Empowers Visualization with Robust AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to define and visualize processes with ease. I appreciate how beautifully it displays data flows and cases using charts and diagrams, making it easier to explain complex workflows to my manager. I like the AI integration and the various options and features available, including the playground/canvas for experimentation. I also love that I can achieve everything with code, which I frequently use to update or rearrange the diagram and node structure. The initial setup was relatively easy, thanks to the tutorial provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm currently satisfied but more AI credits would be helpful. Also if there is collapse option in a diagram and also animation of the flow. Like in a hierarchical tree it is more cluttered if there is collapse option then I can edit what I can see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to beautifully visualize processes and data flow, which helps explain complex systems. The AI integration and coding features are particularly valuable for customizing and perfecting diagrams.
Favorite Platform for Creating Organizational Charts and Visual Display of Process Flows
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use makes it easy to generate robust organizational charts and brainstorming diagrams with the highly customizable objects and images available. The diagram export feature allows portability to other platforms making presentations easy for me. It provides even more precise lines, shapes and creative environment than similar platforms in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific that I am missing Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great tool that serves me well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a clear, concise way to communicate our company’s table of organization making it very visible the hierarchies of each team and I am able to create onboarding checklist diagrams that ensure we don’t miss any crucial onboarding steps.

I have been with LVCS for more than three years now and I haven't had issues using it.

Straightforward Interface and Great Visual Options Make Diagramming Fast and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Provides great visual options including icons, shapes and connectors that lets me make pie charts and lengthy diagrams quite easily. It was very simple to set up and took just a few minutes to produce my first, multi-lane process map.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid does everything I need working really well for different diagramming needs and there really isn’t much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to work in a more seamless manner when it comes to cross-team collaboration discussing design and workflow implementations. It has been my go to tool for every diagram, process or flow charts for our presentations and reports.
Intuitive and Easy to Use for Building and Editing Boards
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to use Lucid. You figure out the different functionalities easily. It is very easy to cut and paste pictures etc, and move around on the board
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an unnecessary step in the login procedure: I currently only work in one board, and even when I click on a link to go directly there, I am taken to a some dashboard I do not neet to get to. Sometimes the zooming in and out is not super smooth, but a bit fast - I just want to zoom in a little bit, but it goes very quickly to a much more zoomed in view when I zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use it to communicate on a project development phase with global colleagues, We can all go in and check updates etc. It is also very good for visual overview

What do you like best about the product?
Mapping out project plans through project timelines & tasks visualization with flowcharts is what I ❤️ most ‘bout LVCS (Lucidchart).

Ever since incorporation of Lucidspark into the Suite in 2021, I have never faced challenges when collaborating visually with boards.

Has been seamless to collaborate with colleagues - brainstorming before laying projects to motion.

Visualizing and optimizing hotel operations such as housekeeping + F&B services is what I give 👍🏿👍🏿 ‘bout LVCS.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the new AI feature in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite quite amazing. I use it to convert notes I take in a note-taking app or sketches I hand-draw on my notebook into workflows within Lucidchart. This AI prompt builder feature is a game changer for me. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy and quite intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe we can introduce something about pencil support where we can use the mouse cursor to draw the boards directly, like if I'm drawing a square, it can detect that it's a square and make it into one.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages is its real-time collaboration capability. Multiple team members can edit diagrams, flowcharts, or whiteboards simultaneously, similar to how people collaborate in Google Docs. This makes brainstorming sessions, architecture discussions, and project planning much faster and more interactive, especially for distributed teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that some of its advanced features and functionality can be difficult for new users to learn at first. Because the platform includes many tools for diagramming, data linking, and collaboration, the interface can feel overwhelming until you spend time getting familiar with it.

It helps me work more efficiently with others because everyone can contribute ideas, edit diagrams, and give feedback in one place without long email chains or confusion.
