What do you like best about the product?
I like the Drawings tool because it ensures that everyone is using the same current plan set. The distribution capabilities make it easy to distribute project documents and communications to the appropriate parties on the project. I find the RFI tool very helpful as it provides access to all subs and stakeholders, which removes the worry of missing someone who needed the information provided in the RFI. The integration of the change management and budget tools simplifies reconciling the budget by automatically carrying forward the impacts of changes, providing both context and visibility.

The training courses should provide an option to test out for people intimately familiar with the workings of Procore.

Procore solves communication and organization issues, unifying our team. The Drawings tool ensures everyone uses the current plan set. Distribution capabilities streamline document sharing, and the RFI tool keeps all stakeholders informed. Budget and change management tools simplify reconciliations with context and visibility.
