Great workflow product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use layout with snapping and shape selection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would keep style changes automatically when using the product. You have to go through a few steps to setup template styles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual workflows always speak volumes. These are crucial when working with my clients on their process flows.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the visual collaboration tools as it gives me & my remote team the ability to be as productive as possible. The Lucid team provides lots of trainings to try to make it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The org chart tool is not as intuitive as I would like, it may just be training but I wish it was easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the fact that a lot of us are remote and it is not easy to stay engaged in a group setting. It allows for collaboration in real-time but also at the most convenient time for team members.
Good whiteboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very good whiteboarding that is more formal compared to peers
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as modern aesthetics as figjam / excalidraw
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Chart is used by my finance team for a more formal looking whiteboarding with pre-defined templates.
Fast to develop diagrams in collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very straightforward and works great. I love how you can see where your collaborators are and where they making changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in the free tier for object count.

Diagram development with quality and easy to use.

Highly flexible, shareable, and easy to use.

Complex setup for SSO and integrations.

Replaces Visio for all users, notably those users on Mac.
Lucid is great for my needs of generating and sharing IT architectures

Lucid creates a common language that my team all understands.

Searching for the right Icon can be a pain sometimes

Creating and viewing IT Architectures in a way that can be shared and edited by my whole team. It helps us to collaborate and share ideas and understanding.
Decent Collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly is very easy to use and add collaborators to the workspace. This helps to improve and iterate faster on our work.

A better beginner tutorial to get started with suggested templates

It is user friendly tool and we can create a mind maping exercise which is easily understandble by the participant
Lucid Chart - Easy and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it is a very intuitive tool and that multiple people can be working on the same board live, allowing for good collaboration and interactions. I really like that it is up and running from the get go and I feel like it is something that I use not daily but every 2 - 3 days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would eally like the option to have "voice" rather than only cha and comments, I know this software is not specificlly built for it but I think this would be greatly appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of having a repository of all diagrams from many clients and giving us templates to have at least a basic starting point for all projects

I have never created a flow chart before and the tutorial was very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not sure if there is anything I can say here since this is my first time creating a flow chart. I felt it was clunky but that could just be becaseu I have never done this before.
