Centralized Dashboards and Helpful Implementation Specialists

    Reviewed on Aug 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Both the centralized dashboards with tiles per integration and the implementation specialists I've been in touch with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tiers of service- we don't need 80 flows for enterprise level, it'd be nice to have an in-between tier or a custom option to allow for choosing the right number of flows and endpoints needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations between various retail systems are being solved by Celigo with both a custom and standard template. Our company will benefit by having the visibility into any integration failures and understanding why the issue occurred, rather than relying on a third party. This visibility will help us to expedite problem resolution.

Process Automation and Seamless Integrations That Simplify Daily Work

    Reviewed on Jul 31, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Automation of processes. The integration between our platforms makes our day-to-day work easier to manage and handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike. In my experience, if anything does come up, the support channels handle any issues pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves the core problem of keeping data moving reliably between our commerce systems: Shopify, Amazon, 3PLs, EDI trading partners, and NetSuite. Before an iPaaS like Celigo, that meant custom scripts, manual data entry, and reconciliation headaches at month-end.

    Amplified Integration and Automation Powerhouse

    Reviewed on Jul 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Celigo to connect NetSuite to external applications like Shopify, our 3PL, and freight forwarders, as well as to build automations within NetSuite. It helps me connect various data sources, reuse connection points, and see all errors in a unified interface. Recently, Celigo released Celigo CLI, which has been my favorite tool. It allows me to troubleshoot errors, make small tweaks and edits to existing flows, and predict how an integration will behave with certain data. It's been a game changer and has allowed me to build new reporting I've been dreaming about for years. It's like having a Celigo expert at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are performance issues in syncing data to NetSuite, particularly around high volume periods like Black Friday weekend. The initial setup was tough because we were assigned an external professional services team that didn't have a good understanding of our business. We also had limited Celigo knowledge internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Celigo to connect NetSuite with external systems like Shopify and our warehouse. It helps me connect various data sources, see all errors in a unified interface, and the CLI tool lets me troubleshoot and adjust flows easily. It's like having a Celigo expert at my fingertips.

    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
How easy and intuitive it is to build system integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, certain NetSuite record import steps only work with older versions of Celigo (1.0) and not with the newer ones, so we have to change them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, the ease of integrating different systems, especially with platforms that already have built-in integrations.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more logs for successful runs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Celigo to share data between non-compatible systems, and I find it easy to use and understand for business system integration.

A trusted integration partner for Shopify and ERP projects

    Reviewed on Jul 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
As a Shopify-focused ecommerce agency, Celigo has become one of our go-to integration platforms for connecting ecommerce stores with ERPs, CRMs, WMSs, and other business systems. It gives us the flexibility to build complex integration workflows without having to reinvent the wheel every time, which helps us deliver projects faster and more reliably for our clients.

What I appreciate most is the balance between power and usability. Celigo handles everything from straightforward data syncs to more advanced business logic, and its library of prebuilt connectors helps accelerate implementations. It's also reduced manual processes and data errors for many of our clients, creating a real operational ROI. On top of that, their team has been responsive whenever we've needed guidance, making Celigo a partner we feel confident recommending as part of our ecommerce technology stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. Like any integration platform, there can be a learning curve when you're building more advanced workflows, but that's expected given the level of flexibility Celigo offers. We'd always welcome additional prebuilt connectors and templates, but overall it's been a reliable platform that's continued to evolve and improve over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us solve one of the biggest challenges in ecommerce: getting multiple business systems to work together reliably. Instead of relying on manual processes or custom point-to-point integrations, we can connect platforms like Shopify, NetSuite, ERPs, CRMs, 3PLs, and other applications through a scalable integration layer.

For Absolute Web, that means faster implementations, fewer data issues, and more efficient operations for our clients. It allows us to deliver integration projects more quickly, automate repetitive tasks, and build solutions that are easier to maintain as our clients grow.

The backbone of our complex NetSuite integrations

What do you like best about the product?
As a NetSuite Alliance Partner supporting clients across multiple eCommerce platforms, including BigCommerce, Shopify, Shopware, and other leading solutions, we rely on Celigo to connect our clients' ERP and eCommerce systems reliably at scale. What stands out most is the platform's flexibility. The pre-built connectors and templates give us a strong starting point, but the ability to customize flows for complex B2B workflows (custom pricing, multi-entity NetSuite instances, unique order routing) is what really sets it apart. For clients like Kurtz Bros., Celigo has let us build integrations that would otherwise require significant custom development, cutting implementation time while keeping the system maintainable long-term. Their support team is also genuinely responsive when we run into edge cases. Partnership-level support matters a lot when we're the ones on the hook for our clients' go-lives.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we'd like to see improved is visibility into successfully processed records. After a flow runs, you can see the total counts of successful and failed records, but not the specific details of which records were processed and how. Payloads and detailed execution information are only surfaced for failed records. Having that same level of visibility into successful record payloads and processing details would make troubleshooting, auditing, and validating integrations much easier — especially for clients with compliance or reconciliation requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a NetSuite Alliance Partner, we regularly work with clients whose order and fulfillment processes are far too complex for a simple, out-of-the-box connector. Before implementing Celigo, clients like Kurtz Bros., a multi-location landscape supply company, struggled with manual order re-entry between their eCommerce storefront and NetSuite — every order had to be checked and re-keyed to account for location-based B2B/B2C pricing, tax logic, and inventory accuracy across multiple warehouses. This created delays, increased the risk of pricing errors, and consumed significant staff time that could have gone toward higher-value work.

With Celigo, we built a bi-directional sync that handles orders, taxes, and inventory in real time, including custom logic to convert standing quotes into automated pricing rules across customer segments. Now, storefront orders flow directly into NetSuite with the correct fulfillment, tax, and discount logic applied automatically — no manual touchpoints required.

The result for Kurtz Bros. was 100% automated order processing across 25+ NetSuite workflows and 5 integrated systems, with zero manual re-entry. This also freed up their Accounts Receivable team by enabling a self-service B2B portal for invoices, aging, and credit memos — work that previously required direct staff involvement. For us as the implementation partner, Celigo's flexibility to handle this level of NetSuite complexity is what makes projects like this achievable on a realistic timeline.

Celigo Hits the Sweet Spot: Robust, Approachable, and Great Error Management

    Reviewed on Jul 25, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
As a tenured integration consultant, I find Celigo to be the Goldilocks of the iPaaS options: robust enough to keep developers happy, while still approachable for non-developers to build on. The built-in error management is a game-changer and saves clients significant development time. On top of that, it’s cost-competitive and a great value. It hasn’t failed me yet, and I’ve built hundreds of integrations on it across 50+ systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little I dislike about Celigo. One of the few improvements I’d like to see is better visibility into ignored records through filters, along with the ability to search for specific values across multiple error messages. That said, these issues rarely affect my day-to-day work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as an integration consultant, and Celigo solves a lot of problems for a lot of clients. Anything coming out of, or going into, NetSuite, Microsoft D365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Concur, Coupa, GoogleSuite, SFTP, or any other best-of-breed system can be automated, and that directly impacts customers’ ability to stay competitive in their respective industries. On top of that, with the AI additions, it’s only getting easier and smarter to build on.

Efficient Data Integration with Celigo U Support

    Reviewed on Jul 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Celigo U because it is great and provides us with a lot of information about how to use the product. It has everything we need to get going with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model can be improved to be more flexible in terms of what and how many flows we can purchase. We were thinking to get a couple of more flows, but we have no other choices but to purchase a whole 10 flows pack. The inflexibility can sometimes defer further engagement with Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Celigo to sync data between NetSuite and Shopify, managing complex data flows between the two systems.
