hcl DOMINO IS VERY SAFE, SECURE AND STABLE
What do you like best about the product?
Development of applications is done on one platform there by reducing the cost of having multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing everything is pefect and everything is easy to configure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have manage to automate our office operations and to enable people to operate from home.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use. Easy to update. Versatile to use. Adaptable to its needs through its own programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it always tries to deliver the mail to different mail domains even if it goes to the wrong person which often leads to problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily communication with customers, suppliers by mail.

Domino and my 17 years of working with it
What do you like best about the product?
I am in the Domino field for the past 17 years, as an Administrator and a Developer. I like how simple it is upgrade Domino(after planning properly) and how easy it is to make changes to the numerous applications. Most of the times, the requirements of our ever demanding users are met with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to write here but I can say connectivity with other systems is a bit lagging. Nowadays, every other software advertises that it can connect to the Microsoft products while Domino is neglected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost is the paper less office. It is quite easy to build an application for workflows, both complex and simple. It is easy to maintain users and their mailfiles.

Interconnectivity between different datapoints within our work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dependency on IT programmers to build simple applications, ability to upgrade from version to version - while the base upgrades are generally simple, our applications within the product are a challenge

Memory leak or drain on desktops

HCL has taken this application server (and more) in 2019 but it is also a secure mail system and extended it with thousands of new features such as Domino REST APIs that allow the system to integrate to any vendor.
HCL Domino now is cloud ready... with docker!
HCL Nomad (mobile and web) is a client that allows you to access the way your applications...

The wait for a major release.
I would like a lot of features to be available.
HCL has done a tremendous amount of work and is doing a tremendous amount of work to make up for the technical debt left by IBM

realize secure applications in a short time. Solve any business process collaboratively. Days of work and not months to deliver a project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a tool that can be run on different operating systems, and the development environment is excellent, fast and low code. The ease of development on complex apps is also great, and I like the levels of security because it is backwards compatible with older apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like very much is the email format because of its outdated interface; it needs improvements to be much more modern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a solution that benefits us in the development of applications with low coding, time reduction and automation of some of our processes.
Solid tool with easy access and integration for all our services
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to maintain and be able to develop applications quickly and without complications. I really liked the design and security features. Also, the support is excellent because it is available on any type of operating system.
What do you dislike about the product?
On second thought, the only problem we had was in the implementation, but nothing serious.

We save a lot of time by solving problems like saving backups, changing application development and improving our workflow.
Easy to implement and very good tool to develop applications quickly
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is its ease of development. We can run it on different systems, which is very easy to implement. It is a great tool that is easy to understand, compatible with different operating systems, and very stable to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works great, but the administration functions it a bit complex and takes more time than desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing apps easily saves a lot of time, plus we were able to exchange emails and using the search functions is an excellent solution on another level.
Tool that can be run easily for document and data management
What do you like best about the product?
I like this great solution because it can be used easily and possibly integrated with different operating systems. I like the way of coding and that you can quickly build and customise an app. I also like security and low-code development. It's a great solution that I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that the forms' UI is somewhat outdated. It would be nice to improve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a perfect system for low-code app development and has delivered on its promise to solve our problems with app development, data management, email, and hosting.
A good and functional tool to increase development
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is flexible and very functional, it was also very to implement because it offers documentation, and I liked that it allows you to integrate with other systems with APIs. It is easy to develop, it provides security and a collaborative approach, and its development method is low code. For those reasons, I like HCL Domino.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an excellent software with few flaws because there is no perfect software, but it is still outstanding because no error affects the operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since its implementation, it has solved many problems with data storage, higher performance and low-code applications development all in one platform.
