Diverse Shapes and Connectors Supporting Clear Port Labeling for VLAN and PoE Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Available shapes and line designs are diverse so whichever I need in my project to create VLAN segmentation for camera traffic is there. Creating the diagrams using Lucidchart enables me to label each Ethernet and PoE port connections helping installers understand both logical and physical wiring requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not faced any challenges with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a whole (Lucidchart+Lucidspark) it is a very proper way of creating diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart as a detailed design tool to build diagrams that show how devices physically connect and for our intrusion detection systems, the diagrams illustrate how motion sensors and alarm panels communicate with the central management system.
Top One Platform for Drawing Org Charts, Business Workflows and System Connections
What do you like best about the product?
I like the built-in easily editable templates that help me to start my flowchart work quickly without looking for other inspirations on the web. Really helpful in drawing of diagrams most especially flowcharts that help us lay down the structure of systems we build.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a perfect tool to work with only that you need the paid version if you are working with a large organization but still the rates are very affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been the best for preparation of organization charts and information lifecycle flowcharts that help illustrate the steps for collecting, processing, storing and distributing data to internal systems.
L.Spark ➕ L.Chart Streamlines Ad Campaign Visualization for 24/7
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating on ad plans and designs via L.spark is what I crown 👑 LVCS 4 on my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Been using both L.Chart & L.Spark and I barely fail to accomplish my PPC campaign needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out KPIs and tracking campaign performance.
Perfect for Non-profit Idea and Social Media Content Visualization 👨💻
What do you like best about the product?
Mapping out social media content and timelines allows me to plan content calendars 📅 perfectly via Lucid diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the mobile iOS apps are two separately, should be one with two branches - My Views Anyways!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design workflows - Enhances content approvals and publishing.
Best Flowchart Design Tool with Great Diagram Components Library
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the multiple shape designs, snappy arrows, images and the way this tool efficiently manages my project plans and organizational charts because it gives very high standard kind of diagram output.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could have been a built-in preset category for neon-style colors but creating them using custom colors and effects achieves almost a similar style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite the most to create organizational charts and I can draw business processes such as AML and incident management workflows in a structured layout allowing people to understand some of the complex processes we work with in a much easier way.
Fast and Simple for Mapping Flowcharts That are Descriptive in a Very Efficient Way
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is my favorite tool in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as it provides a complete diagramming solution giving me the ability to create customer journey flowcharts by using the icons, images and shapes it provides to illustrate the exact picture of the flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the stencils needs to be downloaded to use although most are readily available and those that need to be downloaded are just a few.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a great experience creating customer service workflow diagrams mapping how our clients move from onboarding (KYC checks) to actual product usage and this helped reduce customer drop-offs by eliminating redundant onboarding steps.
The Ease of Creating UML and Architecture Diagrams with Default Templates Greatly Valued
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about LVCS is how it helps me turn complicated and hard to understand network architecture and data flow designs into easy diagrams or tables that are so much simpler to interpret.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I am not able to identify a problem or something I didn’t like, so it’s really just okay with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LVCS to create process flow diagrams that show how digital control systems connect to physical operations like valves and sensors which helps communicate our environment structure with clarity and precision.
A game changer
What do you like best about the product?
As a researcher, I’ve found that Lucid is where my messy qualitative data finally starts to make sense. It’s been a game-changer for moving from "stacks of notes" to clear, visual service blueprints that stakeholders actually enjoy reading. I use the infinite canvas to bridge the gap between deep-dive ethnographic observations and high-level design thinking, nesting granular user insights directly into broader ecosystem maps.
The real-time collaboration features are what save me during workshops; instead of just presenting a static deck, I can lead live "How Might We" sessions that turn abstract ideas into a shared visual narrative. It has fundamentally changed how I communicate complex systems to leadership, making the research feel less like a report and more like a living roadmap. It’s honestly the most reliable way I've found to keep cross-functional teams aligned on the same user story.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I’m a power user, the biggest hurdle is the friction between the different "modes" of the suite; jumping between the fluid, messy brainstorming of Lucidspark and the rigid structure of Lucidchart can break my creative flow when I’m trying to turn raw interview notes into a formal service map. I’ve also noticed that once a board gets populated with hundreds of sticky notes and high-res images from ethnographic sessions, the performance starts to lag, which is a bit stressful during a high-stakes live workshop. The "smart" formatting tools are helpful for speed, but they can be surprisingly stubborn when I need to customize a specific layout for a unique user journey. I’d love to see a more seamless bridge between the two products and a bit more "snappiness" when handling massive, data-heavy canvases so the tool can truly keep up with the pace of a fast-moving research synthesis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is a lifesaver because it finally replaces the manual slog of trying to force static documents to handle complex research data. I used to spend hours just drawing boxes and formatting layouts, but now I can jump straight into synthesis using their excellent library of templates. It effectively solves the problem of fragmented notes by giving me one infinite space to map out every stage of a user journey. This has been a huge benefit for my workshops because I can lead live sessions that turn abstract ideas into a shared visual narrative. It has completely changed how I communicate with leadership by making my findings feel like a living roadmap instead of just another presentation deck.
