Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Review
What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly and easy to onboard. All the tools were super helpful in a team settings and it was easily integrated with the teams workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific that comes to mind as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a workflow for the features I was building.
Essential for visual collab and communication

Has been around for quite some time, so is familiar to many already. For many is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some friendlier ways to get things done. Would like better checkpointing, maybe code based diagram [ check it into git ]

Helps to make visuals to communicate
Lucidcharts is my go to for feature functional logic designs & user journey

1. Easy to share, comment and provide feedback
2. Have access control, so not worry about intruders
3. Simple folder structures to manage and organize your work
4. Workflow capabilities to sign off on designs
5. Classification capabilities to highlight important critical path designs release on release.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Make slack integrations more robust for collaboration

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.Pre-existing or Out of Box templates provide a decent starting point after which I am creating my own duplicates.
2.Lets me create my own custom templates which I can use off the bat - I mostly use this while wireframing.
Prior to Lucidcharts, I was using google slides to wireframe and briefly I used draw.io, excalidraw, gslides was difficult to use, very tedious and excalidraw was simple but lacked collaborative functionalities.

Great Process Mapping Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid's Visual Collaboration Suite is a fantastic tool to bring processes to life in order to streamline and improve experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any negatives so far - and I have used it whilst working for my last two companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often it can be difficult to articulate onto paper a process when looking to make improvements. Where previously I would have used a wipeboard or large sheets of paper and sticky notes to map out a current process (either in silo or as part of a team), Lucid enables me to map a process on screen from day one - and allow for straighforward adjustments by my team and myself to drive improvements.
Makes it incredibly efficient to communicate complex ideas and processes to a variety of audiences.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly the interface is. The simplicity of the drag and drop makes using and training others to use very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
In certain cases, I wish there were more formatting options to improve aesthetics of the reports. However, this could be due to lack of user knowledge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart helps solve problems with process inefficiencies by clearly mapping each step and where bottlenecks could occur.
Great for collaboration but lacking some ease of use relative to visio

Great for collaboration with other users with everyone able to work live together in the same documents

The UX can be a little challenging and useful hot keys are limited

Easy to collaborate as a group on building out workflow diagrams and wireframes

LucidVisual is a tool that is really easy to learn and easy to use, and its benefits are really great to create nice visual effect charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside that I can think of, great to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to organize and understand different business processes
Easy to use but I didn't find any significant differences with the competitors
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is quite simple and intuitive to use, making flowcharts does not require searching for components in hidden or hard to access places.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that moving around the board is more complex than competitors or maybe I didn't understand how to do it well and therefore it could be not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very useful and convenient for sharing and reviewing user flows within the application.
Handy and Fast diagrams for presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to make useful and self-explanatory diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am not able to click the diagram boxes (below and above layer problem)

To present ideas and show the flows to others
Good tool for process mapping and idea generation

Easy to get started for basic use cases and easy to share and collaborate with your team
What do you dislike about the product?
As a previous Miro user, I find Lucid less intuitive, especially about finding a template that's best suited for your use case
