What do you like best about the product?

What I value most is being able to centralize the entire project on the platform. It helps avoid mistakes, improves efficiency, standardizes workflows, and keeps all data organized.

What do you dislike about the product?

I still haven’t seen anything I dislike. Overall, I find it really helpful. It might be costly for small businesses though.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Procore, I had to rely on several different software tools, which often led to rework, data entry mistakes, and overall inefficiency—sometimes even resulting in financial loss.

It streamlines all your processes and is very user friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?

It can be a little difficult to learn when you first start using it, especially at the beginning. It can be a bit expensive as well.

Procore centralizes construction management, improving communication and reducing errors, delays, and disconnected workflows.

What do you like best about the product?

Very easy to understand and the UI interface is easy to pick up and view

What do you dislike about the product?

Difficult to view files sometimes--files are easier to view when downloaded and viewed using a third party application instead.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procore is helping to solve a lot of my management such as submittals and RFIs. It is really easy to communicate with my team which improves clarity.

the directory, sometimes its not clear when looking for contrcators

the delay in submitting documents when uploading them

Subcontractor communication.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the UI and how intuitive it feels. I also appreciate the flexibility it gives me to manage company data and projects, and the onboarding process is straightforward.

Nothing to add for now, but I’m very excited to use Procore on my project.

It helps solve data silos across different software tools. With Procore as a single platform, I can manage a lot of the company’s processes in one place.

Procore eliminates the confusion of working off outdated drawings, missing specs, or buried email threads. Having all drawings, RFIs, submittals, field observations, daily logs, and punch lists housed in one real-time cloud platform ensures everyone—from field superintendents to project managers and subs—is looking at the exact same information.

What do you dislike about the product?

Procore’s pricing is based on Annual Construction Volume (ACV) rather than a flat per-user fee. As your project volume scales up, the annual cost increases significantly. For smaller subcontractors or mid-sized general contractors, the software can feel cost-prohibitive compared to alternatives.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

At its core, Procore exists to solve the biggest, most expensive problem in commercial construction: fragmented information.

When project data is scattered across personal email threads, local desktop folders, paper plans in job trailers, and disconnected spreadsheets, miscommunication happens. That miscommunication leads to rework, schedule slippage, budget overruns, and dispute liabilities.

Connecting with all your external collaborators makes the process much more efficient

APIs in the marketplace eliminates fragmented data silos

I don’t like how easy it is to use! I would change the profile screen to make it easier to navigate.

Right now, we’re working on a huge project, and it’s been really helpful to coordinate meetings, manage submittals, and review drawings all in one app.

I like that Procore is easy to navigate. I think all the tools work well, and it's easy to find what I'm looking for. It's not confusing at all. Plus, the initial setup was very easy and straightforward.

Procore makes my life easier for entering daily logs and operates smoothly on a daily basis.

The instructions are clear, and it’s easy to receive a certificate for the estimating software.

What do you dislike about the product?

The biggest downside is the learning curve. It takes time to understand where everything is, and the interface can feel overwhelming for new users. Some workflows could also be simplified to reduce the number of steps required.

Procore helps organize construction projects by keeping drawings, documents, RFIs, photos, schedules, and day-to-day communication all in one platform. Having everything centralized reduces confusion between the office and the field, speeds up decision-making, and helps keep projects on schedule. For estimating and project management, it’s a big efficiency boost because information is easier to find and share, which also helps reduce costly mistakes.
