Some thoughts on Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration tools are excellent and the diagramming tools are quite versatile. Also data import is fairly robust compared to some competing products.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the product generally succeeds in being a 'swiss army knife' for various needs, it's vector drawing tools lag behind some competing products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using the product for a variety of types of diagrams (e.g. logic flow, user experience) and even simple maps.
Easy, Customizable CRC Cards for Future Assignments
What do you like best about the product?
I just love how easy making CRC Cards are, didn't even think there was an app for such a specific topic and I intend to use it for future assignments. I also like how customizable the application is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be more beginner friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Lucid, I wouldn't have had a way to visualize my cards as intuitively as I did, I not only made them, but I was able to really develop my understanding of CRC Cards thanks to LucidChart.
Effortless Diagramming with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is to use. It allows me to spend less time learning and more time creating by making it easy to draw diagrams and build schematics. The UI is very easy to use, which I really appreciate. The setup was extremely easy, a 10 out of 10. Overall, it works perfectly for me.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to easily draw diagrams and build schematics, spending less time learning and more time creating.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to visualize team objectives, tasks and track progress with shared L.Diagrams via LVCSZ

Has never experienced bugs nor overwhelming features to customize for the past 6️⃣ ➕ years.

Lucid Is Easy to Use, Auto-Saves Progress, and Exports Cleanly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that lucid is very easy to use, with all of the possible shapes being provided upfront on the left side of the freeform board. It also helps since it saves my progress as I keep going without needing to click on a save button, and that it's export-able to either pdf or image file, depending on my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my work purpose, it's important to have revision history, which I don't believe at this time lucid offers. It would be great to have this in place to show all the history of changes made onto the diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me build documents easily, instead of building diagrams directly using Microsoft word and worrying about spacing problems, I can easily build one using lucid first, export it as an image, and add that image directly.
Collaborative, Efficient, and Visually Appealing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency of using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite compared to other market options. The color pallet is also very appealing, and the use of Ai enhancements as a direct feature embedded in the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of new features that get launched, and many of the prior features seem to shift location. It can be challenging to keep up with all of the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to map and enhance workflows through continuous improvement through the benefit of easy streamlined collaboration between multiple departments to ensure alignment on the processes. In addition, the visualization helps increase the awareness of program engagement.
Intuitive Formatting Makes Clean Flowcharts Easy
What do you like best about the product?
the formatting is really intuitive and you can make a really clean flowchart very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that in the google doc extension you could edit your lucid chart within the app. Not sure if that will become a possibility eventually but it is annoyign to have to go back into lucid edit the chart and then paste a new one into docs

clean easy flowcharts great tool for productivity and generally people like the way it looks
User-Friendly and Versatile Suite for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite easy to use and appreciate that it's available everywhere on my devices. Being cloud-based is a huge plus, as it allows me to use it across multiple devices and share with a number of people, even if they don't have licenses. I really like the number of features it has for visual editing, which lets me express visual representations of my requirements without any limitations. It's much more flexible and easier to use than what we switched from, and the initial setup was extremely simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting features could be improved and restoring files could also be improved. But other than that, the software is fantastic.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for sharing across teams and customers, improving visual representation of ideas and customer designs.
Easy, User-Friendly Tool for Creating Big Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is easy, user friendly, simple to understand and very helpful in creating big diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, one thing i need that Lucid can improve is the shapes, if i search for some shape eg. a company name, then the company logo should come up in the search results.
