Best Flowchart service out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Every ease to use and convenient.
Saves time in putting and deciphering complex information through flow charts

really assists in putting tons of info through diagramming

Once you start using LUCID, your are never going back!
What do you like best about the product?
I have recently started using Lucid VCS and now use it almost daily, previously I was using different open source tools but after getting to know about Lucid, within just minimal learning, I was able to created multiple design, system, architectures etc. Lot of my team members are also appreciating Lucid VCS as it is simple and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could not find any shortcomings or limitations as of now. Most of the times I am fascinated with the features and new things to explore in LVCS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I design lot of systems architectures, use AWS components, external services, database interactions, and hence LVCS is a life saver for me!
Great well priced tool for Network Architecture
What do you like best about the product?
Having been a Visio user for years, I found it straight forward swapping to Lucid. It was great to be able to load up different icons such as Microsoft cloud. It's a great price compared to alternatives. It is also easy to share and collaborate on a diagram
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Lucid to develop additional icons and ensure some consistency accross them. For example, some come with a label, others you have to add as a seperate item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to draw network diagrams of customer environments, Lucid charts allows me to do this easily.

What do you like best about the product?
This is very user friendly. Some of the templates were a bit complicated but starting from scratch I could create a fisual flow chart which was needed to show details regarding ownership of various assets. It is very easy to modify
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has a set amount of immages that can be added which I didn't see when initially signing up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualization of ownership over time. I really liked the text feature in the arrows between shapes.

When working with very complex or large diagrams, the performance can slow down, especially in web-based environments.

It helps me to visualise the process workflow

Easy to navigate UI, shareability, good balance between free and premium features

Its not well known out there especially in Australia. I only came across the tool from my time working at Uber

Good overall tool especially for technology teams
What do you like best about the product?
Good overall tool especially for technology teams due to strength of LucidCharts diagramming capability, and the ability for it to link to other products such as Jira, etc. LucidSpark does imitate the workings of Miro, which means it's easy enough to pick it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
While LucidCharts is fit for purpose and due to its "rigidity" required for technology teams, LucidSpark does not have the easy feel and flexibility of Miro for collaborative whiteboarding. Also more importantly, LucidSpark doesn't do a good job importing Miro boards with parts of board missing, lines crooked, artefacts not properly imported. For large Miro boards, it probably manages to import only about 70% of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business already uses LucidCharts so decided to move from Miro to LucidSpark, so we are on one platform suite for all. LucidCharts have been used extensively by the technology team. So for team collaboration we are just in the middle of transitioning from Miro to LucidSpark.
Cool concept but I don't use as much as I hoped.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using the tools and the selection of tools they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that in order to move around the page you have to right click and if you try to scroll with your mouse it automatically zooms in or out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team put all of our thoughts down in a collaborative way and then allows us to quickly organize everything during our brainstorming sessions.
