Molly's LucidSpark Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and clean it is to use when process mapping via screenshare
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it is meant to be a collaborative tool, those without licenses can't participate. This limits how much collaboration can occur as much of my work is across my company and our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping to better understand current processes and workflows with our clients to optimize with automation. Visualization of new process as compared to old process. Differentiation of processes with various shapes to understand technicalities.
Tis grand
What do you like best about the product?
it's online, good for sharing ideas with the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike to be honest, solid product allround. Fact this review has a minimum character limit is putting me off right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You like charts, graphs, and other assorted diagrams, then you know what to do
Perfect balance between features and simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which you can make edits. How workshop participants can participate. the flexibility of design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more shape option on the board. But that is pretty minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do lots of client branding workshops and workshops to develop website architecture. This has been a godsend for doing them remotely. We will continue to do lots of them remotely even when we can travel again.
Favorite tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love that many users can simultaneously use the tool, so I can start a timer and have everyone throw their insights on the board. In some ways, it's more effective than a physical whiteboard because you don't even have to take turns.
I also think it's very important that the tool not create a lot of friction for external users who don't have an account. That would really mess up participation.

What do you dislike about the product?
The shapes are a bit simple. I would like a LucidChart/LucidSpark hybrid product for architecture & design. LucidChart is very powerful but even that has its flaws; I feel like I spend a lot of time getting proportions in my diagrams just right... the program could do more lifting here. It would be interesting to invest in automatic sizing; i.e. some boxes represent containers and should expand to fill their contents. Other boxes are elements and do not need to resize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital collaboration in absence of whiteboards.
Good functionality and intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
Polling and threaded comments are really useful
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much that I disklike about Lucidspark
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team brainstorming sessions, realising benefits for ideation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a product for whiteboarding functionality it's one of the good ones out there. The UI is very intuitive and responsive.
Very intuitive

What do you dislike about the product?
A bit feature weak to begin with, but it made sense because it was obviously an MVP version and features have been added quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, retro, meeting facilitation in general

I don't have any complaints from my experience, everything is straightforward, usable, and was easy and enjoyable to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely and collaborating with others and sharing ideas with others in an organised, effective and insightful way.
