What do you like best about the product?

I found Procore's platform intuitive and helpful for understanding project management, documentation, budgeting, contracts, and collaboration. The training courses are easy to follow, well-organized, and provide practical examples that translate to real-world use. I particularly value the RFI's feature. The initial setup of Procore was super easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't found anything yet, but I am a new user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Procore for learning and managing construction projects. The training is easy to follow and practical, and the platform is intuitive for understanding project management, documentation, budgeting, contracts, and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?

Organizing project data for internal and external use. As an off-site manufacture, we need to provide daily insight into our manufacturing progress to owners, consultants and 3rd party auditors/inspectors. Using ProCore allows us to control permissions and issue daily updates via photos, quality tools, minutes, RFIs, submittals and other tools.

What do you dislike about the product?

There aren't any drawbacks that we experience at this time

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As previously noted, central organization of data and progress is paramount in the off-site manufacturing world.

What do you like best about the product?

The best parts of training with Procore are the hands-on components and practice modules. I really like that because it shows me that I learn better by doing, rather than just reading about it. The training modules work fine for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

Yes. Less reading, more practice modules.

The training videos does not show the current version of Procore

My company started using Procore Pay, and it’s been very helpful to have one program that can handle everything, including billing.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the organization aspect of Procore. It helps keep me focused on what paperwork needs to be done and what's going on with the projects in the field. It's what I liked best.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think there could be more in the daily log. I think the notes part of it could be a little better. I think the daily log could use an upgrade.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procore organizes everything from logistics to scheduling. It keeps me focused on paperwork and ongoing projects in the field.

I like how easy and convinient it is to use.

So far I have not found anything I dislike about it. Maybe an email messenger would be cool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is bringing a common space to collaborate with the engineer and architect and contractor. My favorite part is the ability to have current drawings in the field as soon as they are made

Procore is very easy to use and navigate. There's multiple resources for our company that we see as an asset

as of right now I don't really see many downsides. I like the fact that we will be able to use Bluebeam with procore

easy access to all of the data used in a project. We don't have to navigate to multiple places for the data needed

I find this application to be exceptionally thorough in collecting the information necessary to support successful project planning and execution. The platform is well organized, intuitive to navigate, and provides a comprehensive framework for capturing the details needed to manage projects efficiently. Overall, it is a valuable tool for promoting accuracy, collaboration, and effective project management.

I have not found a down side as of yet. The product is user friendly.

rocore is an excellent platform for keeping project information organized and easily accessible. Its centralized system streamlines document management, communication, and project tracking, making it easier for teams to stay aligned and work efficiently. Overall, it enhances organization, improves collaboration, and supports effective project management from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Procore for RFI's, submittal review, specifications and drawings, schedule updates, and inspections. It really helps with communication with teams, owners, and trades. What I like most is the submittal review process, and that Procore is universal in construction. Since most trades and GC's use it to send documents, it's really easy and convenient to track updates to the reviews. The turnaround time is a lot quicker and it limits the confusion you get with email chains. I also use it with Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam.

What do you dislike about the product?

I prefer that if I'm just being notified and not an approver or submitting, I only get important changes like approved, resubmitted, closed.","Allowing users control on what submittal events can send emails, or sending an end of day summary of activity."}

Procore helps with communication across teams, owners, and trades. Since most trades and GCs use it, it's really easy and convenient to track updates to reviews. The submittal review turnaround time is a lot quicker and it limits the confusion you get with email chains.
