What I don’t like
• Having to use the mouse to capture multiple objects for deletion/move/copy. Pen is not supported to do this that I can see.
• Having to select “line” every time I want to connect one object to another. I end up connecting the objects myself just as I would on a whiteboard so in a way, that’s OK. It just looks cleaner using the arrow function.
• Can’t use the “eraser” on the Microsoft pen. Need to select ”eraser” from the menu

Need a virtual whiteboard for customer presentations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Determine the use case and test with that in mind. LucidSpark has some nice features but I don't need all of them. I wasn't thrilled with some of the implementations of some features, however, my use case is for whiteboarding our solutoin to our customers. It works fine for this purpose.
For tech leaders or architects its the best tool to prototype diagrams, document software and flows
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to get familiar to, and useful, you really find very quick the tools, images, icons, you need for your diagrams.
The first time I used it, was to present a prototype of a new software, didn't have too much time, was a meeting unscheduled, but the amazing thing is that lucid spark did the job.
Since there, it's been my best friend to create diagrams very fast, and now my software is a little more documented and easy to get involved.
Another thing I like is the integration with third party apps, (slack, word, google drive etc) it is amazing !

What do you dislike about the product?
The web application is amazing and fast, and very intuitive, but one thing I don't like when I'm in areas where the internet is not very stable, its the lack of a offline version of the application, they already have an android and ios application, but they also require that you are connected to internet, or you wont be able to modify or even view your diagrams.
Some times the web user interface is buggy (but sometimes), when you select a shape and try to move it, it selects and moves the shape behind and not the first one you selected, when it happens it's annoying.
And the last thing I don't like there are shapes repeated, like if there were too many versions of the same shape (some Azure Shapes, or AWS shapes).

A picture is worth a thousand words, thanks to lucidspark it's very easy for me to explain software process flows, software architectures, integrations, infrastructure, everything related to our products, even explaining to non-technical people now is very easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation would be: if you fix or give your users workarounds to these things I consider you can improve (The ones I dislike about your product), you can make a perfect solution.
But even now, you already have an amazing product for teach leaders like me.

Really nice tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the tool is designed. Also, I really like the simplicity of it. I think this tool is going to help a lot in creating a collaborative environment.
There are a bunch of whiteboards out there you'll utilize to collaborate along with your colleagues or to utilize along with your understudies. There's Padlet, Wakelet, Google Docs, OneNote, and more. Be that as it may, when I saw that Clear had made their claim whiteboard collaboration site I was excited. For those of you who are not commonplace with Clear, they make a few awesome web-based applications. Lucidchart (for stream charts and the like) Lucidpress (for energetic web distributions that look exceptional). I truly like what they make and I discover their items to be basic however effective and most of all viable. This can be why I was so energized and let me tell you, Clear did not baffle me.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the tool has a slightly weird sequence of steps to be able to export.
Making the formats more creative.
Allowing buyers to utilize more highlights within the free adaptation to allure them to purchase the product.
Making the charts/graphs accessible in a greater textual style when downloading it to PDF or JPEG arrange.
In spite of the fact that our company encompasses a free path get to, it isn't always clear how authorizations work. I think many changes to the UI might effortlessly unravel that when setting the status of aboard.

I do recommend Lucid spark when the main use case to be fulfilled is to provide a collaborative environment to the team. Also, I really like the simplicity of the tool.
Easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to get started. There are tons of templates too. It helps when u are getting started but aren't sure how to create your charts.
Templates cover a wide range of uses for charts and the titles are intuitive enough to know what you are selecting quickly.
They also have videos showing a quick walkthrough of the platform and a help area to read more about how to do x.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had much of an issue yet, which is a good thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used the system to understand the organization's structure / processes. It's much easier to just see a visual about an organization or a specific process through a chart than just by reading about it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As mentioned, I think this is a platform that you may be able to use quickly and not have to spend so much time learning how to use.
Jamboard 2.0
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, Ike how much more liberating it is to be able to type out what I want without worrying too much about space or word count. While at first the infinite space kind of overwhelmed me, it has proved to become such a nice thing to have, especially when you have 30 other people working on the same LucidSpark simultaneously. I also liked how smooth the program was when many people were on the same board at once all working. Compared to Google products, the board doesn't seem as 'laggy' when it updates other people's edits onto your own screen, making it kind of seem like an actual, real-tine white board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The controls for maneuvering around were kind of confusing at first. I also did not liked seeing everyone's pointer/cursor move around constantly because it was sometimes kind of distracting and I wish we could switch the settings so that it would only appear if they make any edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using LucidSpark in a classroom setting with other peers. The norm has been using Google Jamboard but it has proven to have many issues, including the sticky note word count that gets really annoying and the limited space. Jamboard has multiple "slides" which help when overseeing group work, but when it comes to class collaboration, the large scale, free-range LucidSpark board works much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend this to other classrooms who are engaging in distance learning right now. It is a big step up from the typically-used Google Jamboard. Once LucidSpark adds a 'multiple slides' feature that can separate the board into smaller ones for group work, this program would be near-perfect. Having a large-scale board for all class members to collaborate on simultaneously is just much more intuitive than most other programs offered out there.

AS9100 Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
This software is very intuitive and easy to use. No training required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto save feature is nice to have but I would like to be able to modify the frequency. It caused momentary delays as I was in the middle of drawing charts.

I did not have any problems with the software. I found that it was super simple to use and transferring the charts to my MS Office products was a breeze.
