Infinite Canvas with Powerful Templates for Effortless Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy most an infinite canvas where I'm able to share idea,plan and visual complex projects clearly.Provide great sticky notes ,diagrams and templates that makes brainstorming and teamwork easy across the board and remote ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing about this product,I personally see it as the best for my daily works needs both work and personal projects .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have the best and most intuitive canvas that allow me to visualize and share ideas easily .Also strong collaboration tools and diagrams that help my team and I to plan,document and align our work on the same page.
Transforms Meetings with Easy Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a central hub for visualizing our project workflows, which helps align all stakeholders. I like how it solves our communication problems by visually presenting workflows instead of burying project steps in email logs, making it easy to use and share across my team. The real-time collaboration during meetings is great; it transforms a 'boring presentation' into an interactive workshop. We frequently use the live cursors and @mention comments to refine projects on the fly. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole tool is excellent, but the licensing costs can become significant as team scale, especially for occasional users or clients that we need to use it only a few times. Would be great to have like 'day uses'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to map projects' workflow as a central hub, which solves our communication issues by visualizing processes. It’s easy to use and share, supports real-time collaboration, transforming boring presentations into interactive workshops with live cursors and comments.

What do you like best about the product?
It's my dreadful diagramming solution with pompous of templates to seamlessly edit to suit my workflows.It glimmers with drag and drop for cross functional collaboration for teams within different department to come together to brainstorm and align processes for quick follow.New employees are always catered for with Lucid Visual collaboration suite with seamless onboarding can get better than this.I love it for cross platform with all my work at my fingertips.

My dreadful warhorse with adroit interface with masterful templates to suit my workflows.Reliable with swift performance especially while collaborating remotely to build flowcharts for my projects.I like it as cross platform with everything at my fingertips be it brainstorming to share my ideas,mind mapping and project task prioritization to work on emergent tasks first.I like it to highlight how the customer support was super helpful and till now we are contact wherenever i got stuck they always come through for me.

Empowers Visual Clarity and Seamless Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the suggestions and feedback on how to create my flows. It helps me create visuals, which is useful for explaining things more easily to the leadership team. For example, it suggests how the chart looks, in a way, I can accommodate and visually make it fitting. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that annoys me a little is the zoom out/in thing with the mouse, it doesn't move the table like up and down, instead it zooms in and out.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create visuals, making it easier to explain to the leadership team. It offers helpful suggestions on improving chart appearances, making them visually suitable.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for reorganizational planning to preview how structural changes would impact the company's org chart. It helps us visualize proposed org changes, understand the future state structure, and align stakeholders before implementing a reorg. I like that it makes complex org changes easy to visualize and share, helping the team quickly understand the proposed structure. The user-friendly environment helps me quickly create, update, and share proposed charts without a lot of extra bandwidth. Lucid has been the most user-friendly org chart creator that I have used in my career for building charts from scratch, and my first experience was very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Wish I had more user experience to be objective in this space.

My absolute colosseum-level with epic and captivating presentations that helps easily understand processes within our organization.Rocks with drag and drop UX to make diagramming effortless.One of the portable solution with impeccable layout from all my devices.Most monumental with terrific with flowcharts and Orgo Charts which makes onbaording so cool and makes new employees feel welcomed.
Cloud-Based and Flexible, with Excellent Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it adapts to all kinds of workflows, and the best part is that it’s cloud-based. I can capture my ideas anytime and experiment with them using different tools. Plus, the integrations are excellent; honestly, I think it’s the best I’ve used so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not easy to learn at first; it takes a bit of practice. Also, when many users are connected, it doesn’t always run smoothly and can slow down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been incredible to see how much this tool has reduced our project approval time. The whole process has improved significantly: before, everything felt outdated, but now it’s much more modern, creative, and efficient in every way.
Intuitive UI That Makes Great-Looking Network Diagrams Fast
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the UI. It felt very intuitive to me, and I really appreciated that. I only need it for network diagrams, and it fits the bill perfectly. It took me just a couple of days working part-time to put together a complete network diagram. On top of that, it produces great-looking diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I ended up buying the full version so I could access all the libraries I needed. That said, it was pretty complicated to figure out how to “recolor” some of the symbols within those libraries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a “simple” yet intuitive program to draw the occasional network diagram. I don’t have time to learn everything about a product just to be able to use it and stay productive. Lucid fit the bill.
The Most Sophisticated and User Friendly Tool Where Ideas Take Shape and Come to Life
What do you like best about the product?
I've been consistently using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and what I find most helpful is ability to create maps, flowcharts and boards all in one workspace which eliminate my reliance on long meetings to get everyone aligned on the same page. Help me to work smarter and communicate everything in simple and visual way accessible to everyone
What do you dislike about the product?
My rating is 10/10 because it deliver the features and service it advertise ,simply and with zero bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with my team has become much more smoother ,we are able to brainstorm, develop and improve both plans and strategies together in one shared workspace regardless of our different location.
