User-Friendly and Versatile Suite for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite easy to use and appreciate that it's available everywhere on my devices. Being cloud-based is a huge plus, as it allows me to use it across multiple devices and share with a number of people, even if they don't have licenses. I really like the number of features it has for visual editing, which lets me express visual representations of my requirements without any limitations. It's much more flexible and easier to use than what we switched from, and the initial setup was extremely simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting features could be improved and restoring files could also be improved. But other than that, the software is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for sharing across teams and customers, improving visual representation of ideas and customer designs.
Easy, User-Friendly Tool for Creating Big Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is easy, user friendly, simple to understand and very helpful in creating big diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, one thing i need that Lucid can improve is the shapes, if i search for some shape eg. a company name, then the company logo should come up in the search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps understanding the high level workflows.

Easy Collaboration for Creating and Sharing Tech Stack Charts
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to collaborate, I am able to create good charts describing tech stacks that can be used and elaborated on by colleagues and other collaborators. Excellent outreach from Lucid chart in regards to questions, good advice etc.
I don't need to create charts overly frequently, so it's good that the interface is simple, yet powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating files through the browser feels a bit clunky at times, but overall it works well enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal documents describing technology stack / how things work, mind maps, but also good for creating marketing material.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and allows me to communication processes and flows with my team and customers easily. I use it frequently to help me with visualizing processes. It was easy to implement into my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike about Lucid Chart.

I mainly use to visualize customer flows to find way to improve customer's workflows and then sharing the solutions with them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my team and I can individually add to the charts we're working on simultaneously as if we're all in the same room together. Working from home this is super important

Our company is expanding so we're getting an influx of new accounts that are tied to us, so we're able to work collaboratively to get these accounts aligned and in our system in the neatest way possible.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the streamlined Canvas which easily transforms abstract ideas into structured plans and the smart shapes and connectors that make building complex flowcharts incredibly fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not experience any performance dips although with the free tier you can only edit 3 documents at a time but you can archive old ones to free space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes creating flowcharts and diagrams to organize ideas especially during the early stages of projects seamless and efficient. Mapping sales pipelines simplifies complex processes and allows for clear visualization of data to easily track opportunities and align the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has such a comprehensive functionality, everything I need to create and present our organization structure and offers a lot of customizable elements to create diagrams that link strategic goals and initiatives. I like that their helpful support and knowledge of the tool has made this a successful and pleasant experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons at the moment, I mostly use it for organizational charts and process visualization and it’s been serving me well for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a great tool for building out the company org chart that I easily share with stakeholders for ease of use when locating team members and where they sit within the organization. Diagramming is the major thing for me, I use it to visualize the team’s scope and hierarchies.
