What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to collaborate on different projects using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, specifically the feature that allows me to see live what the other person is doing. This live view helps me coordinate tasks more effectively, as I can instantly understand what not to touch or what I need to work on based on the project's current progress. I also value the ease of the initial setup, which was very straightforward, allowing me to get started quickly without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to add my own library icons - wish it were easier and everyone knew how to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for live documentation and project coordination. It helps me see what others are working on in real-time, preventing overlaps and enhancing collaboration.

I love that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers varied templates, which makes it straightforward to create organizational charts and other visual aids efficiently. The software is incredibly user-friendly, allowing for an easy and seamless user experience. One of the standout features is its capacity to keep everything organized. The ability to invite multiple collaborators to cross-collaborate across different teams ensures that everyone is kept on the same page, which significantly enhances productivity and coordination within my team. The collaborative features are remarkable as I can allow comments and grant specific edit access, providing control over who can modify documents and how. This kind of visibility allows me to monitor changes in real-time, especially when collaborating live on the board. Ultimately, these features make the suite essential for my work and enable a high level of organization and teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think probably the only challenge that I can see is some of its features are maybe not as direct, in terms of how to use them. I wish there was an easier way of being able to move certain shapes on a board and things like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to organize and update team charts, enabling seamless cross-team collaboration and minimizing errors by controlling access.
Great Interfaces but Sluggish Performance

I really like that the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers a substantial range of features such as tables and dynamic tables, which enhances my ability to organize and present information efficiently. The inclusion of dynamic tables is particularly valuable as it automatically adjusts the table size to accommodate content, thereby minimizing manual adjustments and improving my workflow significantly. Furthermore, the interface's similarity to other tools I use effectively reduces the learning curve for me, making it easy to transition and become productive quickly. I find this familiarity highly beneficial because it allows me to focus more on my collaborative tasks rather than spending time learning a new interface. Moreover, the setup process was remarkably straightforward and hassle-free, requiring only a straightforward log-on with my SSN, which I found extremely convenient and time-saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that everything gets really slow and laggy when using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which is frustrating and hampers my productivity. Attempting to expand a table, unlike just expanding a frame, requires a lot of effort and precision, which is cumbersome compared to other tools I've used.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to solve remote working challenges, enjoying its options like dynamic tables for easy resizing. The familiar interface reduces the learning curve, making collaboration seamless despite sometimes experiencing lag or editing difficulties.
Versatile Design, Limited by Premium Features
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the wide variety of shape choices within Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which are incredibly useful for my task of designing potential floor plans for my upcoming home build. The availability of diverse shape options, including the ability to outline areas such as swing paths in my plans, greatly enhances the creative flexibility and precision in my design work. Additionally, the initial setup of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was super simple, which made the transition to using this tool smooth and stress-free. It’s a tool that I didn’t switch to from another product, but I am really glad that I found it, as it meets my design needs efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limitation on the number of objects I can have on the screen simultaneously without upgrading to the premium version, as it restricts my ability to fully utilize the software's features. The layering of items could be more user-friendly, as I find it challenging to access items that might be hidden under others or switch between different levels on a page.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for designing floor plans, and I appreciate the variety of shapes available. However, there's a limit to screen objects without premium, and layering could be more user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a simple interface and is very easy to use, it is very suitable for beginners. It also has many tools for advanced users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many useful tools like Microsoft 365 integration are locked behind the teams plan which is significantly more expensive than individual for not much more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to create many diagrams and that saves me tons of time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about lucid visual is that it gives me and my co-workers the opportunity to work together whether we are in the office or working remote. I also like being able to paste notes on the assignments as reminders to the team.

As of right now i have nothing negative to say about the platform.

Its helping the team work together on networking issues that we come across and lets us leave notes on what we did to correct the problem.

It helps me map out processes, organize ideas visually, and collaborate with others in real time which makes projects easier to understand, align on, and move forward quickly.
Effortless to Use and Instantly Understandable
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use. Everything is clear as far as how to use the platform and I appreciate that because I don't have time to be having to really figure out how to use any new software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a single issue. Sometimes zooming in and out on a board can be a little sticky so that would be the only thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was overwhelmed with a complicated customer journey and trying to use it all, but the board and being able to see and refer back to the overview eliminated this entirely for me.
Organized, Powerful Visual Collaboration and Process Visualization with Lucid is the Real Deal
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to use Lucid’s two Apps separately rather than one since it is more organized making it easy to access visual collaboration (whiteboarding) and diagramming tools. Visualizing telecommunications business processes through Lucidchart allows me to make informed business decisions at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Lucid since mid last year and it has been an unique tool compared to alternatives apart from limitations in mobile apps usage in regards to pricing tier.

I am able to comprehend my clients telecom needs by visualizing market trends with Lucidchart before making business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Suite daily for creating workflows and brainstorming ideas about enhancements to our ServiceNow catalog. It allows me to disply my ideas in a way that my team members can easily see and understand. I also love the real time collaboration.
