Exceptionally User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is very user friendly and pretty easy for first timers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that Lucid has a sharing feature that allows stakeholders to view work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid allows me to put my thoughts and ideas into real actionable items.
Intuitive Diagramming, Room for Export Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy to navigate and style. It provides a dedicated space for diagramming and has all the elements I mostly need. I appreciate its ease of use, allowing me to quickly make a flowchart without having to look too much. The initial setup was pretty easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting is a bit tough and not always as clear as I expect. Also, styling options could be more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it easy to navigate and style my work in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It provides a dedicated space for diagramming and has all the elements I mostly need.
Easily accessible all in one tool for flowcharts and other such visual diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The diagram editor is easy to use and I like the way I can link several shapes and icons to make more detailed drawings. Remarkably easy to go from no experience with creation of diagrams and charts that are good for presentation. I also agree with its cloud collaboration features as they have really helped us achieve our goals more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen anything that wouldn’t meet my expectations or noticed any possible opportunities for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I use this program to create data flow diagrams, wireframes, flowcharts and other type of diagrams that illustrate our IT infrastructure, visualizing network segments to identify potential entry points for cyber threats and understand how data moves through different systems.
Effortless Org Chart Creation with Intuitive Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is fast and easy to use. It's super easy to set up, which was great for me. I find it especially helpful for creating our company's org chart. It allows us to see all employees in one org and organize it easily. Plus, it gives clear, visual breakdowns of our team structure.

Transforms Admin SOPs and Office Layouts with Ease via Lucid VCS
What do you like best about the product?
As a Director of Admin in a construction industry, I am able to turn every admin SOP into a flowchart and visualize office layouts and desk assignments on a shared canvas through Lucidchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
For over two years now, I have not come across challenges even though we use custom tier which barely limit anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee-onboarding flow is one of the benefits that I realize with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite via creation of guided flowcharts and diagrams that track the progress of our projects.
Versatile with a very fast drag and drop to achieve highly effective flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the many templates set up to get me moving quickly within Lucid and focus on adding the vital shapes and connectors to improve my diagram design process. It lets me make those flowcharts and lengthy diagrams entirely without having to switch to any other program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found anything that needs improvement as of now, it’s the clear leader in this diagram and flowchart space.

Creating flowcharts has been very helpful in documenting work instructions to ensure every employee follows the exact same sequence of steps for consistent product quality. It makes it easy for me to share design and workflow implementations within the organization.
Lucid is very flexible in diagramming, supports multiple shapes, and is always reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has been hands down the simplest diagramming tool to use that still produces high-quality flowchart output. The straightforward canvas supporting drag and drop is what I like most and the way it supports many formats to download the diagrams I create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything I could note I least like at this time because I get all the benefits of this tool and easily create any diagram I need.

Lucid is an awesome tool with use cases for almost everything. I have used it to create diagrams for a variety of different sustainability projects but also internal workflows for data collection and reporting and a ton of others.
Effective tool with lots of options in terms of objects to create sequence diagrams and org charts
What do you like best about the product?
With a variety of templates to pick from, I start there and easily create professional diagrams and org charts for presentations and internal company use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could be made easier to do is text editing as it is not easy to select text without grabbing the object instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve used Lucid to create org charts that help visualize the current staffing across various departments and clearly mapping hierarchies within the organization to support effective management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily make a flowchart with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. The layout is very simple, making it user-friendly for creating diagrams. The initial setup was very easy, which made getting started a breeze. I also appreciate how it helps me understand different symbols, which is especially helpful for my college work.

Sometimes the arrows don't go where I want them.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for flowchart creation in college. It helps me understand different symbols and makes it easy to create flowcharts with its simple layout.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the fast response of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It was really easy to set up, and as I mentioned, the suite is easy to use. I would really recommend it, and my scale would be 10.
