Procore is a top-notch Project Management software that handles your every need.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows for foremen to communicate with the Project Manager who in turn can give them information straight from the engineer in the form of RFIs, Submittals, and Drawings.
Organization has never been easier with the simple online format.
All team members can access and edit information on a project and inform the rest of the team through the automatic email system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the drawing organization conventions can be confusing and it is hard to edit certain drawing sets without creating new iterations of the same drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every interaction is documented and every document can be interacted with.

I don't like the layout of the meeting minutes.

The benefits are being able to easily share information with others.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy program to learn and use. Very user friendly layout as well as functionality. Allows us all to be on the same page at the same time which is crucial. The real time accessibility is essential in today's work force.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations and some programming options that aren't quite available yet but the support staff is always ready for any suggestions and input. Hoping to see some of the suggestions that we have made implemented before long because we can't possible be the only people out there hoping for some quick fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everybody can be on the same page in real time without having to deal with delays of paper copies or anything like that.

What do you like best about the product?
- for field use it is a great way to find and access job information and drawings
- Makes tracking RFI's, submittals, bidding very easy and great tool for documentation
- Information is easy to find and the permissions tool is great for being able to add all team members
What do you dislike about the product?
- Some accounting processes in Procore do not match up with ours but were not changeable
- This is a learning curve for new employees
- At times the program is upgraded too often, frequently they will change the layout or process of a feature. (Also their training videos are not always upgraded at the same time, which makes training on the new features difficult)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawings Coordination with subcontractors and having a centralized location for all job site data, that is accessible for the whole construction team.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ease of use, especially the ability to connect field and office users in one single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot that I dislike about Procore. The only things that I don't like pertain to product features that are hopefully "in the works" for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows us to track everything project related in one platform so keeping tabs on open items is much easier than products I've used in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Submittal Log... It'll basically create it for you in about 15 minutes!

What do you like best about the product?
Simple user interface, efficiency of tools, organization of documents
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A. Can be slow to implement requests but good at prioritizing updates based on user feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying our subcontracting process, organizing subcontractor database

Procore has been a great addition to our company. Having project documents and information available to anyone at anytime has made us so much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
We utilize Procore functions as the Observations, RFI, Punch Lists to their fullest. We like how all people involved with the project are able to be connected in central platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major dislike is that we need to utilize the Punch Lists as our As-built. We are a little different construction and this platform does help us, we still have issues where we would like to have our as-built as the construction phases instead of using the punch-list for this purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a centralized project communication with Procore and being able to document issues, resolutions and remedies. Yes, our business performance has increased.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore has a great customer service that responds very quickly and accurately. There are numerous training's available to all levels of user along with valuable chats and documents to look at. Procore is used constantly on our projects with different levels of users and we are able to perform a variety of aspects in the field and translate those to the field office. The range of platforms we use are a considerable drain on other programs, but Procore is able to keep the projects moving and making sure everyone is aware of what stage, issues, and any other problems there on a project. We have pushed Procore to our subcontractors to use because of the ease and because it ties in directly to our scope of work and they are able to provide up to current questions, RFI's, photos, anything to do with the scope of work and the ability to complete without delays.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very easy to use. My favorite this is that Procore tracks all revisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes this system can be really slow.
Also, document tab vs the drawing tab is a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit I get from Procore is the ease of sharing document with our subs and equipment vendors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore has alot of training videos that you should take the time to watch.

Procore on the Jobsite

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use the program on my iPad when walking the jobsite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I run into issues when searching drawings on iOS devices, but it always works OK on the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating punchlists/observations to keep track of issues on the jobsite. Taking daily photos directly through procore to save space on my iPhone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having a platform that is accessible on the computer and mobile devices is very convenient on the job site.
