Quality process flow mapping
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and map out processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything yet that isn't quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working with one of our consultants who introduced me to the application. We were designing a workflow process.
I just started to work with this software and it is amazing especially now during the pandemic.
What do you like best about the product?
You are able to work with your colleagues on a project even if you working from home office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overview and layout could be a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the connecting and getting in touch is really and especially in a bigger meeting it is running fast and without any problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out the whiteboard with your colleagues. It is amazing.
Flowchart
What do you like best about the product?
As one of the basic options for flowchart designs, Lucidcharts really helped me back when I desperately needed a free software online for an assignment involving flowcharts in my graduate program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts are straightforward but there are some functions being quite complicated and inconvenient for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems encountered are trivial, but some functions are inconvenient. Outside of that, everything else seems simple to operate.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark was ver user friendly. I love that all the templates were easy to use and visually appealing

The only downside I found using the business model canvas was that I couldn't zoom in

The templates are exceptional timesavers.

Definitely give it a try. Very useful interface.

makes it easier to take notes and learn, and share ideas

It helps me keep track of things and I am able to use it with my touch screen monitor since my laptop is not touch screen. I also like all of the template options that are available even though i have yet to use one

sometimes it is not as efficient as just using paper unless i am sharing a screen.

I use it for school and i have found it helpful when i want to take notes in a virtual setting

very helpful for business uses and if you have a laptop that does not already have a whiteboard feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool works really well as a digital replacement for an office whiteboard or bulletin board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's niche which is fine as it performs it job very well. Not everyone uses sticky notes or brainstorming as a primary strategy so it may not serve them well. People who do these though will enjoy it very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General Idea sharing, Brainstorming. Web-based so it's available to nearly everyone, multiple people can view and edit and space is not as limited as a physical board.

Treat it as a brainstorming tool that's easily accessible.
