What do you like best about the product?

As a tenured integration consultant, I find Celigo to be the Goldilocks of the iPaaS options: robust enough to keep developers happy, while still approachable for non-developers to build on. The built-in error management is a game-changer and saves clients significant development time. On top of that, it’s cost-competitive and a great value. It hasn’t failed me yet, and I’ve built hundreds of integrations on it across 50+ systems.

What do you dislike about the product?

There’s very little I dislike about Celigo. One of the few improvements I’d like to see is better visibility into ignored records through filters, along with the ability to search for specific values across multiple error messages. That said, these issues rarely affect my day-to-day work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work as an integration consultant, and Celigo solves a lot of problems for a lot of clients. Anything coming out of, or going into, NetSuite, Microsoft D365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Concur, Coupa, GoogleSuite, SFTP, or any other best-of-breed system can be automated, and that directly impacts customers’ ability to stay competitive in their respective industries. On top of that, with the AI additions, it’s only getting easier and smarter to build on.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Celigo U because it is great and provides us with a lot of information about how to use the product. It has everything we need to get going with the product.

What do you dislike about the product?

The pricing model can be improved to be more flexible in terms of what and how many flows we can purchase. We were thinking to get a couple of more flows, but we have no other choices but to purchase a whole 10 flows pack. The inflexibility can sometimes defer further engagement with Celigo.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Celigo to sync data between NetSuite and Shopify, managing complex data flows between the two systems.

What do you like best about the product?

Enterprise integrations, good up time for a service, and solid monitoring services.

What do you dislike about the product?

Learning curve can be tough but it is worth it for the value it adds to a business.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the great training tools Celigo offers to learn how to use it. I went through the Celigo University over a year ago, and when I started using it, I was able to remember most of the content, which made the learning curve low. Additionally, we haven't encountered any issues that we couldn't solve with the ability to script the transformations as needed.

Nothing

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celigo helps conform to customer requirements on file exchanges and provides great training tools that lower the learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the ease of use and the preset flows that Celigo provides.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike how some Celigo features will cause issues in our Netsuite environment such as items being disconnected from different marketplaces sometimes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celigo makes it much easier to connect our Netsuite database to outside marketplaces which saves time and provides convenience whenever new updates are needed to old flows.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate how Celigo made it possible to identify and resolve redundant flows, set up custom filters, and automate the error handling process in our Netsuite integration. The flexibility to add custom fields and the ability to use prebuilt connectors for endpoints like Excel Online and Commerce7 were particularly helpful. Celigo Ora was also a standout for quickly building and modifying flows using natural language.

What do you dislike about the product?

The process for resolving persistent errors was somewhat manual. Also, setting up new endpoints like Excel Online wasn't always straightforward, especially when dealing with large data sets or configuring listeners versus scheduled exports.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integration between our commerce platform and ERP.

What do you like best about the product?

We enjoy how quickly information passes through from one environment to the next via Celigo. The Celigo interface is clean and pretty easy to follow.

What do you dislike about the product?

Occasionally when we try to resolve errors, they don't go away despite confirming the identified error was addressed in the retry data. Some error messages aren't helpful when it comes to troubleshooting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating a streamlined connection between our sales operations and accounting teams for appropriate billing.

What do you like best about the product?

It created a solid middle ground that let us connect two different ERPs at the same time.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main issue for me is the slow response time when the flow has to handle a much larger or heavier data load.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using AI makes it possible to work with scripts without having to do manual coding, and it also lets you explain what the code does.

What do you like best about the product?

The intuitive integration and ease of setup. Celigo helped us do in days what was taking months. It integrated nicely with Shopify and Acumatica.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside we can mention right now is cost. However since it did what other prods/vars couldn't do and in less time its not really a factor.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celigo has enabled us to link things to Acumatica that previously weren't possible or required third-party vendors to create customizations.

I like that Celigo's integration platform is easy to use. The prebuilt integrations make setup faster, and its flexibility allows us to tailor the integration to our needs. It definitely saves us a lot of time on manual work, which I really appreciate.

I use Celigo to integrate NetSuite with HubSpot, allowing the sales team to access up-to-date information without switching systems or manual entry. I like its easy-to-use integration platform, prebuilt integrations, and flexibility, which save time and streamline setup.
