What do you like best about the product?
The ease of calloboration and integration

Nothing, everything is great! With every platforms, improvements can always be made to make experiences better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication problems in teams where virtual work was being done and there was a heavy reliance on integrating components.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it more integrated with other platforms for ease of collaboration
It seems to be a great workspace to work on , conventional , to the point tools & easier navigation

Design could be a bit better but overall seems fine

Enhanced Productivity and more focus on milestone planning

What do you like best about the product?
I loved creating the diagrams and workflows that help me collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in specific but I guess the licensing issue makes it restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Architecture design, project planning, and dependency management. The dependency management ahs helped set the right expectations with teams. This has also helped us identify and mitgate risks.
Good use of tools for flow charts, state diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
What do you like best about the product?
The different shapes and sizes that they come in at. As well as, the variety of different features associated with one type of diagram type.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu should be on all sides of the page as opposed to one side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not solved many problems with lucidspark. The benefits I've realized are the student educational plan and that it can be extended into having multiple pages with no limit on it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep at it.. really great platform for creating tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The numerous different styles of templates made it helpful to find the most efficient way possible to lay out our workflows in a way that was intiuative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom into a specific area of the board is challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used the tool to generate a Sales playbook by mapping workflows related to prospecting, nurturing and rentention. Been able to see each step of the process has been a benefit as we've been able to easily train new hires on the steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a cross-functional team use the tool (or at least beta it) as we found numerous other use cases for it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and being able to connect to it via Microsoft Teams since my company uses that for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The board name is difficult via the Microsoft Teams application. It was easier to name a board in the web version first and then load that in Teams. Wish there was a local macOS app from the Apple App Store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently have not solved any problems. It's a new way of collaborating for my team and they're still not quite sure where it fits in our workflow/process.

I liked the LucidChart it helped me to showcase my ideas to team members as well as to my Director.

First, it took time to understand how the lucidchart works.

Lucidpark helped to explain the workflow in a better and easy way. It's easy to share with others, and contributing to other members is very easy.
Amazing tool! Highly recommend.

I like the flexibility and ease of use. It's a powerful tool that has even greater capabilities than I have used personally. It has helped with planning, and the ability to quickly save different versions has proven valuable.

It took a bit of trial and error to figure out where to put details into the various components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us map processes which aligns the team and reduces errors and churn. It was invaluable during an organizational restructuring effort.

I love his easy it is to bring an idea to life with Lucid chart! They make my email marketing a breeze when I can organize my funnel plan and share it with my team!

Can't think of any at this time! I love it's current features.

Easy to use. Easy to start. Collaboration features.

Didn't see much point of using this if someone already have lucid chart license.
Didn't see much point of using this if MS Teams is in use and MS teams already have a sharing whiteboard. Not as cool but functional enough.

Basically collaboration whiteboard. Easy to convert to Lucid chart diagram doc is a plus but not a real deal breaker if didn't exist for whiteboard tool.

Use it your company don't already have a collaboration whiteboard tool.
