Best software for construction on the market today
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of retrieving information
Submittal process is a breeze
Ability to review CORs, RFIs, Drawings without waiting on an email or callback from the contractor
Seemless and hassle free communication between GC and other Subs

What do you dislike about the product?
Contractors don't use it correctly which causes consistency issues. This isn't a knock on Procore itself but those that don't use the training provided by Procore to make the most of their investment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enjoying being able to go review CORs, RFIs, or Drawings and not have to bother the GC with the request. Projects are flowing smoother than ever and Procore has bridged the communication gap in projects. Sometimes subs need to talk to each other and it's been difficult in the past to find out what sub is doing what work.

Get the package that is right for you.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of the tools are organized in a way to work best for the team in the field and staff in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
File structure for documents can be a little tricky at times, especially when it comes to a lot of photos.

Connecting our main office with our field for documentation

My favorite is the fact that there are so many useful tools for an entire job start to finish

One thing would be they try to change and update things a little too often.

We have realized massive benefits from having everything documented in each tool separately!

This is by far the best construction software I/we have ever used and it makes things so simple and quickly moves your company in the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore listens to their clients. I've seen changes made that were ones I suggested.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few processes that need refining such as way too many emails and no easy way to adjust that per user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with Procore is very easy and it's very customizable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Procore is the up and coming software for construction and that it will over take all others.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great all-in-one tool. It is nice to be able to house all our information within Procore, and access it with or without internet access due to caching the data. Recently I started working on our incomplete items list and Punchlist using the Procore app on an apple Ipad. I am very impressed at the speed and ease of entering these items, and linking them to applicable drawings. My favorite part of Procore is being able to work in numerous windows at once since it is web based.
I also like that procore is quick to respond to customer support recommendations and conflicts. It is nice to hear that Procore is constantly looking to evolve the system and create an every more powerful system. Procore's groundbreak convention is usually a great way to find new tools and releases coming soon.

What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is a great tool, however I occasionally find that the tools have so many entry fields that they can be confusing, learning to utilize these tools to link the different Procore tools together is apart of the learning curve. Overall, Procore has few flaws that aren't being dealt with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the Covid-19 crisis, working remotely and without the use of an office and large-style plotter has been a need for most. Knowing that we are on Procore and everything is accessible from drawings to documents to contracts, photos, specifications and punchlist. All my tools are accessible to me on the go or working from home. It is very nice to know that I can be at 100% without the office.

To be able to track items and close out with a photo.

The way the Apple app works and its limited function compared to android

Job site Project management. able to track deficiencies and punch.

I would highly recommend procore to any one in the construction industry or other industry that could use this project management software.
Great Resource
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and organization. Even if you are a new user the templates are a great resource for any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects do not pertain to all projects. You will have to pick and choose what works the best for you depending on GC, Scope, etc.

Organization. All team members are on the same page and included in the construction process.

Procore uses technology integration very well.

There are features on the mobile app that could be adjusted. They need to add more features to draw and edit drawings

RFI's and submittals are very easy to access.
User-Friendly, Helpful, Customizable

I like that there is the opportunity to create custom reports and make the program what works best for your company. The support team is also VERY helpful!

Some aspects of the program can be a little inefficient but they're functions I rarely use.

Field usage is really awesome and helpful!
Top of the Line Construction Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
It is a completely comprehensive construction software, there is not a day as a project manager you will not use the system. In addition to the basic necessities like daily logs, submittal, RFI, Commitment, Change management, and document management the integrations with our accounting and estimating softwares have stream lined many processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company does mostly CM work, with this the Preconstruction aspect in Procore is lacking.
Also the costs will be limiting for many potential customers.

Using Procore our company has become more uniform with our presentation and processes, this had made employees more efficient and created a higher quality of management output.
