Even a beginner can use it!
What do you like best about the product?
For someone who hasn't used software like this, it was very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
This was my first time using software like this and also my first time creating a flowchart, so while the software was straightforward enough to use it took me a while to figure out what I was doing. I would chalk that up to my ignorance more than a flaw in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a basic workflow chart for our screen printing business.

What do you like best about the product?
It is through Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite that IT processes and real-time collaboration are at top-notch across all departments in my organization.
I like how Lucidchart allows me to create visual strategies for both internal and external communications.

I was using the free version before upgrading to the team tier and the limitations that I used to experience are no more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark enables us (teams) to edit documents and brainstorm collaboratively in one central space which boost performance and in-turn leads to high ROI.
Design Thinking using Lucid Boards
What do you like best about the product?
We used lucid board for our design thinking project. Almost all our steps be it value chain analysis, journey mapping, brainstorming were done using lucid boards. It is really easy to use and a very efficient collaborating tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the sticky notes can be more smooth to drag, and resize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It worked for me as we were required to show our case to the cohort. The fact that we were able to collaborate in remote settings was very helpful for our group.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for explaining workflows while project management and discussing business metric flows. It is elegant, simple and easy to use, and also allows us to easily and dynamically create and share Org charts with department and client leadership to facilitate fast-paced, ever-evolving staffing conversations within our agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I like least about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, though the UI is not always intuitive to new users for formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a fantastic and great tool for building Org charts and explaining process workflows to teams Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite comes with lots of templates and with smart suggestions, and I like how it remembers all the shapes you were predominantly use to create diagrams for quick and easy access.
Boosts Transparency and Collaboration Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for team retrospectives and flow charts, and I really appreciate how it enhances transparency, effectiveness, and collaboration within my team. I like how it can engage and bring people together. The anonymous feature is great because it makes people feel free to share their feedback. I also find the flowchart library very useful, and the team hubs are excellent for cooperation. We switched from MS Office Suite to Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it offers way more functionalities and potential. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find preventing accidental changes challenging for people who are just supposed to view a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enhances transparency, effectiveness, and collaboration. I like how it engages and brings people together, especially with its great anonymous feature. It has way more functionalities and potential than the MS Office suite.

The various templates provided help us to easily arrive at the right template to be used. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very user-friendly, and it allows us to model our ideas in flowcharts and is most useful for basic if/then paths. Also, new team members can easily interact with it.

Image to text converter would be very helpful.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is one of the tools available in the market for making workflows and architecture diagrams. We use it to share our ideas through diagrams and charts, this significantly increases team's productivity.
Collaborating on Troubleshooting Tech Issues & Visualizing Incident Workflows at Par with Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
Handling ticket escalations and technical IT issues has been at breeze with the help of Lucid. Lucidchart visualize incident workflow, track customer issues and identify root causes with flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has never been any overwhelming feature to customize nor unresolved bug that ever prevented me from mapping out network and systems in my organization with Lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge Base: This is among the crucial benefits of using Lucid on my end - finding solutions for systems and network issues has been easy by creating visual guides and diagrams for common errors.
An Impactful Project Planning And Brainstorming Software.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the perfect tool for creating flowcharts and process diagrams. It makes it easy to illustrate complex processes so that they can be quickly understood. We can show the client offers will be made and how traffic is segmented based upon audience response.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Only that there could be better support for Apple pencil.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides a single, centralized location where all team members can work together collaboratively to solve a problem or brainstorm alternative strategies. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's support is the best, always ready to assist.
Collaborative Features Great, User Experience Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of adding shapes and tools, as well as the ability to share and see others' changes on the same document. It was valuable being able to make changes myself to a shared document. I also found it easy to set up and log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to use and move around. When scrolling with the mouse, it zooms in and out instead of scrolling up and down on the document. Editing text within shapes was difficult - I cannot click to put my cursor where I need to edit, I had to use the keyboard arrows to move to the place which needed editing. I find these issues frustrating and hard to use. I wouldn't recommend Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. I don't find that it added more value than other programs that I would use instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to share and see others' changes on the same document, enabling me to make updates myself, which I find valuable. However, I don't feel it solves more problems than another program would.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the visual nature of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. If you could see my workspace, you would see all the post-it notes all over my monitors, scattered around my desk, sticking out of my notebook, stacked everywhere on my walls, etc. Having Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped me to organize my thoughts and has helped the team understand what I'm thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartlines need to be easier to use and more obvious when they are active vs not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great for virtual whiteboard and brainstorming, and amazing for remote team collaboration. I love how it helps to cut through multiple rounds of review and refine, and allows us to collaborate faster and more confidently for internal and client-facing deliverables.
