Customizable UI/UX with Helpful Support and Powerful Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how customizable it is compared to its competitors and also a much better UI/UX. Also, the support it offers has been helpful. I was able to chat with Jeremy and he was extremely helpful and ensured that if I had any questions that he was available. He also made me aware of the different features it offers, such as new AI features and the integrations with other applications like Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have not experienced any downsides or negatives about Lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How customizable it is. Our team utilizes data flow diagrams a lot and with how nice the UI/UX is with the different layers and other features, it has benefitted us.

What do you like best about the product?
I bet on this heavyweight champ with configurable templates editable to suit my workflows needs.I love it for adaptable diagramming to meet my different flowcharts and Org charts.I admire it for smooth team collaboration to remotely and simutaneosly work on projects.I slaute it for spectacle on mind maps that makes brainstorming to effortless.It's no-brainer implementation makes it dumbfounding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's No-brainer implementation makes it dumbfounding.I bet on it as heavyweight that tops with configurable templates that helps to build workflows with ease.Rocks with adaptable diagramming to suit my flowcharts and Org chart needs.Intuitiveness of interface with drag and drop interface that works for everybody making departmental collaboration so effortless.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a daily user of Lucid Visual Collaboration and I love the way it covers a range of workflows from individual brainstorming to collaborative work planning for both our virtual and hybrid work environment. Also I like how it's simple to capture and visualize ideas with mind maps.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find annoying sometimes is slowness when working with larger diagrams and I must pay the higher tier to access some useful features I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow efficient collaboration with my teams and ability to create good looking diagrams that help to explain complex workflows in way that keep everyone aligned .

It's swiftness of performance makes it my ultimate hall of famer with efficient process mapping with Exemploral AI which incredibly boost my flowcharts and Org charts creation so efforlessly,Can't get enough.I love it for smooth collaboration with comments and team discussion thanks to robust intergrations.Coolest of the interface with drag and drop interface for ease of access.One of the affordable and gold standard solution that rocks with professional presentations.

Intuitive and User-Friendly—Helped Me Build a Process Map Fast
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is.It was recommended by a colleague as I am doing an AI Workflow apprenticeship, and needed a product to illustrate the workflow I plan to automate using AI, and even though I was new to the software, it is so intuitive that I was able to produce a very passable process map in a couple of hours. I then spent more time refining it, and by using Gemini GEMS to assist, I now have a perfect process map that would've taken me 3 times as long using alternate software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I would've struggled to find easy how-to tutorials on line if it had not been for an experienced colleague to train me. More video's and case studies of people using it would be handy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Granted we luckily have a paid licence for it through my workplace, but no way I'd have been able to produce this level of quality using the previous free mapping software I'd used before. I've saved so much time on this project, meaning I can now spend more time on the workflow than illustrating it
Intuitive and Easy Visualization, But Room for Dashboard Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be a helpful tool. It makes it easy to visualize how I want dashboards to flow from page to page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is built as well for dashboards. It would be nice to be able to see how you're gonna move from button click to button click, rather than just from page to page.

User-Friendly and Efficient for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very easy to use with its simple drag-and-drop features. It's a very user-friendly tool, which makes it easy for anyone new to get familiar with it in just one or two hours. I also appreciate how it supports collaboration with my team by allowing us to define workflows for both new and existing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be sometimes, when I try to drag some of the lines, it doesn't work. But the thing is I just need to be more familiar how to use those lines wherever it is required.

Very Useful Readily Available Shapes and Icons for Creating High Level Design Process Flows
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has a major benefit in terms of its user-friendliness with an intuitive interface that allows for effortless addition of elements to the workspace for diagramming and I like the very good results that comes from using this tool especially when I am mapping a process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great and I have had a good experience creating process maps without experiencing any difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps me to create project task dependency flowcharts mapping how individual project tasks are sequenced and dependent on one another which improves scheduling accuracy.
Drag-and-Drop Diagramming That Makes Complex Processes Easy to Visualize
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart offers drag-and-drop as the best feature which allows me to choose shapes and icons to create flowcharts, mind maps and many other types of diagrams with the capability of visualizing complex processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t have any major cons and its easy to make diagrams look exactly as I want them to without any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has been very reliable for creating client onboarding process flowcharts mapping the exact step-by-step process a new client goes through from contract signing to first successful product use which directly improves early client satisfaction.
Easy and Collaborative Visuals with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. I appreciate the easy collaboration and visuals it offers when working with org charts. The data imports feature is also something I find valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the ADP integration/API could be improved. I would like a more effective HRIS API for real-time updates to org charts.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for easy collaboration and visuals when working with org charts.
