I have been using Lucidchart extensively for building visualisations and collaborating with the team
What do you like best about the product?
Customisations and ability to create very complex designs easily

Nothing that I have really thought about, but probably more scalable way to copy sections

I am an active user of lucidchart and have not used lucidspark extensively
Easy to use. Creative. A lot of options. Great for brainstorming creative ideas

Price is a downside of using Lucidspark and the fact that you have to do it through a business account.

What do you like best about the product?
All the shapes and arrows snap together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a limit on the number of shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating different charts for different projects including work and product breakdown structures. The main benefits is that it's easily customizable and can easily snap together the shapes as you wish. It was also useful in a UML project as the dependencies could be easily changed.

I don't like the finickiness of it – I'm a younger person and it's hard to navigate.

I love being able to make mind maps. It's REALLY good for essay writing because you have a lot of disconnected thoughts floating around, and you get to connect them with Lucidspark.

Excellent, fluid whiteboarding tool

It strikes a balance of features and simplicity, and just has a very natural feel to it.

I honestly can't think of something I don't like - with more use, perhaps I would notice a feature that is missing, but I'm not even sure of that.
