Streamlined Processes, But Learning Curve Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Procore streamlines many processes, making everything accessible online and saving a lot of time and effort in getting contractors to fill out daily reports and other necessary documentation. This accessibility means I do not have to physically be on job sites across the country to get completion reports done, which is incredibly beneficial and can save our company a considerable amount of money. Additionally, I find Procore's features such as completing daily task reports and the observation tools highly useful for managing and tracking progress effectively. I also really value the overall ease of integrating Procore into all aspects of our projects and company operations, allowing us to track live data and learn for future better business practices. The combination of these features and capabilities makes it a vital tool for our project management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Procore learning tool lacking in practical, interactive exercises. The reliance on multiple-choice questions over hands-on sandbox tasks leaves me feeling unprepared. I don't feel a sense of accomplishment upon receiving my completion certificate, as the current format doesn't fully test my understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Procore streamlines processes, making everything accessible online, saving time on reports and approvals, reducing the need to be on job sites, and saving the company money.

                            Absolutely Love This Software!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore gives our team a true single source of truth. Drawings, RFIs, submittals, specs, change orders, daily logs, and photos all live in one place with clear audit trails, so it’s easier to keep the field and office aligned. The mobile app is a standout—markups, punch items, and T&M tickets can be captured on site and shared instantly, which reduces rework and shortens response time. I also like the standardized workflows (submittal and RFI logs, distribution, and ball-in-court) because they make responsibilities visible and enforce accountability. Version control on drawings/specs and quick hyperlinking between records (e.g., RFI ↔ drawing revision ↔ change event) saves a lot of time during coordination and closeout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a real learning curve for new users; without role-based onboarding and good templates, it can feel overwhelming. Permissions and folder structures require thoughtful setup—if they’re not dialed in, people either see too much or too little, and data hygiene suffers. Costs can be high for smaller teams, and heavy drawing sets or large photo libraries can feel slow on spotty jobsite Wi-Fi. Notifications can get noisy unless teams tune their settings, and some granular configuration (e.g., markup permissions, action plan details) takes time to get right. Overall, the value is strong—but it pays off most when the organization commits to consistent use and clear standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore isn’t perfect—but by solving fragmentation, boosting visibility, and enforcing consistency, it has become a practical advantage for me. It’s shifted the team from reacting to confusion toward proactively managing the project lifecycle.

Clear Layout and Helpful Menu Make This Software a Joy to Use

What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I haven't found anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the fact that RFI's, Submittals, Meeting minutes and finances are all under the same software.

Reliable Construction-Specific Solution with Robust Support
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate Procore's excellent onboarding support, which made the initial setup process smooth and hassle-free despite not having on-site specialists. I find the data and document management features, such as handling drawings, correspondence, submittals, photos, and snag lists, to be incredibly valuable and beneficial for managing my real estate development projects. Additionally, Procore's quality management capabilities have notably enhanced my workflow. The features such as correspondence, drawings, and the snag list are particularly useful because they offer flexibility while being specifically tailored to the construction business field. I also value how Procore integrates with other tools I use, although some, like Fieldwire, have peculiar pricing tiers, and others aren't industry-specific. Overall, Procore stands out as the only construction-specific platform with no strong real alternatives, which makes it a worthwhile choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that there is a lack of on-site specialists, which can be a bit of a drawback despite Procore's excellent onboarding support. Additionally, I'm facing challenges with the financial module, which I believe needs to be more flexible and better adapted to the EU market, especially in terms of the payments section. Also, when integrating other tools like Fieldwire, I've encountered issues with their confusing pricing tiers, which can be quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for data and document management, including drawings, correspondence, and snag lists, enhancing quality management and project-specific needs effectively.
