What do you like best about the product?
I have successfully created dynamic organizational charts 📈 with Lucidchart which overlay data and help me comprehend team dynamics better - This is what I like most on my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far all has been kicking well with this suite in all matters involving process mapping and collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping strategic plans in my investment management organization has been at par with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

how easy to boards are to used and share with others and how to create different maps and spaces to work

it took a while to understand and get used to the model it could be more labelled and make it easier to find certain things

creating list and mind maps for students in their study is prep for exams
Effortless Collaboration, Instant SOP Access
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is to use. At first glance, seeing lots of workflows looks complicated to create, but actually, Lucid makes creating workflows quick. Updating my own workflows is super simple and not a job I ever put off doing. It literally takes minutes for anyone in our organization to update our workflows, and we can see each other's all in one place. It's a great collaboration tool. The initial setup was really easy, and I genuinely think it's a great product that I would rate a 9.5.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find using the arrows a bit tricky at times if I want to reposition them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create and update SOPs, allowing anyone in the organization to perform tasks seamlessly. It prevents failures when key people are unavailable and makes collaboration easy by keeping our workflows in one place.

Lucid is easy to use and makes collaboration very simple. It helps us create and share diagrams quickly, and working with teammates in real time is smooth and efficient.

Sometimes Lucid can feel a bit slow when working with very large or complex diagrams, and a few advanced features take time to find or learn.

Lucid helps us visualize ideas and processes clearly in one place. It makes collaboration easier, reduces misunderstandings, and saves time when planning or explaining complex workflows.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for business requirement designs. It effectively solves the difficulty in understanding business requirements by helping me craft the flow as required from the business. I really like its graphic design, especially the template gallery, themes, data formatting, images, and the way it links data. These features make it easy for me to draft flows or diagrams for my business needs. Additionally, the initial setup is smooth as it's easy to log in and understand.

I was looking for a simple way to visualize a logic model. Lucid provided this with simple tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I am really impressed with the super user-friendly UI/UX of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which makes it easy to use without needing much time to learn the platform. This allows me to stay focused on the core issues we face. I also find the pre-built templates to be a big time saver, as they’re ready to go and help streamline the process of creating flows and managing leads. The software provides a visual representation of bottlenecks and helps solve the issue of catering to all the leads we receive. It's just better for me in terms of UI/UX, especially compared to our previous tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are a bit too many pop-ups. It would be better if there was a predefined user input for preferences regarding the pop-ups.

Offline functionality is quite limited, which is problematic when working remotely without reliable internet. Additionally, real-time collaboration occasionally experiences sync delays, leading to confusion when multiple people are editing simultaneously."
