Really interesting application for forming up your team
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to make notes. Drawing with available functions. Scalable board and scalable stickers. Easy to coordinate your team. Clear and understandable functionality with quick access. Easy way to draw some draws without any problem. Agile system
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation via the boar. Needs more time for adoption. Time to time having a problem with zoom function, possible internet connection lagging. Time to time zoom was too slow during the presentation. The same was with moving action, navigation during the presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up team agreements. Working in a Scrum team. Managing people working together in small groups. Brainstorming with the Lucid board.

can get messy at times, so continuously needing to rearrange during collaboration can sometimes be frustrating

creating process maps to identify how my team works and how to deliver appropriate services to providers
Intuitive and Collaborative Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and easy to use, leaving less time spent on learning how to use the platform, and more time on productivity. Overall, it has a level of familiarity similar to that of Draw.IO, and Strategyzer, with the added benefit of having more features to aid collaboration, and a wide selection of templates like the business model canvas, customer journey map, and PESTEL analysis to name a few.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am quite disappointed in the amount of storage made available for the paid subscription, however, this is balanced out with the sheer amount of features made available such as a presentation builder, voting system, and breakout boards (for firing ideas). Moreover, the colour selector for the drawing tool could be improved slightly, just by adding an RGB slider, likewise for the sticky notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far I have been using the platform to create a lean canvas model for my project. I have been working on it with a colleague, and I have had no issues navigating the menus, or various tools available. The project updates in real-time, which, unlike some platforms makes it much easier to work on different parts of the model, especially since my team is working from home.

For those early-stage businesses looking to analyse their feasibility in the market, this platform has many different models that can be used to better illustrate some of the considerations made.

A "must have" for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and powerful. It allowed you to easily share ideas and sketches at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Interface is a bit "old style".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily share ideas/sketches with colleagues from all over the world. We feel like being around the same table.

An implementation in MS Teams would be fantastic!
Excellent whiteboarding solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like its simplicity, its very easy to use and integrates great with lucidcharts and Zoom and for us this is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much really, as all products that are in an early launch state it still has some things that needs to be polished but they are adding features consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us we are trying it out as a whiteboard solution to replace hardware/on-site whiteboarding solutions so it keeps people engaged.

What do you like best about the product?
From the very first steps I took, the first thing that enchanted me was the very User Interface, which is very comfortable in usage. At first, we only used Lucid in making diagrams. We made diagrams of data flows and later learned we can enhance their readability with buttons that highlight certain flows of data.
Then we tried to move other processes into Lucid apps. We moved our swim lane estimation sessions from Trello to Lucid and learned that we can achieve the same values with a smaller amount of tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I spent some time thinking about it, and nothing, absolutely nothing comes to my mind. Lucid allowed me to replace multiple tools with just one, which in the case of work made everything simpler, more maintainable, easier to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Lucidspark we managed to move our domain knowledge from static mind dump documents to diagrams, and it became true that one picture has the worth of a thousand words. Not only did we acquired a better grasp of the knowledge we have, but we also improved their readability even more. We do have complex systems, so data flows tend to be as complex.
Not only that. We also moved our brainstorming sessions to Lucid and learned that it's a perfect tool to visualize what we think about. It became much easier to convert all these into cohesive and consistent notes to be presented later. It allowed for better describing and explaining of frequently encountered problems.

If you don't want to spend too much time on big blocks of text and instead move to diagrams and images that serve much better as explanations of complex systems and want productive brainstorming sessions, consider Lucidspark.
Making a flowchart, class diagram, or even gantt chart. Lucid spark is the best there is.

The policy of allowing 3 boards for free and the easy tool selection and template recommendation

After the 3 free boards, rest will be readonly.

BEST TOOL FOR VISUAL REPRESENTATION

What do you like best about the product?
The simple UI that lucid spark uses allows for me and the others that I have shown to create well structured and detailed diagrams, which makes it easy to bring others into using this software which I find myself doing fairly often more recently than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the bundles could do with a little more storage, such as the 1GB of online cloud storage, this simply I believe that this should be doubled at the minimum, I would make user's lives that little bit easier once they reach the 1GB mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly the cloud storage that allows the users to work from home or an office computer, even on the go when using public transport using lucid sparks mobile version has been a saviour. where i have found myself missing important documents when people have misplaced flash drives. or when plans change suddenly and you end up somewhere that does not have the required software for you to show others and higher-ups the work you have been doing. lucid sparks have always been reliable in that sense.

really like this tool, its very easy to use. It has the templates required. There should be a dev version and trial period can be longer

Lucidspark is Architecturally Great
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to quickly create architectural diagrams with Lucidspark, revise them, and collaborate with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are a little tedious, like lining things up into grids and circles of consistency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to create our product and services architecture diagrams. The benefit is to allow all to have input and to update quickly as we learn more.
