Lucid Turns Rough Ideas into Clear, Step-by-Step Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes thoughts are all over the place, especially when planning a project or designing a system, and Lucid helps organize everything step by step. I can start with rough ideas and then turn them into structured diagrams like flowcharts or system designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about the Lucid Software Visual Collaboration Suite is that some advanced features are only available in paid plans. While the free version is useful, certain tools that would help with more detailed or professional diagrams are restricted, which can be limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of just writing long text or trying to explain something in words, Lucid lets you draw diagrams, flowcharts, and maps that make it easier to see how things connect. This makes it much simpler to plan, organize, and communicate ideas, especially when working on technical projects or group assignments.

Learning Curve: For new users, the interface can be overwhelming. There’s a lot of features, and getting used to them can take time, especially for people unfamiliar with diagramming tools or collaboration platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Teams, especially remote ones, struggle with real-time collaboration, alignment, and communication.
Solution: Lucid provides a shared workspace where users can create and edit visual diagrams, flowcharts, mind maps, and more, all in real-time. This helps ensure everyone is on the same page and makes feedback and iteration much faster.
Benefit: You get smoother, more synchronized teamwork without geographical barriers. Everyone can contribute in real-time, improving overall project speed and reducing miscommunication.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it's great for project management and showcasing complicated systems on a clean and easy-to-understand platform. It solves the problem of presenting complicated subjects, which are difficult to do in a traditional PowerPoint, by allowing easy navigation on a whiteboard. I also appreciate the collaboration aspect, as I can work with other team members and share documents with potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have some more shape options and maybe a better tutorial on how to create shapes or stuff like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for project management and showcasing complicated systems. It solves presentation challenges by allowing me to present complex subjects without traditional PowerPoint limitations and navigate easily on a whiteboard.

What do you like best about the product?
How it has been seamless to visualize and optimize core insurance processes including, claims processing, underwriting and policy management is what I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

I do not experience any downside when utilizing Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, but I use the Enterprise Plan.

As a COO, I am able to map out my insurance agency structure, team roles and responsibilities via Org Charting.
Essential Tool for Student Group Projects and Visual Learning
What do you like best about the product?
- The drag-and-drop interface is incredibly smooth, making it easy for even non-designers to create professional-looking flowcharts and diagrams quickly.
- I love how multiple team members can brainstorm in Lucidspark simultaneously. It feels like we are in the same room even when working remotely.
- The ability to embed diagrams directly into Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace keeps our documentation updated without jumping between apps.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The pricing tiers can be a bit steep for smaller teams, and some of the best automation features are locked behind the most expensive enterprise plans.
- While basic shapes are easy, mastering the data-linking features and complex Lucidscale architectures takes a significant amount of time.
- I dislike that the performance can lag when working on very large, complex boards, and the offline editing capabilities are somewhat limited.

The main problem Lucid solves is helping me break down complex subjects into digestible visual diagrams. Instead of just reading walls of text, I can create flowcharts for processes or concept maps for exams. This benefits my learning style by making it easier to memorize and understand how different topics connect.
AI-Enhanced Diagramming with Some Accuracy Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating ERD diagrams because it helps me organize and visualize database structures clearly, making the creation process smoother and easier. I really appreciate the AI-assisted diagram generation feature. When I provide requirements, it quickly creates ERD diagrams, which saves me a lot of time. The platform is easy to use and flexible for manual adjustments as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when using the AI features, some relationships can be missing or connections may not be perfectly accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to organize and visualize database structure, making ERD creation smoother and easier. The AI-assisted diagram generation saves time, although some relationship accuracy issues persist, but it remains flexible for manual adjustments and i also hope there will be price support in Egypt and that there will be a discount

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Lucid across a bunch of organizations since 2018. Currently, I give double thumbs 👍🏿👍🏿 up to the fact that LVCS allocates virtual whiteboards and diagramming capabilities in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using the Enterprise plan which offers all features available in Lucidchart and Lucidspark in one place without subscribing separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing campaign timelines, mapping ad creatives and tracking ads performance by visualizing trends and tracking ROI.
Easy Process Flow Documentation with Smooth Sharing and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to be able to illustrate a process flow. It makes it easy to create these types of documents. Then after creation, it is beneficial to be able to share with others to collaborate. It is something I have just started using weekly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at this time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
*I can easily create charts to illustrate a process flow. Most recently we have been using it to illustrate our call flow and menu options.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to plot our processes and plans so that everyone involved is on the same page. Having a flow chart makes it a lot easier to understand the relationship of each of the steps and everyone's role in them. We also use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to illustrate the processes to the other companies we have partnered with.

I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for more than 3 years and so far so good. I can't recall anything that disappointed me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very helpful as it helps to collaborate with my teammates to draw special process mapping and process flow visualization. It is an exceptional tool that is intuitive to use. Providing an extensive range of tools and templates, any idea is quickly brought to life.

I like how it makes creating pro-grade graphs and charts a breeze for presentations and more.Also its an effortless data visualization platform.I also like how it has made it easy to make effortless business flowcharts.It supports whiteboarding making it very helpful in day-to-day planning, discussion and collaboration.

Nothing to highlight as dislike at the moment.

It's a great web-based application for designing charts and diagrams.
