What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore brings project management and communication into one platform. The document management feature is especially valuable for keeping drawings, plans, and project documents organized and accessible. I find RFI and submittal tracking particularly useful for following up on approvals and deadlines. The real-time project updates provide better visibility into progress and help coordinate different teams. Overall, it significantly reduces manual follow-ups and enhances project communication efficiency, making collaboration much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the user interface and overall navigation. Some features can feel a little complex at first, especially for new users. I’d also like more flexibility in customizing dashboards and reports, along with better performance when working with large projects and documents. These improvements would make Procore easier to use and more efficient for day-to-day project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore organizes project management and communication, reducing scattered emails and paperwork. It tracks RFIs, submittals, and tasks, giving better project visibility and reducing delays. What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore practical, I see it as much more complete than other platforms I have used in the past. It helps me keep everything in one place, stay organized, and save time since I don't have to switch between different platforms. Even the reports are accessible from the same site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the photo-taking feature could improve if it integrated coordinates to identify the location of different issues on the plans, which would facilitate project references.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps me keep everything in one place, organizing project management, finances, calendar, and reports. It is practical and complete, saving time by not having to switch between platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Procore giving me exposure to 2D and 3D blueprint writing or reading. It's convenient and has great attention to detail. The DRFI, submittals, and budget functionality make it really convenient and easily organized. The initial setup was also pretty easy.

I think the conversations could be better, I guess.

Procore has given me exposure to 2D and 3D blueprint writing and reading, making it convenient and easy to organize my work with attention to detail. Its DRFI, submittals, and budget functionalities make my tasks more organized and manageable.
