Lucid Transforms Creative Design Systems with Powerful AI Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across two organizations as a Freelance Designer and Creative Director. How I am able to create visual representations of design systems automatically via AI initiatives which help visualize business processes. Lucid increase transparency by enhancing clear visibility into creative processes between team and stakeholders in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from how wasn’t been able to use the mobile apps when I was using the Individual tier, I do not have any other overwhelming issue since I upgraded to Enterprise Plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing and planning creative projects is one of the many benefits but core one that experience with Lucid.

What do you like best about the product?
Visualizing and mapping insurance claims processes is the main aspect that I like as an Insurance Biller since I am able to identify bottlenecks to make informed business decisions. In addition, it has been seamless to manage denied claims through root cause analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use both Lucidchart and Lucidspark and they barely pose any issues through my PC browser since I am not a big fun of mobile phone usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patient flow visualization in our healthcare system has been perfect through registration, appointment scheduling and billing.

What do you like best about the product?
How I am able to map assets in my Consulting firm is what I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite since I am able to fully understand their location, condition and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate it when I am outdoors and I am forced to use my browser application on my iOS device since it requires a lot of zooming in and out when diagramming and charting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall asset risk management is my main benefit of using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite through identifying and mitigating threats associated to assets.

I appreciate the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its interactive features, which significantly enhance my experience by saving my time compared to manually creating diagrams in other software like Word. I value how user-friendly the initial setup is, ensuring that even those new to the platform can get started without any hassle. I have encountered an issue with the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite concerning product recommendations. We are facing difficulties in recommending the correct products, which poses a challenge in our e-commerce website development process.

I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite saves my time in creating ER diagrams for database design, preventing manual work in Word.

I have been using Lucid for some time now, whether I am brainstorming, mapping out a process, or creating charts and conceptual diagrams. It has been just great

There isn’t much that I dislike, but I have observed that when handling larger and more complex diagrams, the performance tends to slow down somewhat. It’s not a major issue, but it is noticeable. Additionally, although the integrations are impressive, setting them up or managing them can be a bit challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When working with systems that involve many moving parts, things can quickly become confusing. Having everything organized in a diagram makes it much easier for me to understand, explain, and refine complex processes.
Visuals also help me communicate my ideas to others more effectively. Rather than relying on lengthy explanations or cluttered documents, I can share a diagram that immediately illustrates how all the components connect. Very easy to use, and the default templates give a good starting point.

Sometimes it gets annoying when trying to copy existing shapes, as it take the connecting arrows with it

The logic chart feature is particularly useful because it lets me connect arrows from one block to another, creating full-fledged flow diagrams that are easy to read and clearly convey their meaning. I really enjoy the experience of using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, especially in terms of its straightforward setup and the availability of pre-made templates that allow me to quickly get started and become familiar with its functionality. Logging in with an email address and accessing these templates made adapting to the suite a breeze, taking me about five to ten minutes to get up to speed.

I mean, I don't have any complaints. It's doing its job pretty well. And I feel like if it had a chat feature, it could help me get in touch with team members who are far away.

I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite incredibly beneficial for creating organization charts. The ease with which I can add images and arrange the hierarchy makes my work more efficient and visually clear. I love being able to add photos and show exactly how many people are under each person, which enhances my ability to create detailed, unique org charts without relying on pre-existing templates. I found it unclear how to move objects around initially in the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. A quick guide or tutorial at the start would be helpful.

Visually Engaging, Collaborative, and Fast—A Must-Have for Team Process Flows
What do you like best about the product?
It's valuable to create process flows that are visually appealing and collaborative for engagement with my teams. I like that there are templates and styles, and that Lucid doesn't lag like Visio. I am interested in the ability to work on documents with a team with various permissions. I use Lucid every day and my team sees value in it the more I use it. It's pretty easy to start using as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could select a template in the same way that I could choose a shape, instead of it creating a whole new page or tab. I want more options for styles and more templates to choose from, but I don't want them to be so crazy or "untested" for fluidity that they aren't cohesive with the application so I understand that they are slow to evolve for a good reason. I would like to see wireframe features that are on the same level as Figma or Balsamiq and I'd also like a much larger variety of mindmap features and symbol sets. I think that the layering feature is very cool and very useful but I think it can be a bit unintuitive to use and I frequently have to backtrack and figure out what happened to my layers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visio is not collaborative and is very slow and clunky. I like the modern style of lucid chart and i love the ability to make my flows interactive and visually appealing
