Best multi-platform diagramming solution out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I use lucid chart to fix Visio exports from cad docs that crash Visio. Export them as Visio for those users whom need the doc and their back in action. It's kinda fun using a superior 3rd party app to fix a native file from the industry leader.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting objects can get a little hairy and difficult to get lines in exact places, but I haven't seen any other apps do it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-platform and mobile network diagraming.

Seamless Charts

I can complete an elaborate org chart within minutes!!!

Nothing it's perfect. Everything I do with Lucidchart greatly impact my work in a positive way

I complete a lot of charts on a weekly basis, mainly for organizational purposes and sharing ideas.
Phenomenal tool for flow charts and diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
As a web based app I was expecting to have to give up functionality in order to have the anywhere access. This was not the case at all. It is an easy to use tool that has all the functionality you could need from a diagraming/flow chart tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like about Lucid Chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly and easily diagram complex processes and document processes for the business.

The curved flowchart lines. Interactive PDF export is amazing.

Wish it had responsive breakpoints. Large documents are cumbersome with tabs.

Most definitely try Lucid Chart. It's far more than just for charts. It does wireframes and interactive comps extremely well. Good support and Google does own it so it's in good hands.

The component selection ribbon is so long so sometimes it is hard to search for items.

Great basic tool for creating flow charts!
What do you like best about the product?
I can share finished diagrams on Google+ and other social media sites from right within the program. Lucidchart has greater ease of use and a more robust toolset for professional and enterprise users. And the best one is that its Free! Allowing for people to collaboratively work together on different diagrams seems to be one of the best features of this online software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't include advanced tools and functions such as junction jogs or 3D objects. Another thing that i disliked on its user interface - its not intuitive. Figuring out where things were and the best practices took some time. I wish logos were integrated within Lucid for ease of use as now i need to search on Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest benefit of using this tool is that allows us to create flowchart on the go. I can also create simple mockups easily - which is cool to find with a free version. It's integration with Atlassian confluence is really helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a cloud hosted, easy to use solution to architect your idea's or solutions, Just go for LucidChart. LucidChart helps providing various shapes and comes with a free versions (with a few limits). But it has been a great product ever for diagraming solution flows.

It gives lots of functionalities for drawing:

We use LucidChart in conjunction with Atlassian Confluence. Sometimes, when we LucidChart won't load within a confluence document. No integration capability with any off-line editors or IDE’s

We use it for internal design documents and communication. It's integration with Atlassian confluence is really helpful.

Best Helper for my personal projects
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucidchart both for my personal and work projects it gives you chance to provide every single details about the project. I can indicate the important points and have broad tools which you can use. Also, even the free version of it is very useful i have used it on my personal projects, course projects and for work. Another great part is you can invite people to see the charts, convert to pdf or another format you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some performance problems if you have so much different pages. Especially google chrome and safari freezes and it drives my Macbook pro's fan crazy :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing the mock up of the projects is so important especially for web and mobile development. Lucidchart saves me a lot of time in order to show my customer's work to them. Customers can also indicates their thoughts about the project so it gives chance to make editing before the release.

I recommend it for all web and mobile developers especially freelancers. It gives your work more quality and saves your time a lot!
