Flowcharts made easy and effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The look and feel of the interface and the variety of settings were the most enjoyable. Building a flowchart was straightforward, even for someone who is an absolute beginner. What I enjoyed particularly was the 'sticky notes' feature in the visual boards, it helped our collaboration tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was somewhat challenging to figure out how to navigate first, but I caught on after some time. The controls are not every intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Lucidspark to take an in-depth look at our company's user email journey. The benefit was that the whole process became effortless, and the visual representation of the problem helped us solve it a lot quicker. We particularly enjoyed how Lucidspark's features enhanced the collaboration.
Great Charts
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the color, shape, and flow options
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no function for copying and pasting an entire row / shapes for an org chart so you have to over and over create another shape on a different row.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time creating charts and graphs.
Convenient implementation for creating diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I typically use Keynote for planning my sales process. The vast majority of marketers use a visual workflow since it is included in their marketing tool suite. in reality, marketing invest a great deal of time in customer relationship management, which is difficult to comprehend Lucidchart streamlines my sales process more than presentation programs do. For the most part, the user interface is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
We required multiple classifications of sample charts to match each group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
devise a flowchart for marketing, design an electronic flowcharts, design flowcharts The software is more complicated that Power point presentation, but is very simple for those who have never used project management software before.

I believe it is well worth your investment if you are driving consistent traffic.

templates thing is great, can create what I want in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little more features would be great, like when I drag the arrow from one box, then other shapes should appear ( hover style) so that I can select which shape to create and point this arrow to.

spend some time in understanding the functionalities. for the most part, it is very collaborative and easy to use. you will see how organized your team will get when you use this product!
Charts designed in Lucidspark/Lucidchart bring ample value & impact to our business

The flexibility and UI of the chart design platform.

I haven't had much that I've disliked so far! we have had trouble sending a chart to someone outside our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of lack of visual representation of a flow, process, model, etc per the business. Lucidspark helps us design and bring a visual to a complex process. We've had a number of times where we NEED a platform to 1.) show a complex visitual. 2.) allow the team to collaborate together on the chart.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great way to draw up processes, thoughts, brainstorming whiteboard, and more. I think you need a license for everyone though because sometimes it's hard to share a chart or board outside of your organization (or maybe I need some additional training).

Great tool to have a very clear roadmap, and a cleaner way to do a remote collaborative brainstorm

What do you like best about the product?
I think Lucidspark is great for helping me outline my throught and put visual context next to my investment memo. I like diagram and working free flow, weaving together content as I write. I won a desktop, so I can use word and map out my thoughs when I use on-premise software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no video integration. Or at least I wasn't aware of it. don't have that much time to browse around features and go through onboarding. If there was zoom integration, that would have been great and would have asked my colleagues to use the collaboration features.

clear organization. just wish that I can vid conferencing with it
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend to use it if I can add video conferencing to the dashboard. The messaging isn't that useful in group collab nowadays in my profession. too much content to message out

Aside from the ease of use and the flexibility on the shapes themselves, I like the export to slide the best.

I wish export to slide would export the individual components instead of just a picture.

Diagraming and creating workflows for process automation, flows and solutions in general. Ideation and creative whiteboard session as well.

It is the perfect tool for collaborating on working with flowcharts, process, general ideation, etc. There are so much templates that you could also use for project management type of work.
