We’ve had a great experience using Celigo to intergrade ERP, Fulfillment systems and AI applications
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo’s platform has proven to be both flexible and reliable—playing a pivotal role in streamlining our operations and enabling real-time data synchronization across critical business functions, including our ERP and Visual Planning applications. Beyond integration, we’ve recently expanded our partnership to develop an internal AI knowledge-sharing workflow. In this effort, Celigo has provided invaluable guidance rooted in deep, hands-on experience—drawing not only from their internal expertise but also from real-world customer implementations. Their insight has helped us move from concept to execution with clarity and confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The breadth of options available within the platform can feel overwhelming at first—but that’s a testament to its depth and flexibility. With the right guidance, it quickly becomes clear how powerful and customizable the solution truly is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is playing a key role in helping us integrate Microsoft 365, Open API services, and a vector database to enhance our technical knowledge workflows. This integration is driving measurable gains across several areas:
• Increased Efficiency: By reducing time spent on technical research, teams are able to complete projects more quickly.
• Enhanced Collaboration: Streamlined access to shared knowledge improves communication and alignment across engineering teams.
• Knowledge Retention: Centralized capture of technical insights helps preserve institutional knowledge and reduces the risk of information loss.
• Greater Confidence: With fast, reliable access to relevant data, engineers and researchers can work with higher assurance and make better-informed decisions.

iPaaS solution that exceeds expectations
What do you like best about the product?
This product lets us connect different systems such as ERPs, storefronts, APIs, and more through one easy-to-use platform. The visual builder and intuitive interface make it simple for users at any level, from beginners to experts, to manage and build integrations with powerful features behind the scenes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the product is excellent and has seen major improvements over the years, including AI helpers and enhanced documentation, some of the help content could still be improved. Using real data examples instead of high-level variables would make the documentation easier to understand and apply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When creating connections to multiple customers, vendors, storefronts, or custom webhooks and APIs, each one has its own fields and mappings. Celigo allows us to build those mappings and create a unified service to support our business. Their large marketplace of connected apps and customers makes it quick and easy to go to market. For more complex data flows, it is also easy to build custom solutions that help optimize our operations.
Celigo is a very solid product. It's easy to use, and provide excellent functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
Their support is wonderful. Always willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the errors can be hard to decipher but those originate from the connecting systems.

Easy to deploy framework
What do you like best about the product?
The Celigo framework is very user friendly and easy to learn and deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see some improvements made to some of the built-in connections. So that they are more configurable with the API they are interacting with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create integration flows between multiple Third-party System APIs for moving data between systems.
Celigo's integrator makes connecting your systems easy for non-technical stakeholders.
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive what you see is what you get interface makes it easy to design and implement system integrations to unify your tech stack, while taking your stakeholders on the journey visually. Our team have learnt quickly how to get the best from integrator via Celigo University - and now we create new flows to support strategic initiatives regularly and confidently. Backed by a large and responsive customer service team - any questions or assistance required is provided quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike - I've implemented in my last 3 roles to deliver a central unified approach to tech stack integration, and to uplift internal teams ability to quickly integrate across platforms for strategic projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating and sharing data across the different systems in our tech stack, and with external systems provided by suppliers, customers, and partners.
Simple but sophisticated enough
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for moving data from A to B, provides enough configuration options for every scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike really, but some things which are still in development are difficult to work with - such as async helpers.

The sales process was enjoyable! They said what they were going to do. They did what they said they would do. The product has lived up to the expectations set.

I would like to see more documentation for complex setups.

Solid, reliable Integrations Platform, easy to connect to just about everything
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been with Celigo since their early days. It’s been a pleasure to see them grow and develop into one of the premier integrations platforms. Their product just works, and they keep adding new connections & improving. I appreciate that Celigo is a great tool built to accommodate users with various levels of tech/coding skills.
It’s very rare to have issues with Celigo itself (usually its user coding error or lack of understanding of how to execute).
Documentation is robust; I also appreciate how active the Celigo team is in the forum, which is also extremely helpful. On the rare times I’ve had to reach out with a support ticket, the Celigo team is super responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is expensive… but best in class allows you to command a higher price, I imagine. I wish the initial pricing tiers would be a little more customizable to help bring costs down — it always seems like we’re short on either # of connections or flows (but not both), and have to add-on one or the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core of our business is connecting and querying our clients’ existing data. Celigo in our toolkit means we can confidently pitch prospective clients, knowing we’ll be able to access their data.

With all systems there are limitations, however usually we are able to find work arounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is always looking to grow and make product use easier. At the moment things are working well so no issues.
