Effective solution for the smooth construction projects management.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a powerful platform which centralizing all he documents involved on different ongoing construction projects in a place whereby different members can easily access.
The tool can even deployed on Mobile platforms, and the tool features are perfect, especially the document overlay function helps a lot.
Procore is also reliable on various Estimations and it supports other products like Accounting tools, and documents uploading is also simple for the users.

What do you dislike about the product?
None for me to say, Procore so far has taken the management of different construction projects to another productive level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Procore all the drawings can be easily found, viewing of various updates on the projects progresses and sharing of the construction drawings with other professionals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Functional construction management tool which ensures the smooth running of different projects, and time saving tool which is easy to get used and the service is the best.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access all the information I need for any project at any given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to use the email function in the IOS app. Also, the functionality of the Apple Pencil wasn't fixed when editing Drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and organization. The ability of Real Time updates

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a complete solution. It covers the full project scope from inception (bidding), through procurement, construction, and covers closeout and even into warranty coverage. Drawings is the central focus but it has separate tools for specifications, RFIs, Submittals, documents, photos, daily logs, timesheets, inspections, and more. Additionally, with both a web and mobile platform, you can keep the office and the field on the same page with the progress of the project, and any issues that may come up.
They are constantly evolving based on input from the users on the software. It continues to grow in capability and ease of use. Love working with the Procore team to improve the product. They encourage input and are asking for study groups.
Support is also huge. Anyone, anytime can reach out direct to Procore and get live, knowledgeable help from a native english speaker

What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is not a cheap software but it is worth every bit of the price for the tools available, the support provided, and the communication gained. The only other complaint I have is the notifications can get a bit overwhelming and getting it dialed in takes some creativity. The changes can get over whelming at times as things continue to change and you get used to a certian setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With having everything related to the project in one central platform there isn't a question about where something is or on who's computer it is on. It is also great because it is backed up and very reliable. I think in the 4 years we have been using it there was about a 4 hour window where there was some serious degradation of services due to technical difficulties. We are able to know what needs to get done and who we are expecting to get that done. No more having to go back through emails to remember if I told someone about a submittal or other action that needed completed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need executive sponsorship and support. It is going to be a little bit different from other methods. It works best when everyone is actually in there using it and not trying to do some hybrid with Procore stars doing the entry.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly aspect of procore. I am not great on technology but this platform isnt too hard to get your head around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike however the main issue i have is getting everybody onboard to incorporate it into their daily operations on site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing is that there is a lot that procore can offer which i am not fully aware of yet. It is easy enough to learn about new tools through experimenting.
Procore is innovative and meets clients needs based on what is happening currently in the industry.

Procore is the only complete construction software program. We have access to every tool we need all in one place to effectively run our projects from start to finish. There are many custom options available on each tool to customize what we want to see and what we do not want to see. Our contractors have easy access to all of our project information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the idea of access to additional tools with the embedded apps but I think they are very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only issue we are having currently is the inability to edit the submittal workflow once in place, the ability to replace users would be huge.
I push all of my subcontractors to use Procore more because it make so many things easier.

The simplicity of having all the construction documents every where I go. Even if I wake up at 2am thinking about something, I have the information in hand.

Everyday I find some little function that would make filtering items much easier, that Procore doesn't offer

Coordination items between trades and identifying design conflicts in the field.

Very intuitive and user friendly. Easy to learn and use.

Sometimes it takes several extra steps to edit or delete information that is saved in Procore.

Procore is a great tool for accessing all of a project's information in one place. Everything from daily field reports, pictures, documents, drawings to contracts and financials.

Sometimes it feels like there's so many features it can get overwhelming

Procore helps me to keep track of my to do lists, submittals, RFIs, punch list, etc. It is intuitive and makes things very easy to find. I'd recommend it to all builders.

occasionally they'll change their layout and you'll have to find where the submit etc buttons have moved to.

We save time and money avoiding problems caused by not knowing where to find answers.

Procore will save you many many hours searching and locating documents, plans, RFIs ets. It is easy to use and makes life better. If you're on the edge get a demo!

Procore allows for foremen to communicate with the Project Manager who in turn can give them information straight from the engineer in the form of RFIs, Submittals, and Drawings.

Some of the drawing organization conventions can be confusing and it is hard to edit certain drawing sets without creating new iterations of the same drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every interaction is documented and every document can be interacted with.
