    Reviewed on Apr 10, 2024
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Users may not all be used to HCL Domino, but as an admin it is made very easy to administer the whole system and help users (e.g. if they are more familiar with Outlook).
Updates are easy to install and are usually free of major bugs. This is my experience after almost 20 years with Domino.
    Customer support is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are problems with compatibility with other systems.
Users complain about the user interface and sometimes about options that are too hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We also use it as a mail server, but also as a CRM system. It is extremely cost-effective and robust.
