My Lucid experience

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is its seamless ability to turn complex ideas into clear, visual workflows. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface, wide variety of templates, and real-time collaboration features make it incredibly effective for brainstorming, process mapping, and technical architecture discussions — especially across remote teams. Integration with tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence also adds huge value for keeping everything connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that it can become expensive at scale, especially for larger teams that need full feature access. Additionally, performance may lag slightly with very complex or heavily detailed diagrams, particularly when multiple users are editing simultaneously. Lastly, while the interface is generally intuitive, some advanced features have a learning curve and require time to fully utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives the tool to draw , create the architecture diagram , share it internally or externally , download PDF and share with customer.

Great for new users looking to build workflow charts

What do you like best about the product?
I had not used this application to its full capacity, but I would like to in the future. What I found is that the user interface is amazing for new users. I liked the constant how-to and tips that were integrated into the worksheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that when I was clicking around I was constantly activating the tooling like adding lines or new shapes. It was also somewhat hard to move between adding text blocks and moving around the workflow chart if I wanted to place a title above the boarder of the chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my experience, Ludic helped solved the issue of building a workflow chart that I could picture in my mind and didn't fully understand how to connect on screen or on paper. It gave me a visual aid that was necessary in allowing my training new project managers who were confused on what exactly they would be doing and where in the process we were as they work with me to take over an existing project.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the comprehensive symbol library and intuitive controls. Outlining high-level workflows with strong visuals is really valuable, especially when they can be shared so easily with my teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are really useful but sometimes all of the functionality is a bit overwhelming. It would be great if the UX could identify what I was trying to do and make valuable suggestions. I get the sense that this tool is very powerful and I am only scratching the surface. It would be great if I had some pointers to elevate my skills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the Technical Support department there is a need to visualize our knowledge base at a high level. Using Lucid helps our team do this. By visualizing knowledge-base article coverage we can more easily identify gaps and knowledge domains for easier management.
