What do you like best about the product?

I love how flexible Celigo is for our data transformation processes. It helps us integrate our ERP applications so they can communicate smoothly with each other. The UI is intuitive, and there’s also a built-in AI that enhances overall system performance. It’s not overly costly either, especially when you consider the value we get from using the system.

What do you dislike about the product?

The downside I can think of is that you need to be technically aware to use it. It takes a learning curve for a non-technical person to use Celigo

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celigo has solved our data integration problems, and it’s been a huge help for us. Our systems now talk to each other effortlessly.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Celigo’s low-code interface, especially with AI, since hardly any code needs to be written manually. I can create custom integrations between the platforms we use, and the integrations are easier to manage when they’re less technical.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish Celigo integrated better with AI platforms. It works great with Grok, but I haven’t had as much luck with Claude or ChatGPT.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Celigo to create custom integrations between the platforms we use.

What do you like best about the product?

Celigo has easily configurable connectors for a lot of common software systems. There's room to grow within it as well by creating custom integrations and adding in scripts, but it's not necessary to get started.

What do you dislike about the product?

I really wish there were a way to customize the prebuilt flows. A lot of them are very close to exactly what we need, but there are one or two details we have to change. Right now, though, we can’t tweak an existing flow, so we either have to rebuild the whole thing from scratch or hire an expensive Celigo consultant to do something we’re capable of doing ourselves—we just don’t have the permissions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celigo helps us automate most of our sales order process, which is great. However, there are still one or two areas where we have to make manual changes each day.

What do you like best about the product?

I like most user friendly interface of this platform. And it's already hosted on the cloud so we can easily connect like netsuite and Salesforce via using just credentials and and also we can use of pre built flows in celigo.

What do you dislike about the product?

Like I dislike most we can not use of custome library in celigo like boomi support for example I have the excel file from the g-drive and it's password protected so celigo don't have option to use of custom library like boomi support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celigo is good for the platform that online exist so we can easily integrate those platform easily. And the mock output when creating the flow is the very beneficial for me actually I can decide when to hit on the backend.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it is to figure out errors and fix them, how easy it was to set up the integration, and how versatile Celigo is. I’m technical but not a developer, and Celigo let me create an integration without stressing about a bunch of SuiteScripts and RESTlets. The initial setup was super easy. I am fairly technical, but not a developer.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have no complaints.

I use Celigo to map and import data from our custom application into NetSuite.

Its EDI integration capabilities across different industries.

The pricing can be on the high side, and more advanced customisation often requires technical expertise.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celigo automates integrations, cuts down on manual work, improves data accuracy, and helps streamline overall business operations.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Celigo’s pre-built connectors, like Shopify to NetSuite. The platform is generally stable, and failed attempts remain traceable, even if they aren’t fully retrievable. We haven’t noticed missed payloads, and uncaught errors are generally due to user setup errors. I rely on Celigo to reliably send orders from our storefronts into NetSuite, which is critical for us.

What do you dislike about the product?

When I have to define a lot of the business logic for mapping and transformation in custom flows, Celigo hasn’t been the best fit for us. It feels a little clunky, and I find the UI difficult to move around and navigate. The way Flow Builder works is a different paradigm from how I think about data flows as a developer. I also find the retry process rigid and frustrating. There’s a learning curve for both non-technical users, since it isn’t fully no-code, and developers; it can feel like Celigo is built for a specialized resource rather than being easy for either group to manage. We found the initial setup pretty difficult: getting Shopify and NetSuite running took a few months, though we expected a matter of weeks. The custom implementation took quite a while too, although factors within our organization contributed to delays during discovery and requirements gathering. Getting our team up to speed on how things were implemented and supposed to work also left some things to be desired. The email error alerts weren’t sufficient or loud enough for us, so we use PagerDuty for error alerting.

Celigo saves us from maintaining the infrastructure and handling the operational overhead of building connectors ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?

We are not Celigo’s customer as it stands but we met at the SuiteWorld booth and really liked the presentation and vibe.

More clear branding - visualizations defining what the product does and how it could help us

Celigo makes it very easy for me to integrate all my other applications into NetSuite without needing a full-time developer

They can be challenging to get data out for audit purposes

Sallegal makes integrations easy and prevents us from having to do a lot of manual APIs to connect to all of our downstream systems

What do you like best about the product?

Honestly, the people are easy to work with. In the NetSuite space I know that they can solve the connections already, but it is the people that will help make it a reality.

What do you dislike about the product?

Negotiations can be harder than it should be, but newer and more predictable pricing has helped soften that.
