Easy, Sleek Custom Designs with Great Customizability
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to create custom designs that look great and sleek. It also offers a good amount of customizability, so you can tailor things to your needs without sacrificing usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know too much about the licensing, but it seems my company is always juggling them, so I assume it's expensive and per-user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid makes it easy to create ERDs and communicate across teams. It's been especially helpful during turnover.
Visually Appealing Diagrams Made Easy with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to communicate ideas through visually appealing diagrams. The Lucid tools make it easy to create and modify these diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only frustration is that you only get the maximum value if everyone on the team has a Lucid license. We have a limited number of licenses which makes it harder to collaborate with those outside of that group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps us visualize our workflows and processes. This makes it easier to get our teams on the same page for how we are running the business.

I love using this fantastic platform because of its modern UI,superior collaboration features and rich assortment of templates which include network diagram and user flows .The built-in templates is a huge plus like the way it simplify the creation of customized flowcharts and org charts.

Very strong platform that have proven worthy every penny of coin in building diagrams that are visually striking and useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flow charts and initiate real-time collaboration on data visualization. It is easy to deal with complex system diagrams and visualize data architectures with solid workflows. One of the firm aspect that I like is how the platform brings documentation under one place to enhance efficiency and enhance better collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have realized that the speed of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite usually slows down when working on multiple diagrams and managing multi-layered workflows. The licensing costs are too high especially for people like me who uses this platform occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has prevented communication barriers across teams with clear workflow presentations with detailed step-by-step process. The intelligent and automated data management system has prevented manual errors that affects workflows. It is easy to scale designs and review the entire process mapping everything with simple diagrams and flow charts.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing workflows has been reliable with flexible charts that clearly displays task progressions. It has the right visual collaboration fundamentals with clean and user friendly UI. It has solid built-in templates that saves time for building data pipelines from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working on various projects the system consumes a lot of storage space making it difficult for browser tabs to reload efficiently. Most of the strategic tasks and projects have been implemented successfully without drawback experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid visual collaboration suite has replaced diagrams with efficient workflow charts that are more reliable and easy to manage. The networking diagrams enables my team to track project progress and visualize on most data processes. Live collaborations with my colleagues from various departments makes work easier and enhances productive brainstorming sessions.

Only that the platform can be hard on configuration, especially when getting started, but after that there is nothing else to dislike on Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

I enjoyed the simplicity it offer to write diagrams whether process maps ,flowcharts or others ,with all the read made templates available.

Some of the advanced features require a learning although not a deep and sometimes larger board load slowly.
