What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its friendly interface, which makes it easier to work on university projects. The initial setup was very easy, and I like how I can integrate it with Microsoft Word.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant really put my finger on anything.

It helps me create different diagrams for university projects, and I like its friendly interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it suggests alternative ways to complete my diagrams, workflows, and other related items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there’s still room for improvement in how its AI is trained. For example, I asked it to replace “ ” with the symbol I wanted, but I still ended up having to type those replacements manually myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me map out a process within our organization almost instantly.

I like the drag-and-drop interface and the collaborative working feature with teams all at once. It really helps me improve efficiency rather than spending a lot of time on formatting or additional functionalities. The initial setup wasn't complicated; it was pretty much easy, and I could build a few complex diagrams in no time.

I think for me, additional features should have been added to an initial level subscription plan.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy to use and not so complicated. It also comes with multiple different features and shapes that I can actually integrate into my diagramming, which makes it easier for me to draw, especially when it comes to creating system architecture diagrams. It's actually very easy to use since I was just using the web version of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for real-time team collaboration on system architecture diagrams, and it makes drawing, especially DFD diagrams, much easier for me.
Collaborative Digital Whiteboard for Effortless Idea Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
It acts as a collaborative, digital whiteboard. So you're able to easily create charts and map out your ideas for others to see and add to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any cons I can think of with Lucid Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of having a pdf file that is shared, and then needs to be deleted, as an updated version of said pdf is used. Now all edits can be made in the same shared placed.

Wow. It's amazing. It's my first time using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, and it's very easy to use, especially for a first-time user. It's very simple and easy to view, and I like the minimalism, like the version of it. I don't have to figure out how to use it; I just go to the website and use it right away. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom in and out can be more flexible. It's quite difficult to zoom in and out as there are preset percentages like 33%, 50%, and 100%, which makes it hard to fine-tune the view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me solve my school assignment by allowing me to create process diagrams easily.

I like how easy it is to turn rough ideas into clean, professional visuals with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite without spending a lot of time formatting. The real-time collaboration feature is a big plus, as multiple people can jump in, edit, and comment at the same time, making brainstorming sessions feel productive instead of chaotic. I also appreciate how intuitive the interface is, allowing even non-technical teammates to quickly start building diagrams or contributing. The real-time collaboration makes a big difference during meetings, turning discussions into working sessions where the whole team can actively participate, add notes, adjust flows, and we leave meetings with something concrete instead of just ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes larger diagrams can start to feel a bit cluttered or slow, especially when a lot of people are editing at once. It would be nice if performance stayed smoother with very complex boards. If the developers optimize performance for bigger workspaces, it would make the experience smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create UML designs and user flow diagrams for software projects, and I appreciate how it makes it easy to create and share designs with my team. I like that it's really easy to create designs from templates and premade shapes, which always make the designs look clean and professional. Using the premade shapes makes it a lot easier to create the visual part of the design, allowing me to focus on thinking about how it works. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI assistant could be better. I wish it could edit my current designs in real-time. Currently, it only creates new designs but can’t edit existing ones.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is to use. Most similar applications make me feel overwhelmed by either over explaining everything or having too many pop-ups. Lucid is ideal for beginners, and it's also great if you have more experience because it works well for people who know what to do too. It's very easy to understand.

I think it's definitely one of the better visual organizers out there for brainstorming and organizing information. The Suite is simple yet versatile, allowing it to be used both on a general level and for more specific, technical, niche tasks. This versatility is great because it means I can represent the specifics of my work easily. Plus, setting it up was very easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the loading times. Sometimes, if a project is cluttered, it takes me around half a minute to load it. Maybe it's just my computer, though.
