve and therefore were left in the dust.
Ninja has a culture of continuous improvement. New features are added regularly and bugs are squashed quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features missing, but as I mentioned, they are adding new features at a furious pace. I have no doubt that I'll have to wait long. AD user management is a big one and that is nearly done. Network monitoring is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast problem resolution and easy management of endpoints.
Ahead Of The Curve
What do you like best about the product?
They are always adding features, integrating third parties, or taking suggestions from actual users. Their team truly enjoys their job, and you can see it in real time. Everything from their knowledge base to their follow-ups and their events. It feels as if they put their hearts and souls into this product and I'm grateful to have had the pleasure of growing my business because of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard/interface can get cumbersome at times, but it's so minute compared to everything you can actually do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management was a huge deal, especially with a lot of the newer Microsoft updates that break everyday functions. I'm also able to remote in from my phone, which has saved me on numerous occasions. Remote tools allow me to forcefully reboot via command prompt, or upload files in a pinch.
Ninja has given us insight to our technology and services like we didn't have before
What do you like best about the product?
We like the abilities Ninja offers as a whole. The ability to see what is happening with the org's technology and being able to connect to it is an excellent tool. We have had a countless amount of benefits and time saved just by having the insights that Ninja offers us.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, the ticketing system, although it does work, leaves a lot to be desired. Needs more functionality to flow more smoothly in real-world use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VPN issues (user issues), maintenance, software issues, remote services, faster ticket response, lowered amount of tickets, etc.,
We have allowed remote work for entire departments with Ninja; the ability to remote support has been more of an immense benefit than we thought it would be.

Wonderful Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Having to migrate over to NinjaOne from another RMM software made us nervous, but the ease of onboarding and training our staff made this a great pain-free experience. I love the ease of navigation, scripting and patch management.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the scripting is excellent, it would be nice if the scripting editor was more robust.
