What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Procore because it eases collaboration between stakeholders, which is crucial for our workflow. I also like the email notifications, as they assist in timely resolutions by ensuring the timely dissemination of requests and solutions. The initial setup was mostly seamless, making it easier to get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find linking info to and from ACC difficult and faced some issues during the initial setup.

I use Procore for easier collaboration between stakeholders and timely dissemination of requests and solutions with email notifications aiding in timely resolutions.

I like that Procore is easy to use and it's hands-on, which is really great when I'm in the field. It's also very helpful for adding scheduling and tracking hours for my team. Overall, it solves a lot of problems by being accessible via mobile, which enhances its value for my work. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

Sometimes new features get rolled out too early. They don’t always have full functionality yet, and they often need more refinement before they feel truly ready.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides up-to-date cost and budget information, which helps me manage the financial aspects of each project more effectively. It also organizes project drawings and specifications very well, so everything is easier to find and keep consistent. Approvals for change orders and contracts are faster thanks to its integration with other third-party software systems like DocuSign.
