What do you like best about the product?
Ability to collaborate and create different types of visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit tough to get objects aligned properly, bigger learning curve for individuals who don't know the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to visualize complex process flows into a more digestible form.

What do you like best about the product?
These are the things I like the most about Lucid:
Lucid allows my company users to work on the same document simultaneously, making it easier for us to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects together in real-time. Using tools for diagramming ERD or process flows and even integrations diagrams.This versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of use cases, from business process mapping to software development. As My Company uses google workspace the integration, enhance productivity and streamlining workflows. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes it easy for me to create professional-quality diagrams and visualizations without a steep learning curve.

It have room to improve in the users access and permissions

Have in one place all of the diagrams and documentations regarding digital transformación projects, with a great interface and is user friendly.
Great for quick iteration
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is definitely Lucidchart. It allows for quick iteration, without being too complicated. It allows for a quick and seamless start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't particularly found anything that makes me dislike Lucid Visual Collab Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it allows me to create flows and processes and share them quickly. I have also received org charts created by others, and I also believe helps in presentations.
Easy and fun to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. The icons to create flowcharts are amazing. Lots of variety.

Not applicable as I find the software amazing

End to end processes at a glance. Easily to create and see all steps in one single document.
Good on PC, difficult on mobile
What do you like best about the product?
It is genuinely a well tuned program allowing for sharing of notes and ideas

The mobile version is incredibly difficult to use

Not sure about problems but it helped my class share ideas and collaborate
Lucid Visual is great! Perfect for org charts

the available templates that can be used to create org charts, etc.

It does take a little time to get used to the software.

Org charts. That is allowing our team to be depicted truly
Lucid is perfect choice for System design diagrams, Entity Relationship diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with Lucid Collaboration Suite. Multiple team members can work on the same document at the same time. Lucid collaboration suite is easy to integrate with tools like Slack,M365 and Google workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes for the product include pricing, learning curve for advanced features and limited offline functionality since the product is cloud based. Also exporting some formats get unlocked on purchasing premium plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucid Suite primarily for diagramming entities. The tool makes it easy to view complex entities. I use the tool for brain storming complex problems too. Lucid Suite makes it easy to collaborate within a team as multiple team members can work on the same document at one time.

User friendly,easy to implement and integrate.multiple features.i use this many times at work good customer support too.

Bit clumsy for beginners spart from that it's well.

clearing mess with out confusion can make presentation so impact ful for customers

The drag-and-drop functionality makes creating flowcharts, wireframes, and mind maps incredibly easy. Even beginners can get started without much effort.

The free plan is too restrictive, and the premium plans can be quite costly, especially for small teams or individuals. Some features are locked behind higher-tier plans, making it less accessible for budget-conscious users.

It's perfect for brainstorming sessions, workflow mapping, and strategic planning.
