Ultimate Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to update drawings and send notifications

The price continues to increase. This will eventually lead to a search for a cheaper solution.

Procore is well accepted throughout the industry. Very user friendly and great support.

Procore allows me to feel confident that all of the trades on site have the most up to date information at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of learning curve for new users, but it is very easy to pick-up and continue to use once you dive in!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track documentation we need from subcontractors so nothing falls through the cracks.
Excellent All-In-One Software
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Procore is being able to manage all of your construction needs in one program. Procore is consistently trying to integrate with multiple existing programs to ease the transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is an expensive tool but very much worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping us consolidate all of our finances into one program that can be easily accessed from a mobile device.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Procore is in the cloud and I can use it no matter where I am at and from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I ask for assistance from the help desk they will give me response that make no sense and I will reply back to them and I get oh you are correct. I rather have someone know more then I when something goes wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no problems at the moment.

If you are a Construction Company it is a great product.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
So user friendly and easy to keep track of all project documents. Everything is intuitive. Once you know how to use one tool the rest are very easy to learn
What do you dislike about the product?
The financial tool doesn't sync 100% with sage. Some items need to be added to each program which can lead to user error and lost time doing the same thing twice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place which makes it easy to find so less time is spent searching the server, which helps me be more productive.

Procore makes submitting and approving Submittals easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall of sending emails thru Procore is the reply all button is only available.

Love that everything in one place - accessible with serch features that allow for defining my parameters of items needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
More urging to have users train - the value of being able to add items and ease of usage.

Able to multi task a project - everything in one place- from start of drawings, updates, submitals, RFIs to punch list.

Do the training - there is so much training covering every topic.

Procore an easy choice for Construction Administration
What do you like best about the product?
As an Architect I like the Drawing Tool the best
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having all my projects on Procore! We limit the number of projects and remove them after they are complete. It would be nice to be able to keep archived projects on the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the project team with all the current project information, drawings, submittals, RFI's, etc...

Get it and use it
Procore wins the drawing management game.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's bidding, planroom and drawing tools are simply the best. Drawing sets with multiple revisions are easy to manage and virtually 'collate'.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish Procore did not charge additional fees to create personalized templates for our company subcontract, change order and purchase order terms and legal language. I've worked on other platforms where this was included in the basic package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realtime forecasting and very much improved communication with our field crews.
Easy to use and makes my work efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the daily log section and the way the photos can be integrated into the daily log.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the MS project schedules can't be directly updated on Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to efficiently document all progress or dispute related info because of Procore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise them to finish the free procore training videos first. The videos make it a lot easier and quicker to learn.
