Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables me to create visual financial plans, budgets and forecasts through diagrams and charts that help align with my Music business objectives.

I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for close to three years now and I barely encounter challenges at all.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a vital tool in my Advertising industry and mainly on my end as a CSM. I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enhances client reporting and communication via visual whiteboarding and presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited offline capabilities is the only issue that I experience mainly when I am outdoors and working on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s been nearly a year since I incorporated Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in my current organization. With Lucidchart, I am able to create visual frameworks and flowcharts that help develop investment strategies in my organization. Additionally, the visual mind maps allows me to organize and analyze research data prior to making business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I use the two mobile Apps, but I slightly dislike how it is hectic to use Lucidchart to create diagrams since it involves a lot of zooming in and out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Market analysis and reporting :- Through interactive reports and dashboards, I am able to communicate market insights when making business decisions.

Ever since I implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite late last year, I have never experienced isaues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to offer personalized wellness services and programs which improve customer satisfaction with the help of both Lucidchart and Lucidspark.
Straightforward Diagram Creation with Smart Icon Search and Easy Line Alignment
What do you like best about the product?
When creating diagrams, the ability to search for icons and even group icons that I access frequently is phenomenally convenient. As for its general design, I like its canvas layout that makes it easy to manage objects with fantastic lines to perfectly align each element of the diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any problems so far with the program and I don’t know of anything I would actually change about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use organizational charts to clearly define the hierarchy and reporting relationships within the school staff. I can easily illustrate student registration steps using the diagrams and different types of charts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to interact with and get started, making it a great tool for creating architecture diagrams. The drag-and-drop functionality is very convenient, and the mindmap feature stands out as something unique for architecture work. Additionally, the Lucid AI features are impressive—when you provide a prompt, it can generate diagrams for you.

May be a helpful feature to give blogging ability for Architecture diagram inside Lucid itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We at ServiceNow employees use Lucid charts alot to create our Architecture diagrams for all our complex projects. It is a great tool to collaborate across team members, restrict access when its not needed to share, and we create a lot of Architecture diagrams for every project. We do whiteboarding to ensure we are mindmapping our ideas.
Amazing program to design a chart or diagram to the exact requirements
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is very simple to use, easy to select different templates, and drag and drop tens of different types of shapes to create diagrams and flowcharts. It is very rewarding to have such a diagramming tool which has a wide variety of functionalities and provides multiple elements to select for this purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional export options and handling user permissions is what I think could be improved about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid facilitates the creation of diagrams and process flows that outline the various stages and actions for our company’s DEI strategy. It has tons of helpful templates that help me create excellent org charts for the company.
Great for creating multiple diagrams in a very efficient way and designing accurately
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has easy to access side toolboxes that allow users to click and drag each corresponding element to the workspace. The shapes available are easy to connect and resizing them works so intuitively so even the arrow directions fix automatically when adding new lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
It offers many extra features so nothing that limits its usability and it allows me to be creative without restrictions based on the diagrams I want to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to map out learning journeys and design flowcharts for interactive learning paths so its been very easy to develop curriculum workflows and create diagrams from data.

It has a variety of items and shapes to adapt to different types of diagrams in different fields and its always easy to use. Drag and drop feature is cool and it has many templates to save time on starting a diagram from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven’t missed any feature in this nor have I had any issue which bothered me so nothing more to ask.

The topmost benefit is definitely creating diagrams that outline project goals and process maps that show employees how their tasks fit into the larger operational picture of the organization.

I also like that it integrates deeply with other tools we use like Jira, Confluence, and Slack. Our representatives are responsive and very helpful with inquiries, which is a huge plus. I'm excited about exploring Lucid AI, which I believe will boost our productivity. The initial setup was straightforward, which was appreciated, and the product works especially well given our remote setup.

I have to transfer file ownership of deactivated users
