Celigo does great work!
What do you like best about the product?
They have phenomenal expertise with NetSuite and deliver what is needed. Excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not highly technical so at the beginning the set up to work with the developers was challenging but we received terrific support and were guided through the process once our level of expertise was understood.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented NetSuite ERP and needed a connector between the ERP system and our 3PL for sending orders and receiving ship confirmations and fulfillments back into the system. The system has worked very well.

What do you like best about the product?
Organized and easy to follow interface and implementation team. They showed me everything i needed to get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
some errors are a little techy to fix, so some users might rely on support more than other to fix issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo delivers high-quality solutions that help our company work smarter and more efficiently. Their integrator IO solutions allows our e-commerce presences to speak with our Netsuite account and keeps everything working smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo's solutions are not inexpensive - I'm not sure what could be done here but their integrations are an expense that has to be considered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo's solutions have allowed us to grow our business with Amazon and Shopify and has allowed for us to improve the experience of customers that visit our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make sure you can justify the expense of any of their integrations because they aren't cheap.

Smooth implementation from a great implementation team at Celigo!
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team were fantastic. The project manager was highly communicative and available throughout the project, ensuring meetings stayed within time and only scheduling meetings when necessary.
The developer who was working on our particular custom script was very knowledgeable and easily understood our business requirements. The script was designed, built and tested by the developer and through regular meetings, we were able to tweak the script as required for our business.
At one point during the implementation, when we thought the script was ready for release, we realized there was one requirement that had been overlooked. Celigo were very happy to go back to the script to make the necessary adjustments, despite the fact we were very close to signing off on the project.
We were given a walkthrough of integrator.io by someone else on the Celigo team. This individual was clearly very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all of our questions during the demonstration.
Overall, we had a great experience with Celigo and would happily work with them again.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not much to say here. The one small criticism is that the project took a little longer than we had anticipated, but that was in part due to additional requirements that become apparent during the project and had not been identified in the initial scoping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to synchronize data between NetSuite and our support ticketing system, Celigo. This synchronization now runs smoothly with minimal maintenance required. We are considering using Celigo again for future integrations, following our great experience the first time around.

We use the integrator.io product to connect our ecomm software to our fulfillment center. We love how easy it is to set up and maintain these integrations

Product still has room for improvement, primarily to make details of the connection more visible during the development phase.

We have several integration into our ERP that would not work without Celigo. They make our ERP, Website and CRM sing together

Make sure you take the time with the setup team. Do your homework. Don't think you can just start this on your own

What do you like best about the product?
We were on a very tight timeline, and those working with us at Celigo understood that and adjusted our implementation schedule to match the timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few more errors that pop up than we would like - but these can be solved through the ticketing system they have if we are unable solve ourself

What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself - integration between shopify and netsuite - has been good. It was easy to set up and the rep we worked with on the setup was very good. It's an easy platform that works, that's what we need. and the pricing is reasonable compared to competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service we have received after launch has not been very good, to say the least.
