A great tool for visualising complex processes
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive. a user friendly. But what has really helped me is the wide range of helpful content and templates that I can use to get started very quickly. The wide range of integrations is also very handy to speed up my workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the boards, the template library is not as useful as other tools. Would be nice to see more real-life templates from the community and partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to quickly map out processes, functional flowcharts for software as well as visualising complex structures for client projects. It's saved me a lot of time in terms of actually creating the visuals but also helps me to better communicate with team members and clients

I like that you can create a whole range of things from user flow to retrospective board.
There are also a tons of template for anythings you might want to create.
Sharing at the same time in a period of covid is also very helpful for team to collaborate.

Would love to be able to export in pdf/jpg small part of my screen (ex: user flow etc)

I can share and collaborate with other member of the team on personas & flow.
I also use it for Retrospective in agile mode.

I would definitely add this tools to your company. It's like a swiss knife for board !

I used just ones this tool, so for now I can not see what I dislike.

This is a good way of working when all participants in the same time can work together on 1 tool.

Use this tool during the events when you are working with more participants.
Great tool, especially for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating diagrams. The program is intuitive and easy to use. I used for a class project and it was great to see the changes made in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding comments to the diagrams is not a feature offered to students. Since many students, like myself, use Lucid to collaborate on group projects, this is a feature I wish was included in the student license.

A great tool which is easy to use! Have a play around with the tool and see all of its capabilities!

Try the trial as you won't be disappointed and can choose whether it's the right product for you; it will be. Have a good look at the variety of shapes (floorplans, flows, etc)

The ability to create a flowchart using all the tools necessary for a professional creation. Love the templates as well.

Our organization has used Lucidspark to create flowcharts for numerous jobs and it has made a huge impact on training and follow through.

I really liked it's simplicity and ease to use. Colors and shapes are very attracting.

Not found as such.But ya could be improved more in terms of erasing and designing facilities.

Lucid Spark is visual ~ something that educators and learners need! Especially in the era of distance learning and remote work meetings, being able to create and collaborate in real-time in such a visual way is so exciting!

I am still new at using Lucid Spark, so I do not have any dislikes about it (yet?)
