What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite since 2019 long before when it was only Lucidchart available in the suite. It has been easy to improve customer experiences with LVCS through real-time customer journey mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that Lucidspark was added to the Suite in 2024 allocating virtual collaborative whiteboards, I don’t miss anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been seamless to visualize customer complaints to identify pain points with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in our Telecom industry.
Intuitive Tool for Complex Charts, Needs AI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is to use. It's a really straightforward tool. I've tried some of the AI features, and while they could be improved, they're a good starting point. I also find the initial setup pretty easy since I was already familiar with Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tool could definitely be improved. It doesn't always listen to what I'm trying to describe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating charts and collaborating with colleagues. It solves the problem of making complex, connected flowcharts beyond basic slides.

How I am able to create visual presentations and reports for our advertising services clients is what I like most about Lucid since it help visualize their needs to ensure customer success.

To be honest, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has zero downsides.

Visualizing project plans with Lucid flowcharts and diagrams is the key benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
It has made it so easy to create sequence diagrams, component diagrams and workflows.Also it’s collaborative features where easy to share with team members to do join design work.Its the best too since it can help with org designs.I also like how it allows project management to help with client timelines.

Nothing at the moment only that i think it’s tutorials could always be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing fun like having a universal robust IT tool. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the most robust and unique diagramming tool - I am using it across all the four companies I am currently at. How it allows me to create clear, concise and visually engaging presentations is one if the best aspects so far since it aid in board meetings prep.

Thanks for asking, but I have nothing that I like least about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in 2022 from my previous Healthcare facility as a Quality Specialist. Currently, I like how Lucidchart allows me to visualize complex partnership networks such as portraying clear visual of relations between pharma dealers, biotech firms and distributors in one visual diagram or flowchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t even have anything to say than to praise the vendor for adding Lucidspark to the Suite which makes it complete now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking partnership milestones, deliverables and impacts with LVCS ensures that they align with my company goals thus closing lots of deals.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Researcher in a Non-profit, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been one of my go-to daily IT tools at work. It has been super easy for me to enhance project planning and management by mapping out research projects, timelines and tasks through flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am an old user from 2014 long before the introduction of Lucidspark in 2018 - All I encounter are just WoWs 🤩.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to turn research data into clear visual insights, infographics and reports through diagramming which aid in data visualization when making business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across two organizations but I mainly use it in the Software Development Agency. How it allows me to manage cash flow, budget and forecast through creation of visual financial models is what I like most about this tool.

All has been well for the past three years when the vendor merged both Lucidchart and Lucidspark in one suite.

Brainstorming with Finance, Ops, Stakeholders and vendors on financial matters via Lucidspark virtual whiteboards help generate ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Lucidchart offers a comfy workflows with a super useful UI that lets us pick the right tools for designing diagrams, schemas or interfaces.Also its cloud-native, making real-time collaboration with our team a breeze.with it we can easily open Visio docs and design diagrams parametrically.It has amazing customer support too.

What I like most is how easy it is to collaborate in real time—everyone can add ideas, comments, and edits on the same board, which makes meetings more productive and reduces back-and-forth. The templates save time, and the integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 fit well into daily work. The interface is intuitive, so I can quickly create diagrams, workflows, or mind maps without a steep learning curve. The wide range of templates and integrations helps turn ideas into clear visuals and keeps projects aligned across the team, making communication clearer, meetings more productive, and complex information much easier to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes large or highly detailed boards can feel a bit slow to load or navigate, especially when many collaborators are editing at once. The pricing can also be a challenge for smaller teams or individual users, as some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans. Additionally, although the tool is feature-rich, that can occasionally make it feel overwhelming for new users who just want to do simple tasks. A bit more simplification in the UI and more value in the lower plans would make it even better.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create visual clarity in teamwork. It turns complex ideas into understandable diagrams, reducing miscommunication. It's great for real-time collaboration, organizing workflows, and saving time with templates and integrations. It keeps projects aligned and ideas structured.
