Easy to Use and Feature-Rich, but Clunky with a Learning Curve

Expansive Workspace, Slight Hurdles with Object Limits
What do you like best about the product?
I like the endless physical space for the expansion of my projects. If I ever feel like I don't have enough space on the board for my current tasks, I can just scroll somewhere else and use a new spot that I haven't touched before. The initial setup was very easy, and I didn't have any issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limit for certain objects, and I wish that limit would be visible so I can understand how much I've left.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to solve visual representation issues, like presenting detailed diagrams and information.
Intuitive AI Features, But Needs Speed Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI prompting in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it's very accurate and gives me exactly what I want. It makes the process of creating workflows easier by showing me where things should be placed, and I don't need to make many changes to the workflow. That's why I like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the prompting needs more improvement because sometimes it creates a different flow than intended. Also, the time it takes is quite long. It would be better if it reduced the processing time or notified me by email when the workflow is ready.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flow diagrams and visualize data, making workflows visually interactive and mostly automated. Its integration with Slack and accurate AI prompting simplifies the process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is to use. Its UX/UI is great, and it offers many options and shapes/elements, which makes it intuitive and useful for a wide range of use cases. It's also easy to share with others, and the initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great when you could paint a text in a single cell more easily than having to manually pick the text and then pick a color, etc.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to draw business processes and brainstorm. It enables me to quickly visualize ideas and processes. It's easy to share, intuitive to use, and offers many shapes and elements.

What do you like best about the product?
Visualizing contract timelines, obligations and expiration dates is among the very many tasks that I facilitate with Lucidchart which is what I like most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use both Lucidchart and Lucidspark and they barely even show signs of defects.

Visualizing the entire customer journey experiences through CJM (customer journey mapping) is what I give double 🙌🙌 ‘bout LVCS.

Everything has been up and running well on my end with Lucid.

Product roadmapping and customer journey mapping.
Building strong flowcharts, system diagrams and wireframes with very many shapes and icons to use
What do you like best about the product?
The features I like most about this software is the easy set up, the excellent customization available and the ability to have my own templates sets and custom shapes that I use most often saved to my favorites. With its intuitive workspace we are expanding our ability to capture workflows and processes through diagrams than what is available in other similar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One improvement recommendation is to make the comments and notifications more visible for the owner of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems I have been solving with this software is to create process maps, system diagrams and infrastructure layouts clearly outlining every detail so that is is easy for developers and designers to easily understand the continuous deployment processes we want to achieve.
Amazing tool to easily diagram and discuss flows and processes in a highly efficient manner
What do you like best about the product?
It is a highly usable tool that has powerful functionality related to specialized robust shapes, rich text fonts, color palette registration and efficient grouping of objects to create custom flowcharts. It is by far the best diagramming tool I have used thus far that is much more visually appealing compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any negatives about this tool it has always been enjoyable to use and extremely convenient in the ways it facilitates diagramming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to promote collaborative work by supporting mapping of communication flows between different teams and hierarchy diagrams which has increased team’s productivity and service delivery cycle has also shortened.
