Cross System Data Transmission Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo allowed our organization to send data between different solutions without the need an overloaded basket of point solutions or separate integrations. Having all our connections in one place with an easy-to-use platform and loads of self-help resources makes implementation a breeze. Their support is also reliable and friendly. Any time we've had issues or needed a little guidance with the product, we've always been steered in the right direction by Celigo support. Scheduling data transfers between systems allowed us to send data in close to real-time. No more long wait times to get relevant information shared between ERP, HRIS, ITSM, and data warehouse solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a learning curve for those with zero technical experience. Some knowledge of programming language may be required if you want to avoid costly profession services engagements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trade partner sales data has allowed us to exchange sales opportunities and insights with our trade partners. Additionally, we've used Celigo to solve for data mismatch issues between HR, IT, and other business systems.
Celigo Prebuild Amazon Connectors
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Celigo is how fast and easy it was to get up and running. I was able to implement the prebuilt Amazon connectors and move into a production state in under two weeks. The user interface is intuitive, the documentation is some of the best I’ve seen, and the support team was knowledgeable and great to work with. Overall, the experience was smooth and efficient from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there hasn't been a feature I found truly unhelpful. If anything, some of the more advanced configuration options took a bit of time to fully understand at first, but with the quality of the documentation and support available, I was able to work through it quickly. Overall, the platform has been well-designed and easy to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and elimination of EDI Managed Services through easy to use interfaces and prebuilt connectors that do not require a heavy skill set to onboard Trading Partners.

What do you like best about the product?
it has been the best connector with our storefronts (shopify, drop ship, etc). The team is also super responsive and helpful when we need them. We use it daily for all things across our business functions.

have yet to dislike anything. So far we feel good about using Celigo!

What do you like best about the product?
If our business were a map of the US, I would compare Celigo to the interstate system. It connects every part of our company so the daily flow of information can travel, in both directions, to where it needs to be. Celigo flows have automated our technology stack to work seamlessly with our ERP (NeSuite).
What do you dislike about the product?
Similar to a highway system, Celigo needs to be monitored and maintained. We use a trusted integration partner to build, optimize, and maintain Celigo flows between our platform partners and our ERP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo connects our ERP to multiple online revenue channels, our shipping platform, our wholesale platforms, our returns platform, etc. Automation has eliminated manual entry, errors, and increased efficiencies and timely record keeping company wide.

What do you like best about the product?
I can’t overstate how much leveraging Celigo in our business processes has transformed the way we work. The improved accuracy and efficiency have allowed us to replace manual data entry with more value-added tasks. As a result, we’ve been able to prevent costly mistakes, and we’ve even seen a boost in employee morale.

No downsides for us! We are using a recommended partner so implementation has been a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty straight forward, easy to understand and manage mappings.
Doesn't take long time to implement any integrations.
Custom flows , handle bars and scripts etc can be used to fit any complex use case.
Customer support is also great and ready to help if struck in any flow.

Nothing much to dislike but little more documentation on handlebars with complex usecases will be more helpful.

We connect all our third party integrations via celigo to ERP system and also in built integrations like Shopify , Adobe commerce , Amazon etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate data translations and data mappings very quickly with a user-friendly interface makes this a very powerful and easy-to-use product. The quick customer support response times and ability to quickly add connections is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial learning curve is a bit high, and I would like to see better data-logging / debugging / transmission tracking features.

Celigo helps us to connect different platforms and products without having to develop API connections manually. A slightly-technical person is able to learn Celigo pretty quickly and eliminate the need for countless dev hours.

Emerging API Support Gaps: In our recent Shopify connector update, the Celigo support team encountered difficulties fully leveraging Shopify’s newer GraphQL API—resulting in slower response times and the need for workarounds.

Celigo is a game-changer for integrating NetSuite with other Applications
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo was quick and easy to implement. Within 3 months we built 3 full integrations, dramatically cutting the time taken compared with before we purchased the iPaaS tool. Technical and non-technical members of the Finance Systems Team completed the online training and certification by month 4 and are now confident with using it. It works particularly well with NetSuite, because it shows you the descriptive names, not just the internal ids, uses saved searches for import and lookup filters and allows you to target the context in NetSuite, e.g. User Interface, Scheduled Script, etc. The handlebars are intuitive and easy to use, especially with AI and online help, saving you from using scripts a lot of the time. It uses JavaScript, so we don't have to learn a different scripting language. And Celigo was also the cheapest of the 3 advanced iPaaS tools that we short-listed. Where we have needed customer support we have been happy with the service provided in terms of response and resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not as good as some of its rivals. There is no palette, allowing you to choose different shapes and colours for the tasks within your flow. When using it, you have to go into the detailed dialogue boxes to see some of the key details, such as selection criteria on branching, which could be presented in a more user friendly way. This is something that the development team in Celigo is currently working on. Message handling could also be improved. If you want to send error notification emails, it's a bit awkward to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
(1) Automating all direct debit collections through our own in-house DD provider, saving £60K fees by switching from third party providers, and saving 14 man days per month by switching from manual processes. (2) Completing the NetSuite integration with MS Dynamics PPM system in less than 3 months to meet very tight deadline realising £90K cost savings of decommissioning previous project management system before licence renewal, plus adding further automation and controls saving senior accountants time at month end. (3) Being a highly acquisitive company, we needed to be able to build Sales CRM integrations to custom-built CRMs per newly acquired company quickly to onboard them to NetSuite ERP System, so we have a single finance system for SSC, reporting, etc. Celigo enables us to do this using re-usable components, so we don't have to divert customer-focussed development resources onto back office integration projects. (4) Integrating the HR and Payroll systems with NetSuite will enable us to save 60 hours per month by automating the posting of complex payroll journals. (5) Celigo can be used to automate supplier payment runs in NetSuite, where the standard software has gaps in functionality to achieve this, this means reducing the 4-day AP payment run task to less than 1 day per month.
Reduces manual tasks in accounting
What do you like best about the product?
Creation of customer invoices, credit memos, returns & settlement bookings are quite automated, removing manual tasks from the accounting team that would otherwise be there. Celigo support has extremely helpful & skilled people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the documentation is not that easy for a non-technical person to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less manual work in finance, especially with high volumes of sales.
