Great way to organize business process
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are many functionalities and ability to visualize the process in the way youd like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think it takes time to understand how to use it effeciently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows a place where everyone on the team can go a view how to get a certain business process done. It also allows for planning and collaboration of these processes before finalizing and publishing with the collaboration feature which is very helpful.
The best diagramming package
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create clear, easy to understand diagrams. The UI is quite intuitive for most things and offers most of the features I have ever wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of icons available makes searching hard. If I search for "instance" I have to wade through a load of other instances to get to "EC2 instance" If I search "EC2 instance" it still finds EC2 A1 instance, EC2 M1 instance, ..... etc.....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagrams can explain complex infrastructure or flows more easily than reams of words.
My Go-To Tool for Brainstorming and Mapping Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is such a lifesaver when it comes to organizing my thoughts. The interface is super clean, and it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it. I love how easy it is to create diagrams and map out workflows—especially for client projects where I need to see how all the pieces fit together. The real-time collaboration features are awesome too. My team and clients can jump in, leave comments, and share ideas right on the board, which has made brainstorming sessions so much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love Lucidspark, there are a few things that could be better. The mobile version, for example, feels a bit limited compared to the desktop app. If I’m on the go and need to make quick edits, it’s not as smooth as I’d like. Also, working on really big diagrams can feel a bit clunky on older devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark has completely changed how I brainstorm and organize ideas for client projects. It helps me break down big ideas into smaller, manageable pieces and see how everything connects. This has been a game-changer for client presentations because it lets me explain complex concepts visually, which clients love. It also speeds up my workflow (no more wasting time drawing things by hand or figuring out how to format stuff).

Nothing as of now, i am enjoining lucid.

I really lke the capability to edit with peers, and work collaboratively on the same project!

On the opposite of loving that we can collaborate at the same time, there are version control challenges when multiple users edit simultaneously!

A Must-Have Tool for Team Collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has become our go-to tool for brainstorming, planning, and organizing ideas. The intuitive interface makes it super easy to create flowcharts, mind maps, and other visuals. I love how it lets multiple team members collaborate in real-time—it's like having a virtual whiteboard that everyone can access from anywhere. The templates are a great starting point, saving us time, and the integrations with other tools like Slack and Google Drive make everything seamless.

Nothing major, but having more out-of-the-box templates would make it even better.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes developing and implementing new ideas as a team easier and quicker. Wether it's something as simple as an office plan, heirarchy chart or something more involved like a strategy plan. Lucid makes sharing the idea easier and more accesible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a gap in our business where we have no expert in bespoke graphics, the templates allow us to rapidly prototype as a non-artistic team.
Collaborate with many users outside and inside org
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and being able to create great diagrams in a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
More options in the free versoin to get that full experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently working with a network admin and being able to create a network diagram without needing to be in the same room really solves a lot of our problems.

flowcharts are easy to form and come with great connector support.
Overall the suite is great!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly. I can easily create my diagrams and wireframes with ease. There are a number of shapes and tools that I can use. I sometimes have to create architecture diagrams for work, so Lucid Chart comes in very handy. I also like the collaboration feature. Most of my team work from home so real-time editing comes in really handy. We can all work on the same project with ease.

What do you dislike about the product?
If my diagrams get more complex, I notice some lag. However this could just be that my computer isn't able to handle it. I'm not sure if this feature exists, but in Lucid Chart I wish there was a way to change the styling of text once and apply it for the entire diagram. Some extra features like this would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the key features is the collaboration. Having the ability for multiple people to work on the same document allows us to seamlessly work on a project together as we all work from home. It directly solves the problem that remote work can have. The use of preset shapes and templates also ensures that everyone uses consistent elements in diagrams, reducing misunderstandings and making the visuals more professional and standardised.
