Highly effective software to create clear, graphical network and architecture diagrams faster
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has the most effective tools to create diagrams that I have found to date. I’ve truly appreciated what is offered which is great canvas with unlimited potential. Smart arrows, shapes, charts and text boxes allowed us to easily put together multiple diagrams and flowcharts. It’s a really robust application that I am comfortable using all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many features it does take some time to master all the little details but overall it is currently the best in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid gives me all the features to create robust UML diagrams to get data paths visualized in a quick and easy way explicitly defining where data crosses from on-premise environment to public cloud services.
Lucid supports very easy creation of charts with the quick drag and drop of symbols and shapes
What do you like best about the product?
An obvious leader in this sector, great software with plenty of elements to draw diagrams of any type, process flows and organizational charts. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it easy to connect shapes to other objects. If you find yourself making lots of diagrams and flowcharts, this is the tool you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything that comes to mind when it comes to inefficiencies with this software. It’s really professional and can make the chart exactly how you want it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use diagrams to mostly map out timelines and participant flows for training sessions and also the software greatly helps with mapping the learner’s journey to provide a clear visual learning progression path.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid visual is our go to solution for designing flowcharts for planning projects and operations. The application aslo helps us in mind mapping ideas during discussion with customers. Lucid visual has extensive library of templates that meet most of our requirements. The colors options are aslo great for organizing thoughts and information. Lucid visual aslo offers realtime collaboration features that enables seamless teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no operating problems or errors. The performance of lucid visual has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid visual is an excellent tool to use with great interface. Super great for quick collaboration and offers variety of templates . Lucid visual is aslo inexpensive compared to its close competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great. I'm using it to create process maps for the various processes that completed within my team. I like how it saves time with its easy to drag-and-drop functionality needing minimal efforts to align, re-size or move objects. With Lucid, i had no problem switching over and i did not even need a user manual to navigate.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is slightly more expensive compared to the competing products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps you extend the chart in all directions without having to add pages or move it around. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is good for process mapping, decision-tress and even for brainstorming. I like its ease of access, flexibility to contribute and ease of share.

What do you like best about the product?
It is being used to create charts and diagrams by different teams, and currently I'm using it to integrate charts or diagrams to my documentations and guidelines for others to view and make it more understandable. It is very helpful for new projects that needs lots of diagrams to documents, various processes, problems or even solutions. It greatly helps us to visually see where we stand, and where we need to improve while keeping great documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything right now. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is super amazing and i recommend it.

We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for brainstorming and idea processing and it addresses the organization, pipeline, process, transparency and many more. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very easy to use and so clear. I'm happy to know this program and will always use it for a my diagrams.

Lucid visual has enabled us to create detailed visuals that helps us to plan for our projects. The clean and responsive interface makes it easier to make complex visualization simple to build and share. Great diagramming editor tools that makes it easy to create any diagrams we need to visualize our processes. Lucid visual aslo enables the team to effectively communicate and collaborate on the same diagram. Lucid visual aslo has good range of templates that makes creating of diagrams more efficient.

Every feature of lucid visual collaboration suite has really worked great for us. We have not encountered any difficulties when using this application. No dislike.

Lucid visual enables us to colloborate on various diagrams projects which helps us achieve very incredible results. The drag and drop interface makes diagramming easier. Lucid visual aslo offers a wide range of templates to use.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the simple interface for creating items and moving them around. It had a very small learning curve and we were able to jump in straight away and get started. The business problem that Lucid addresses is that we needed an easy to use, lightweight and drag and drop web application to use to make diagrams and visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used different applications similar to Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite but Lucid is far much better.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a game-changer when it comes to brainstorming and it brings the team together in the virtual realm in real-time. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps each individual team keep themselves organized and helps the team view goals visually, which is easier and quicker to digest.
A Really Useful And Fun Tool For Collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
Primarily we use Lucid to help us map out customer requirements when we are planning new systems and process for automation. It is a wonderful addition to my workday as it allows me to convey my ideas through diagrams. We collaborate on ideas in real-time which is amazing for and instant feedback perspective.

Being able to drill into a step into the process and seeing a more detailed workflow.

Lucid is a comprehensive diagram creation platform that any other industry software cannot match. I like how it allows difficult problems to be addressed and solutions to be displayed clearly so that they can be presented and understood correctly.

It offers pre-existing templates and graphics that we use to create flowcharts. I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create visualizations of customer journeys across a variety of different channels which ultimately, form part of statements of work. Also it allows transparency to proactively identify potential failings in the process, and sharing our comments in real-time has allowed the team to communicate between scheduled meetings.

I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite since 2023 and all the issues experienced were handled perfectly by their support team.

I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite with multiple organizations with great results. In my current organization, we also use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to make site maps for fundraising events. It's a perfect tool for event planners, construction workers, urban planners and designers.
