Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing option: an annual license for the Standard edition. You buy it as a yearly commitment, and you set the license quantity you need. Billing follows a flat-rate model based on endpoints and flows, not per-task or transaction volume. This keeps costs predictable as your usage grows, with no overage fees. If your needs expand, you can add more endpoints or flows through your account manager rather than facing volume-based charges.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as an endpoint or flow for billing on the Standard edition?
An endpoint is a connection to an application you integrate, like an ERP, CRM, or ecommerce system. A flow is an automated workflow moving data between those endpoints. You pay based on how many endpoints and flows you use, not on tasks or data volume.
What happens to my cost if my usage grows during peak periods?
Your cost stays flat during usage spikes. The Standard edition bills on endpoints and flows, not per task or transaction. You face no overage fees when volumes surge, so peak periods do not trigger extra charges within your license.
What do I do if I need more endpoints or flows than my license covers?
You add more endpoints or flows by contacting your account manager. The platform lets you scale up or down as your business needs change. Adding capacity does not switch you to volume-based charges, since pricing stays flat-rate on endpoints and flows.

Centralized Dashboards and Helpful Implementation Specialists

What do you like best about the product?
Both the centralized dashboards with tiles per integration and the implementation specialists I've been in touch with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tiers of service- we don't need 80 flows for enterprise level, it'd be nice to have an in-between tier or a custom option to allow for choosing the right number of flows and endpoints needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations between various retail systems are being solved by Celigo with both a custom and standard template. Our company will benefit by having the visibility into any integration failures and understanding why the issue occurred, rather than relying on a third party. This visibility will help us to expedite problem resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of processes. The integration between our platforms makes our day-to-day work easier to manage and handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike. In my experience, if anything does come up, the support channels handle any issues pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves the core problem of keeping data moving reliably between our commerce systems: Shopify, Amazon, 3PLs, EDI trading partners, and NetSuite. Before an iPaaS like Celigo, that meant custom scripts, manual data entry, and reconciliation headaches at month-end.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Celigo to connect NetSuite to external applications like Shopify, our 3PL, and freight forwarders, as well as to build automations within NetSuite. It helps me connect various data sources, reuse connection points, and see all errors in a unified interface. Recently, Celigo released Celigo CLI, which has been my favorite tool. It allows me to troubleshoot errors, make small tweaks and edits to existing flows, and predict how an integration will behave with certain data. It's been a game changer and has allowed me to build new reporting I've been dreaming about for years. It's like having a Celigo expert at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are performance issues in syncing data to NetSuite, particularly around high volume periods like Black Friday weekend. The initial setup was tough because we were assigned an external professional services team that didn't have a good understanding of our business. We also had limited Celigo knowledge internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Celigo to connect NetSuite with external systems like Shopify and our warehouse. It helps me connect various data sources, see all errors in a unified interface, and the CLI tool lets me troubleshoot and adjust flows easily. It's like having a Celigo expert at my fingertips.

Mainly, the ease of integrating different systems, especially with platforms that already have built-in integrations.
